Although there are many ways in which weight loss is measured using the height and weight of a person, the size of the body also should be taken into consideration. The body frame is size is determined by either measuring the circumference of the wrist or the breadth of the elbow. Measuring the wrist is easier than measuring the breadth of the elbow but the elbow width is a more accurate method. 

Wrist measurement Method: Wrap your fingers and thumb of one hand on the wrist of the other hand. Do this on the smallest part of the wrist. If your fingers are overlapping each other, you have a small frame.
