What Happens When You Lose Your Health Insurance Posted By: David Nian

Once you lose your employer-sponsored health insurance, your nightmare has begun. Not only are you going to have to worry about how to pay for healthcare, you are also going to have to worry about how to get good healthcare. Many medical providers refuse to schedule an appointment for people without health insurance, and those who do agree to see you will typically charge from 150 to 500 percent of what they would have charged you or your insurance carrier had you had health insurance.

Since the 1980s, each year between 1 and 2 million American families file personal bankruptcy. Until recently, the causes of these bankruptcies were unknown, and most people assumed credit card spending, divorce, and loss of employment to be among the major reasons. In February 2005 Harvard University released the results of its study, "Illness and injury as Contributors to Bankruptcy."

The study interviewed 1,771 Americans in bankruptcy courts and determined that about half were "medically bankrupt" - driven to bankruptcy by medical bills not covered by health insurance. Equally surprising, the study concluded:

Three-fourths of the medically bankrupt had health insurance at the beginning of their illness.Life Insurance Health insurance California Insurance Servi

Downsizing: It's Not As Difficult As You Think Posted By: Art Gib

There are many reasons why individuals and families have a need to downsize their home, their possessions, and so on. Senior citizens often opt for a smaller home or condominium once their children have left home in order to obtain a more manageable living space. Often, people find themselves thrust into a downsizing situation if they lose their home or move to a new location.

No matter what the cause, positive or negative, it can be a difficult process. But it doesn't have to be an utterly miserable experience. So, if you are in a position where you need to do some downsizing, allow me to offer you some advice to make a smoother transition.

First of all, be aware of your options before selecting a new place to live. This can sometimes be difficult if you are moving on short notice and/or are unable to travel to the area to which you plan to move.

But this should not prevent you from spending plenty of time on the phone gathering valuable information about potential residences.Houston self storage

Is It Possible To Sell My Home Fast But Rent It Back? Posted By: Brigette Federico

Most people that are in the situation where they are asking themselves 'can I sell my home fast and rent it back?' will probably by this time have their 'back against the wall' with debts and need a financial escape route. They may need to adjust their lifestyle to adapt to reduced income, but they may also need action of a more urgent nature.

The fact of the matter is when you are forced to sell a house quick you are probably in a financially stressful situation which you want to get through as quickly as possible. Freeing up the equity in a property seems one of the most logical solutions, but of course when you have been living in your home and don't want to lose it either it is almost like being caught in a 'Catch 22 situation'.

To lessen the stress you may be going through when you are asking 'please sell my house fast' you can officially sell your home to a property buyer for cash and you can rent the property back from the buyer so you don't always have to move home.Sell My Home Sell House Fast Sell My House Fast Sell Hous

New York Divorce Law Posted By: Martha Chan

What are the grounds for divorce in New York?
If you are a resident of the state of New York, four of the grounds in New York divorce law are based on "fault" of one of the parties. They are:
1) cruel and inhuman treatment;
2) abandonment for one or more years;
3) imprisonment for three or more consecutive years;
4) adultery (which can include "deviant sexual intercourse").
The only ground that doesn't call for one party to be at fault is one year living apart under either a separation agreement or a separation decree granted by a court. This is the closest thing New York divorce law has to a "no-fault" ground for divorce.
In most cases, fault has no bearing on the division of marital assets or on spousal support.
Annulment
In New York divorce law, the court declares the marriage contract broken; in an annulment, the court says that there never was a marriage. Annulment is much more difficult to prove -- and is much rarer -- than divorce. If you want to go this route, you will definitely need to speak to an attorney.- New York divorce New York divorce lawyer New York attorn

How To Stop My Divorce - What To Do To Save Your Marriage Posted By: JD Dean

If you are wondering 'how to stop my divorce' the reality is, once the wheels have been set into motion they are tough to stop.

in several cases, pride gets in the way of sensible call making processes and the willingness to hurt one another during this time can sometimes be tough to understand. But it is fact and in this piece we'll give you several tips to stop your divorce.

6 Divorce Stoppers

One... first if you made the decision to divorce and you suspect or know you definitely made a mistake then you're in a much better position than most people. You hold the 'whip hand' so to speak and your better half will very likely be receptive to the idea.

Two... moving on from the 1st tip, while you would be in a strong position to help reverse the decision you may also need to swallow that pride we spoke about earlier and make a sincere apology. Anything less won't do. Telling your other half things like you made a mistake or you acted swiftly and never truly wanted a divorce might help and be sincere enough to get you through.

Three...how to stop my divorce stop my divorce stop a divorce stopping my divorce stop our divorce divorce

How To Have A Healthy Marriage Posted By: Jenny Mendosa

Of all the stuff a woman and man can decide to do, how to having a healthy marriage is maybe one of the hardest.
It is a successful and marriage that is hard to realize.

Nearly half the people that decide to get married will find themselves facing a divorce inside 5 years or less. Although these statistical data are worrying, it's good to notice the divorce rate has dropped in the previous couple of years or at least stayed stable.

One of the most significant reasons for this however is couples have spurned normal marriage and elected to live together. Living together, whether married or not, can be one of the finest or worst things you have ever done. You enter into the marriage with high hopes of an ecstatic relationship and the dreams of a pretty home and family.

For many this has become true, except for many others fact set in and they found it too tough to continue. What makes the difference in the succeeding and failing of a marriage?

The explanations are as much as they're sundry. most successful marriages appear to embrace some active ingredients.how to have a healthy marriage

Why Marriage Takes Work Posted By: Jenny Mendosa

Why should marriage be any different? Years of your life are spent in class making ready to get the job you would like or the career you need to pursue. If you wished to excel in sports, art or singing, you were prepared to work at it and spend unending hours practicing. Whatever your dream, nothing would prevent you from unceasingly working to attain your goal even if it meant foregoing certain pleasures and taking additional classes.

