5 Main Causes Of Being Always Sleepy Posted By: Andrea Jennings

Look around. What do you see? There are people sleeping inside the train while waiting for their destination. There are people yawning on the streets while they on the way to school and work. There are people in the coffee shop grabbing coffee to wake themselves up. Anywhere you go, there always seem to be people who are sleepy.

What are the causes of being always sleepy? There are many reasons but for now, let us discuss the 5 major reasons why people feel sleepy.

One possible cause of being always sleepy is of course, sleep deprivation. When you deprive yourself of good sleep, you will definitely feel sleep the next day. People need at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep for the body to completely recover. Therefore, even if you think you have to pull an all-nighter just to finish work, be sure to let your body rest. If not, you will feel sleepy and tired the next day and you will not be able to do your work accordingly.

If sleep deprivation causes a person to feel sleepy, oversleeping does the same thing as well.tiredness health sleep
