Reading the Future? Is it really possible? The idea has captured the imagination of millions of people since the beginning of time. Take a moment and imagine for a second if you could predict the last breakout move in your favorite market. Imagine if you could look into your magic looking glass and see when the US Stock Market was going to breakout into a major move. What if 10 years ago, you were able to look into your magic gizmo and see that one day a company named after a fruit was going to change the social fabric of the world, (and make a lot of people very rich). Would you back up the pickup truck and load up?

We live in an age where there is so much information that it is hard to distinguish between what is significant and what is noise.day trading system strategy

Autopilot Trading For Emini S&p Posted By: 30

There are a hundred and one different methods to launch yourself on the stock market and one of many common methods is to utilise the e-Mini S AND P (sometimes known just as the eMini) and get into the business of futures trading. The e-Mini S AND P is known worldwide as a contract that can be traded on the CME Globex stock trading platform and the stock index is valued at around $50 per stock index.

Trading in these sorts of futures stock may be one means to create a reliable income without too much risk, but because the shares and contracts would like regular monitoring, several beginners have difficulty to grasp the principles behind the e-Mini S AND P, and turn to different types of futures trading.

Because there is no firm proof of how a day's trading could go when you have invested in futures, it is tempting to keep turning on the computer screen and checking. Before you recognize it, you have spent most of your operating hours at the screen, merely refreshing the stock trading pages again and again.Futures Trading Software Stocks Trading Software Forex Trading Software Automated Trading Robot Trading System Fibonacci Trading Elliott Wave Sof

Day Trading Authority Podcast Episode 1 Part 2 Posted By: John Jay

Out there, but we also expect we AND rsquo;ll have a lot of new people talking here or listening, I should say, as well.

So that AND rsquo;s our backgrounds. Remember the email address as well, you know, podcast@netpicks.com. You know, things that we talked about today, kind of raise some big questions that you AND rsquo;ve got like something that AND rsquo;s really -- you feel preventing you from being a successful trader, certainly send it on at any time.

So Brian, what I want you to do now is we want to have really a section of each episode that we do where we either talk about a big current event that AND rsquo;s having a major influence on trading or we discuss a post or a blog post that one of our staff has made at our trading tips website and kind of just sort of go through that. And I noticed there was one that was posted here just -- really just yesterday. All right. So there AND rsquo;s an article James Kessick, one of our coaches, posted there and if you guys are checking this as you listen. It depends on when you listen to this.day trading podcast

Trading Tip - Average Strategy For More Profits Posted By: Doug West

Many traders like to scale out of their moves, or split their contracts while exiting a trade. That move works well, and in some markets it is the way to go. I focused on splitting and taught that for years while teaching the Emini S AND P.

Now that I mainly trade and teach the Mini Dow, I like to average instead of splitting or scaling out. The goal of both strategies is the same in my opinion. When you scale out of a move, you are wanting to get into a position where you have nothing to lose. You have already peeled off some of your contracts so that no matter what happens on the remaining one(s) (whatever you left running), you will at least break even. You won't lose any of your account.

The way I average with the mini dow, its goal is the same. I want to be in a position where I have nothing to lose, and a potential good gain! If you put yourself in that position enough as a trader, you will get in some runs, and your profits should improve.retirement what-are-binary-options binary-investing binary-options-course ETF ETF's income-investing retirement-income retirement-investing income

Binary Option Strategies You Should Know Posted By: Doug West

So, you have finally decided to enter into binary trading. Let's touch on a few binary option strategies you should know about.

Without any knowledge of strategies that are often applied and used in this industry, you will have a very slim chance of succeeding. However, if you will work on these strategies then you will have a good chance of ongoing binary option trading success. Below are a few of those strategies that you must learn and use in binary trading.

Hedging Strategy

This is one of the basic binary option strategies. In this strategy you lock in profit on your stocks or some other type of trade you may have on the board with your Wall Street broker. For this strategy, you might look for a longer term binary contract such as a weekly option.

You can also use the hourly binary options to hedge your short term trades, such and emini index trades, hedged by a binary option on the same index or futures contract. In some cases you may hit on both the trade, and the option!

Pairing

In this strategy, you buy both the put and the call on the same security.binary options binary option strategy binary option strategies binary option course binary option platform making money online online trading options

Emini Futures Trading In Your Future? Posted By: FCFutures

There seems to always be something new in stock market and futures trading markets. While maybe not quite new, emini futures or eminis as they are generally called have been around for about ten years. Emini futures contracts are the little sibling of their larger counterparts. The S AND P 500 eminis, with the stock ticker of "ES", being the most popular.