You studied and read each book you might find to help improve and at last become the person you needed to be. Sadly , the general public who have a go at wedding think it is a learn as you go project.

They "wing it" on a day to day basis and can't see the mistakes made along the path until it ends in separation or divorce.

It's common knowledge that over fifty percent of all marriage's end in divorce and many others are sadly sad. Marriage isn't regarded seriously any more or at least not for long.why marriage takes work

Couples Retreat, Do You Need Therapy? Posted By: Jenny Mendosa

Executives call them marriage retreats but in truth it might be a giant step up for you and your other half. In truth however, it's a retreat or a time to step back and reevaluate and rediscover each other.

It's a chance to debate the weaknesses and strengths of your wedding. Retreats are offered as group care and on a customized footing depending on your requirements and your degree of openness. Others teach there are occasions when it's best to melt the relationship and go forward. Pretty much all doctors urge you to put the past behind you and start to live again. You are inspired to anticipate the future as you build it together. Reasons to go to a marriage retreat can be as sundry as the issues that test your marriage. You could be experiencing a scarcity of emotional and physical abuse or intimacy. One or the other might have been disloyal and forgiveness appears inconceivable.

Or, it might be a case of mid life crises. All these issues are real and solvable with correct love, commitment and resolution to approach them together as a team. Are you consistently disagreeing, fighting and being hurt?couples retreat marriage retreat

Marriage Help Try These Tips Posted By: Jenny Mendosa

It has been noted that one of the most important things that leads to divorce is marriage. And, as silly and true as it could be, folk's will continue to wed and will continue to divorce.

Maybe, you say to oneself, if we live together before getting married and begin to know one another and smooth out all our issues, then the wedding will be perfect. Couples who practice cohabitation prior to making a commitment to marriage are likely to divorce than those that do not.

But you tell yourself that your mother and father divorced and you are from a damaged home, so you know the problems to look out for and avoid. You have witnessed what occurs when 2 folks drop out of love and the debates that ensue. Since you have been there and done that at least from an influenced bystander standpoint you are a pseudo expert on the topic of divorce.

Couples who come from damaged houses are likely to get a divorce. Studies prove that these folk who have seen this view divorce as no giant deal rather than something that they must avoid at any cost.marriage help

How To Save A Marriage With These Tips Posted By: Jenny Mendosa

An ecstatic marriage can bring many great things into your life for both hubbies and other halves. It implies the merging of 2 families into one and the blessing of kids. Married men and women generally assemble more wealth, earn a higher earnings and live in a dearer home.

It appears when you are married you are better educated too. However there's an advantage of a happy marriage you may not have predicted and that is better health, both emotional and physical.

So don't forget to select your companion smartly as it might be favorable ( or damaging ) to your well-being. Weird as it may appear, those couples who only live together don't share the same health benefits. A study from the Center for Illness Control made public that married men and women are more healthy than divorced, widowed, never married, or people who cohabitate. select somebody you are chuffed with to enjoy these benefits because a sad wedding may end up in the opposite for health benefits. The healthy process can reverse itself if you lose a better half due to death or divorce or if the wedding turns bad.how to save a marriage how to save your marriage

Signs Of A Bad Relationship Posted By: Jenny Mendosa

The excellent news about marriage today is that divorce rates are down. The bad news is that a rising number of unions are sad. Couples endure a sad marriage for a range of reasons but excuses often include the kids or they just hate to confess defeat.Marriages seldom die a fast death. It is like the fellow in a flick who's shot numerous times but won't die. He stumbles and falls 6 times and just when you believe he is fallen for the last time, he gets up again and reaches out for help. Many times this describes a sad marriage that injures the man and wife while they stumble and fall back but manage to hang on for one reason or another refusing to give up. If getting a divorce is the choice, the earlier you fix it the better you will become more emotionally stable and able to deal with the situation. Divorces can be awful on the whole family, particularly if you let them linger before reaching a pleasant breakup.

There are indicators of trouble in marriage and they are better to resolve if you notice them early on.signs of a bad relationship

Shedding The Stress In Your Life Posted By: Roberto Sedycias

Managing stress is a topic everyone has to consider on a day to day basis. Some people have to manage the stress in their hectic life every day, while others struggle to handle their stress upon the onset of a big change or something tragic. There are several ways to deal with stress that will have you feeling healthier and sleeping at night again.

Some people have super busy lives. They might have a job with long hours and a commute to top it off. The same person might also live in not ideal living situations and have co-workers they do not like. This particular example is showing an umbrella of reasons why someone might feel stressed.

For this example, finding stress relievers is key to functioning every day. One solution for this situation would be to make a list of short term goals and long term goals. The goals could be anything from; being able to walk five blocks and back to buying a condo. Whatever the goals may be, just knowing that you have some can help you get through the day.

It is also important to find someone to talk to about your issues.stress management self help

Rick Rescorla An Example Of What It Takes To Be A Hero Posted By: Matthew McKernan

"Men of Cornwall stop your dreaming; Can't you see their spear points gleaming? See their warriors' pennants streaming to this battlefield. Men of Cornwall stand ye steady; It cannot be ever said ye for the battle were not ready; Stand and never yield!"

The September 11th attacks in 2001 were the worst terrorist attack on American soil, and showed that even the mighty United States could be bloodied. Thousands died and before the dust even settled people were blaming the government for their failure to protect the nation. It was a dark day, but one man stood above all others, and when the first plane struck the World Trade Center (WTC) he went into action.

What specific areas are you looking at?

In this type of therapy, you will be looking for patterns and styles that are reoccurring in all of your relationships.marriage therapist counselor divorce marital issues
