People have argued for years over which pet was the better choice between dogs or cats. There really is a simple way to find out. What type of animal is considered to be man's best friend? The dog, of course! My husband has always preferred cats to dogs, but I would rather have a dog for a pet. I am very allergic to cats and my husband is mildly allergic to dogs so I never thought that we would ever own either as a pet, but things began to change for my husband last year. My brother asked if we would puppy sit for him while he and his family went on a vacation. I was reluctant at first because we were just adjusting to a new house and I didn't want to ruin it with puppy accidents and smells.
