Royal Cruise Matrix | Tvi Express Posted By: Scott Crider

Hi, my name is Scott Crider. I am an active internet marketer involved in TVI Express. I also promote Royal Cruise Matrix. I invite you to visit my blog and read my bio, and then click through to the Home tab and see how we push our information over the internet and attract new member sign ups in our group of successful partners.

I believe in promoting / supporting people, not promoting a company or a compensation plan. The simplicity of team effort ( T.E.A.M. = TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE ) is the best way to a fill a matrix, much faster than say a sponsor-monster claiming to fill your matrix and do the lion share of the work when you join their team. Everyone that is willing to put consistent effort into a network marketing program such as TVI Express | Royal Cruise Matrix can and will realistically develop replacement or retirement income.

Numbers do not lie, people tend to sometimes. Exaggerated income claims or false statements only create frustration and disappointment.Royal Cruise Matrix RCM TVI TVI Express Travel Ventures International

Workplace Motivation Posted By: Alfred Patrick

Leading a motivated team is not only more productive, you will find it much more enjoyable and rewarding too. Poorly motivated employees rarely function well as a team, and typically generate more stress for you than they do results. So good leaders consider the impact of their actions on workplace motivation carefully.

Some people tend to take a job that they do not particularly want, just for the money. When people do this, they can be resentful at the workplace. Another issue is that maybe the pay doesn't seem worthy when compared to the work responsibilities.

Regardless of whether a business is product based or service based, there are quotas to meet in order for the business to be successful. In a typical organizational structure, one or more managers are appointed over specific departments to ensure they are meeting the objectives set before them. Getting a group of people to all share and work toward a particular goal can be a delicate matter, since each individual has their own personality, characteristics and work style.

Too often, workplaces are sources of useless or nonexistent feedback.employee productivity self confidence workplaces workplac

Leadership Characteristics That Make A Difference Posted By: Thomas M Crea

What is the distinction?

How are management and leadership characteristics different? How will subtle differences between management and leadership affect your business?

Definitions

One definition of management is to direct or control the use of, while another is to exert control or to make submissive to one's authority, discipline, or persuasion. A definition of leadership is "to show the way, to guide, or to direct."

Military leadership teaches that it is:

"... the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the organization."

Management versus Leadership

Semantics to some, but if people are the organization's most valuable resource, then they should be treated as valuable members of the team.

A leader's job is to show the way so that others want to follow, not to make them submissive.

Leading

To show an authority vs. responsibility scenario which illustrates how a leader affects an organization, things can contrast sharply with a change in leadership and its impact on the organizational climate.

Mike Pulliam was an example of a great leader who exhibited so many positive leadership characteristics. He ably led his team for two years, through motivation and inspiration.leadership characteristics definition of leadership definition of management great leaders

Effectively Handling The Unemployment Setback Posted By: Art Gib

This recession has hit hard across the country. Families, individuals, seniors and youth--no one is left entirely unaffected. Even qualified, skilled, and experienced employees are finding themselves out in the cold.

If you are facing imminent unemployment--or you are already jobless--you may be feeling discouraged and definitely uncertain about your future. And that is all perfectly normal and acceptable.

But don't allow those feelings to stand in the way of taking the reins in your own hands and moving forward.

First of all, immediately cut back on your unnecessary expenses. If you are accustomed to having your morning latte at the corner cafe, find a home brew you enjoy instead. Instead of having an evening out at the movies, check listings at the local dollar theatre.

Even if you are receiving outside financial support (school loans, parents, etc.), try to avoid seeing this as time to goof off. Many experts encourage unemployed people to stick to a schedule--get up at about the same time and get ready for the day as though you were going to work.

It could pay off--you never know when someone will call you in for a last-minute interview.employment agencies Salt Lake City; recruiter Salt Lake City

Rick Rescorla An Example Of What It Takes To Be A Hero Posted By: Matthew McKernan

"Men of Cornwall stop your dreaming; Can't you see their spear points gleaming? See their warriors' pennants streaming to this battlefield. Men of Cornwall stand ye steady; It cannot be ever said ye for the battle were not ready; Stand and never yield!"

The September 11th attacks in 2001 were the worst terrorist attack on American soil, and showed that even the mighty United States could be bloodied. Thousands died and before the dust even settled people were blaming the government for their failure to protect the nation. It was a dark day, but one man stood above all others, and when the first plane struck the World Trade Center (WTC) he went into action.

He wasn't just prepared he was waiting for the attack, and did his job to the fullest, because Rick Rescorla had predicted 9/11. We stress that the mindset is as important as the training, and Rick Rescorla had both, and when the day came he was ready.

Richard Cyril Rescorla was born and grew up in Hayle, Cornwall England where as a young boy he saw American soldiers preparing for the D-day invasion.martial arts Tampa self defense Tampa mixed martial arts Tampa

Developing The Speaking Curriculum Posted By: Vincent Stevenson

BBC2's reality show, The Speaker, hits the airwaves in April 2009. It's aim is to find the best young speaker in Britain.

With Jo Brand heading its judging panel, and involving other celebrities such as Alastair Campbell and Earl Spencer, this series will undoubtedly raise the profile of public speaking nationwide - amongst young people and more generally.

This opportunity, of several public speaking opportunities, is the most visible for youngsters. Rotary's 'Youth Speaks' has run its annual contests for many years, as have groups such as Young Farmers, the English Speaking Union, and various local organisations. Teams from English, Scottish and Welsh schools have long participated in the World School Students Debating Championships - about 40 countries take part annually. [It is a well-kept secret that England won in 2008 and Scotland in 2007 - Wales hosted the contest in 2006.]

