Using Discount Closet Organizers As An Affordable Option Posted By: Dan Irwin

If you are thinking you cannot organize your closet on a budget, then think again. Indeed, with the large number of discount closet organizers available, you should be able to get a handle on that chaos that is your closet in no time at all. Finding discount closet organizers that meet most any budget is easier than you might think.

Regardless if you're looking for a closet organizer for a reach-in or walk-in closet, there are many cheap options to meet your storage needs. With a little research, either online or offline, you can determine what would work best for your specific closet and budget. For example, you can get a shoe organizer that can hold several pairs of shoes and that doesn't take up much floor space for about $30.

You can often find organizers that hang on the back of the closet door for no more than $15,. These items have the ability to hold dozens of belts, ties, hats, scarves, and more.

The vertical drop hanger is another popular item. Vertical drop hangers add much efficiency to any closet by holding five articles of clothing instead of one in the same amount of space.closet organzing systems discount closet organizers

Help! My Closet Is Stuffed! What Do I Do? Posted By: Amy Gray

Most folks at this point would love to go out and buy a closet system. These vary in price and quality. But if you do get one at this point, you are actually putting the cart before the horse.

Here's the deal. First you need to sort and clear through your clothes. I mean, it doesn't make any sense to buy storage for clothes you no longer need or use, right? So here are some ideas for this most important part of closet design.

Get rid of clothes that don't fit. Period. Be ruthless.

If you've lost weight, get rid of the large clothes (don't give yourself an excuse to "grow back into them.")

If you've gained weight, get rid of the "just five pounds away," or "I used to look great in this," or "if only I could wear that again," or whatever other story is attached to those clothes. Our body lives in the present. Those clothes live in the past. It's very important to realize this essential truth.

Get rid of clothes that remind you of bad times.

Emotional energy has residue that can stick to you and your clothes.organizing closet design clearing space feng shui energy

How To Get Organized For A New Year Of Horse Shows Posted By: Kathy Keeley

Mom's Perspective:

By the time December rolls around each year, we all get slightly crabby during those first two shows of the month. We really need this time to regroup and maybe even celebrate the holidays! So, traditionally we've taken off from mid-December to mid-February. The horse, the trainer, and the rider all need a break from a tough show schedule.

This break is also a great time to regroup and reorganize. We take a complete break for two weeks with almost no riding or jumping. Our horses get to go out to the pasture, roll, get dirty, and just be horses. We sleep late (no 4:30 mornings!), my daughter catches up on her homework, and we just take rest and relax and go to movies or to the mall, or my daughter spends time with her boyfriend. Eventually, we even start to feel like normal people with a normal life!

Then, reality sets in when the trainer starts talking about the winter circuit being only six weeks away and we go into training mode. We are riding daily, six days a week and two lessons a week, and begin planning for our trips.horse show organization organzing for horse shows horse shows horse showing teens showing horses horse show parenting ShowMom.com showmom Kath
