Awakening The Heart In Meditation Posted By: Kip Mazuy

Let's first talk about the experience of awakening the heart in meditation. It begins with a feeling of pleasurable peace around the center of your chest. Then, from the center of your chest, you feel an opening. You can actually feel it on the physical level. Although physically nothing is happening, the experience is not just subtle, it is quite noticeable.

Most who practice meditation on a daily basis can relate to the experience of pain in the solar plexus or the center of the chest. This is the energy moving against blocks in this area of the body. Many people give up meditation at this point because this pain seems to be never ending, and with the pain comes the feeling of being separate from everything.

But when your heart begins to awaken in meditation, this pain is gone. Instead there is a feeling of an opening. It is very pleasant. Sometimes it may feel as though your whole ribcage is opening up. But again, it is not painful nor is anything actually happening at the physical level that you need to worry about.awakening the heart meditation awakened heart prana enlightened enlightenment self realization kundalini awakening Shaktipat deeksha

Video Conferencing Support Education Without Boundaries Posted By: Deeksha

At the basic level, video conferencing in education connects remote students to teachers. And on another higher level, it also leads students on visual tours, brings far-away experts on your desktop and allows kids and students to discuss their subject skills with their age group friends from other countries. All such activities might have been difficult in the previous days due to travel costs, time constraints and stress but now classroom video conferencing can offer a best solution. Video conferencing technology for schools can also create an interest and enthusiasm for learning which the traditional teaching methods cannot.
Recently some educational departments have started taking advantage of this technology to support learning and teaching. Video Conferencing Solutions can help us by providing facilities like giving instructions and providing distant learners with a group of resources and access to content providers, teachers, librarians, students and more.
Not only that but many more teachers are opting Educational Video conferencing as a method of improved communication and instruction. Many schools abroad are using video conferencing to connect with one another and produce large volumes of video and text data to teachers and students.Educational video conferencing Video Conferencing In Education Video Conferencing Video conferencing support video conferencing education

Application Of Healthcare Video Conferencing For Rural Areas Posted By: Deeksha

As we know, the most challenging task now-a-days is facing healthcare problems, and this is due to a serious shortage of doctors and nurses in rural areas. When there is a situation having only one doctor for 30,000 people, Video Conferencing can best solve this problem. And as many youngsters prefer to migrate abroad because of better opportunities and facilities provided there, It's reflecting in an overall shortage of doctors in India which is becoming a problem in rural areas. Shortage of doctors in villages is not the only issue, but sometimes the doctors who are posted in villages fail to perform up to the standards due to problems like absence among the staff, lack of required resources for treatment (beds, medicine etc.), cases of one doctor for every medical ailment and so on.

Helping over in Research AND Training, Video Conferencing can help medical experts and scientists to collaborate on their research without leaving their laboratories. The results of the research can be made available by demonstrating their techniques and methods of medication to the rural people by using Video Conferencing. This technology provides medical education for rural people, that helps in preventing many dreadful diseases.Video conferencing Video conferencing solutions Healthcare

Nonduality: How To Attain Oneness Posted By: Kip Mazuy

It is important to realize that separation is not your natural state. You are not separate from everything and trying to get to oneness.

You are doing separation. You are actively separating yourself from this moment. Through defining, describing and judging you separate yourself from everything.

And I am not saying not to have definitions, not to call a chair a chair. Because all of this happens anyway. This duality happens in nonduality. It is not one or the other, it is the same.

But because you latch on to the definitions you do not see the essence of what is here, you do not experience the oneness. Because you are identified with the thinking, separation is all that you see.

It is not wrong to do this, but if you want to be free of stress, of anxiety and conflict, it is important to realize you are doing stress, you are doing anxiety you are doing conflict.

Because the mind is so active, it appears that separation is just occurring and you are simply a victim of suffering hoping to reach nonduality.nonduality oneness meditation meditate enlightenment enlightened spiritual spirituality shaktipat music nondual advaita zen vedanta sent

The Truth About Self Realization Posted By: Kip Mazuy

There are many teachings about self realization. With the internet you can find tens of thousands of writings on self realization and spiritual enlightenment. Some of them quite wonderful and quite profound.

