Yea everyday, everybody tells you it's bad for you, and you hear all the warnings that never stick. Just like me, all the warnings go in one ear and out the other. Deep inside you know it's not good for you, but at this stage you don't realize just how bad it really is. You keep thinking one day I really need to quit, but right now is just not a good time to take quitting smoking on as a goal. I will really look at quitting after I get that next promotion, or once I get my company running better whatever, now's just not the time. 

You don't find out until it's too late that the price for either not quitting or researching alternatives is just way too high for any person to experience. I spent eleven days completely under.