In the national capital, some 20,000 secondary students participated in last year's Speak Out Challenge contests, sponsored by the Jack Petchey fund and organised by SpeakersBank, and that latter organisation is now intending to roll out its activities from London to schools all over the country.Interview Skills London Interviewing workshops London Interviewing courses london public speaking london presentation skills london

Infusing Ethics Into Your Organization Posted By: Marsha Egan

There has been so much written about the need for ethics and ethical behaviors in organizations, and most people, when approached with the subject show body language that says "I know it - I'd do it - don't talk to me about it."

Yet, we continue to have daily ethical dilemmas that threaten our personal and our business success. Sometimes the ethical challenges come from the top of the organization through pressures on profits, sometimes they come from the middle levels of an organization by middle managers who don't really get the whole integrity thing; sometimes it comes with individuals who are just trying to keep their jobs.

The question is, what is the best way to infuse ethical behavior at all levels of your business?

There are generally three ways that organizations deal with the promotion of business ethics:
1. passive ignorance
2. compliance based
3. values based

The businesses who take the passive approach of essentially ignoring the promotion of ethical behavior run the risk of each person adopting his or her own standards. I call it benign neglect. Unfortunately, there are still many companies out there who take this approach.business ethics ethics values leadership management ethical behavior

How The Internet Has Changed News Reporting Posted By: Hunter Crowell

The recent disasters that ravaged several Indian Ocean countries, the Philippines, Vietnam, China and some others have shown definitely what the Internet can do in making the world know of such developments. While there are television stations and channels syndicated worldwide that bring news to the different countries of the world, on the more personal level the Internet is more effective and detailed. It can show the panorama of devastation, the individual tragedies and the heroism of some in ways that conventional news systems are incapable of, or at least are not allowed to.

Take for example, the floods that filled the cities and nearby communities of Manila, Philippines. Through the Internet, affected Internet familiar techies sent out status reports of any areas including pictures and short videos, appeals for immediate and more long-term assistance, and what people do to cope with or react to the emergency they face. Many of these video vignettes or digital snapshots were sent electronically read via the Internet to news and television stations coordinating rescue or aid operations. The sent appeals were in turn forwarded to those in charge of the operations resulting in many people being saved just in the nick of time.news events society

Bless Your Holidays Stress Posted By: Mimi Donaldson

Here it comes again: the season of giving. . . and receiving.

You will be receiving some friends and family obligations you never "receive" except during the month ahead. Once you "choose" to receive, you must now choose how to handle your behavior and attitude. A solution-focused, light-hearted approach for handling this season's anxieties comes with a tangible payoff. When you bless your stress, you redirect the force of your energy, affirm your existence and embrace the whole of your life, establishing the foundations for your own happiness. Yes, but in these troubled times? And with THAT family coming over?

By addressing two key areas - releasing control and honing the fine art of patience 'you can improve your ability to focus on what matters.

Personal Control Panel

While we pride ourselves on being in control, it's critical that we understand what we can and can't control. The list of what you can control includes what you think, what you say, what you feel and do, what you put into your mouth, and what you do to your body.

It's a short list of things we can control. That's where we need to focus our energy.Stress Personal Control Dealing during the holidays

Maakoa-can This Opportunity Live Up To It's Promise? Posted By: AnamUddin

Company History

Maakoa opened it's door's on the 4th of july 2009 with a big bang after they held the title sponsor for the Stadium Of Fire, which was held at the LaVell stadiumn in Utah.

Maakoa is an MLM company that markets a health drink called Kupowaa. Their mission, they say is about personal development and a culture of excellence. Maakoa attempts to save your health and help you attain financial freedom through the MLM business opportunity they offer.

The Founders

When analyzing an opportunity it is imperative to scope out the leadership. If the leadership is poor at the top then the company is likely to flop and if it is strong then the company is likely to stay around for a long time.

Leadership Training Posted By: Bruce Jordan

Daily you are leading others. You guide them and hope that they will continue to improve, produce, stick around, and crate the results that you have asked for. Are you providing the same sort of TLC to your own leadership skills, behaviors and attributes? Likely, the answer is no, but perhaps you do. That would mean you work on it, practice new techniques, always put the needs of those you work with as a priority, and spend dedicated time being an even more effective leader. Well, okay, if you don't do all of that, let's begin with the basics.

Number one, your corporate wellness, meaning the wellness of your very own business, division, or team and its ability to perform well into the future, depends largely on how well you lead now and in the future. Number two, your ability to lead begins with you. How well are you leading you and is it in alignment with how you lead others? Let's explore that whole concept of leading others as well as you lead you.

There is a direct correlation between how well you lead you and how well you lead others.Leadership Training Leading others Contagious Leadership Monica Wofford corporate training management training

What Do You Know About Program Management? Posted By: Uchenna Ani-Okoye

How do we begin to get a handle on change initiatives that were started last year...the majority of which either didn't get off the ground, lost steam somewhere along the way or just didn't produce any real results? How do we figure out which ones are key to our business? And how can we ensure that these initiatives actually produce results?

You may not be alone in feeling like change projects are not producing real results for your business. Some companies are great at starting projects and putting teams together but just don't have the skills, the discipline or the strategy in place to see any real results from change efforts.

We recently polled a client with the same complaint. They felt like they were seeing teams coming and going, but no real progress was being made.

When we counted up all of the projects that the executive team could think of, it was no surprise they were feeling overwhelmed. With more than 70 change projects going on in various parts of the arrangement and no system for designing and measuring progress, the results of those initiatives was far from spectacular. What Do You Know About Program Management Know About Program Management