While there are eminis futures for other stock indices including the NASDAQ 100 and the Russell 2000 all eminis have something in common. They are all traded electronically through Globex.

Eminis have several advantages of trading over other products. The first being the lower margin requirements. You can really start trading with around $2000 in your account. Twice that amount is even more desirable in order to weather losses.

Another advantage of eminis, at least in the stock index eminis is liquidity. S AND P500 emini market for example is open for trading 23 1/2 hours a day and 5 days a week. With an average of 2 million contracts traded daily the volume is there to allow you to execute trades quickly and at or near your price with minimal slippage.

Leverage is just one more check mark in eminis favor.futures futures trading eminis emini futures

Demo Trading Vs. Live Posted By: Doug West

We have taught over 1,000 people how to trade the mini-Dow or S AND P emini index. Of those traders, nearly all were able to successfully trade our simple index strategy on their demo accounts (we only know of 2 exceptions that reportedly could not even get consistent on the demo. One man claimed that every single trade he made was a loss. In my mind that would be as hard to do as to make profit on every trade).

If your trading strategy is consistently successful on your demo account, then what is the difference when you go live? Mindset! It all boils down to that in your trading (in my opinion this is true of life in general, but you see the results immediately in trading - especially day trading).

I really hate to call what we do with index futures and binary options, day trading. That is only because of the negative connotation the term brings to mind. Stock trading is what most people think of when they hear the term day trading. Regardless of what type of trader you are, you will have to come to terms with the fact that each trade depends on YOU.binary options trading trading mindset trading in the zone Mark Douglas digital options work online online trading investing online work from home

Hardware And Software For Day Trading Emini Futures Posted By: FCFutures

What do you need to day trade Emini : Hardware

Having a stable computer system is crucial to your trading success. Imagine what would happen if your computer hangs in the middle of a trade. What happens if you suddenly get disconnected from the internet? Accidents do occur and these scenarios are very possible, I have encountered an internet disconnection while trading. Such scenarios are potentially lethal to your trading especially when the market can move against you in a couple of minutes in the case of day trading.

Besides making sure that our equipment is up-to-date and reliable, care must also be given to the planning of a backup system. For example, I have 2 internet connections just in case one fails and I always have my laptop on standby should my PC hang in the middle of a trade. This section covers the necessary precautions and minimum set up you need to start trading. It is important to remind ourselves that making money through trading is our ultimate aim. It is easy to fall into the trap of delaying setting up your trading system because you want to fine tune your computer system.futures futures trading commodity commodity trading

Emini Futures S&p 500 And Nasdaq 100 : Basic Trading Info What Are Index Futures? Posted By: FCFutures

Future contracts originate from commodity trading. A future contract is an obligation to buy/sell a certain quantity of commodity at a specific date for a specific price determined at the outset of the contract. Future contracts are frequently used for hedging risks and also for speculation.

For example, with the recent hike in oil prices, an airline company which uses a lot of fuel might want to hedge it's exposure to oil prices through the purchase of oil futures. If the price of oil is $60 now and is expected to go up to $70 within 3 months, the airline would hedge its exposure by purchasing the 3 month future contracts so long as the agreed price is less than $70.

Oil prices now $60
Expected oil price in 3 mth's time (by airline) $70
Price of 3 mth oil contract (by oil producer) $68
Actual price 3 mths later $65

Let's assume the airline can find an oil producer willing to sell oil 3 month later for $68, the company would enter a futures agreement with this oil producer for delivery of a certain quantity of oil in 3 month's time.futures futures trading commodity commodity trading

Emini Futures Day Trading : Fundamentals And Simulated Trading System Posted By: FCFutures

Fundamental analysis is a methodology for analysis of a company as a viable stock that you want to hold for long term. Fundamental analysis is more widespread in the world of investing since you are going to hold your companies for 10 to 20 years, you do not wish that your companies go bankrupt the next day. Some of the common ratios used are P/E ratios (price earnings ratios) which measures the relative price of the stock to the earnings of the company, the EPS (earnings per share), the debt equity ratio and tons of other ratios.

Although I have spent considerable time studying such ratios I discovered that you do not really need such information to be successful in day trading. I repeat, fundamental analysis plays a marginal role in day trading. In fact, most of the time, I don't follow it at all. If you still have reservations about ignoring fundamental analysis, I recommend trading ETFs (exchange traded funds) such as QQQQ which mirrors the movement of the NASDAQ 100. In essence, you are actually trading the index like a normal stock.futures futures trading commodity commodity trading
