Is processed food good for your dog?
Even those who love their dog and consider it as one of their family members feed their dog with processed food that is bought from their local store. What we fail to understand is that this processed food does not always contain all the proteins and nutrients your dog needs for a healthy and long life.
The dog food we buy from our local store contains highly processed food and additional chemicals such as BHA or BHT used as preservatives. Though they can form a filling meal for your dog, it may not necessarily contain all the needed nutrients. If your dog continues to take such a food daily it can end up having other complications after few months. When any food is processed too much it loses its original taste.
