The commercial lighting company was chosen partly because of their access to all types of premium light fixtures that are made in the USA. They were also chosen to be a strategic partner on the basis of our history in devising innovative lighting design applications for these products to accommodate special requirements in challenging environments. Since the lighting designer had extensive technical expertise in military security lighting, their skills would work hand in hand with their expertise in renovation and retrofits. This also helped the design firm assist the general contractor in developing their bid proposal to the US Government. The subcontract lighting designer contributed 20 pages to a 400 page proposal. With a stealthy propulsion unit, it can no longer be detected by NATO naval vessels.