But because of this, self realization can be reduced to an intellectual experience by many and the opportunity for real enlightenment is lost.

Often in the Advaita circles self realization is defined with sayings like "I am the ultimate. I am already enlightened. Nothing is needed outside of myself."

And such exclamations are wonderful if they are truly experienced. But often they become an excuse to not follow spiritual practice, to not seek out the tools and methods that are pretty much necessary to attain self realization.

So the teachings that were once there to point others to realization become an end to themselves. Self realization is reduced to a type of understanding and then it becomes about knowledge.

Very subtly, knowledge and opinions take the place of truth. The intellectual mind remains dominant. People become arrogant about what they know and the real peace that was sought after in the first place is lost.

In a nutshell, there are two experiences.self realization self realisation self-realization enlightenment enlightened spiritual awakening guru shaktipat deeksha meditation meditate

Experience Oneness: The White Sun Contemplation Posted By: Marcus Knudsen

We often hear spiritual teachers say things like "Everyone is God", "God is everything" or similar statements. This may be the reality for him or her, but most people have not experienced an enlightened state to have the direct experience of this reality, so it remains an intellectual understanding.

This contemplation exercise may help you get some more personal experience of "oneness", and start a process in you that leads to a deeper understanding based on something you feel in your heart instead of some teaching you just memorized. The best way to do this contemplation is to first read it through one or a couple of times and then go and relax somewhere, sit or lie down and picture it in your mind while letting go and relaxing. Don't focus on how to relax or how relaxed you are, just feel free to not having to bother about even that.

The white sun (sun of all suns)

Imagine you are outside your body in space, just floating. But it's completely empty from stars. The only thing you see is a white sun. It looks about as big as our moon from where you are.Oneness enlightenment meditation yoga deeksha Xphirience Bliss code Marcus Knudsen holosync god

Meditation: Are You Suffering Yet? Posted By: Marcus Knudsen

If you do meditation you will sooner or later feel bad. You can not avoid it. Many people have the incorrect concept that people who are in to meditation, yoga and all that, are walking around on pink fluffy clouds, have a heart of gold and aren't affected by the problems of the world. It couldn't get further from the truth!

Suffering equals progress

What happens to people who meditate is that they bring up repressed emotions, memories and fears. If they keep on doing meditation in a successful way they will experience this suffering quite intensely. At this point many meditators think that they are failing because they have this wrong concept that everything will just be flowers and rainbows once they start doing meditation. In fact, a good sign that you are successful in meditation is that you start feeling bad every now and then. This is because of an inner healing process that while working on a particular fear, trauma, memory etc, will bring all the feelings associated with it to the surface. It is important to remember that this is not dangerous. It means progress is being made.Meditation relaxation yoga god shaktipat deeksha nirvana enlightenment

How The Mind Stops Spiritual Experiences Posted By: Marcus Knudsen

We tend to have concepts about what a spiritual experience is and we tend to screen out everything that doesn't fit exactly in to that framework. If something outside that framework happens we tend to almost ignore and forget about it. The thing that makes me a little sad sometimes here is that some people actually feel bad because they try so hard and are not getting what they expected, when in fact they are successful but are just not seeing it.

The users of the Bliss coded sounds are often spiritual seekers of some kind and are hungry to experience something of a spiritual nature. But we tend to read too many books and texts about this subject. We "know" so much about meditation techniques, yoga paths, guru's, enlightenment, samadhi states, brainwaves, astral projection, new age, deeksha, reiki etc etc, that we forget that we do not truly know anything that we have not experienced personally. Why do we read so much about something that must be experienced to be understood? Because the mind is there for one reason: To keep us looking, analyzing and thinking.meditation god spiritual enlightenment brainwaves holosync the mind relaxation kundalini

The Spiritual Path: Fear Of Dying And/or Going Insane. Part 2 Posted By: Marcus Knudsen

This is the second part of this article. You will find part 1 in the same article directory that you found this one.

I will now go deeper into a very good way to deal with anxiety and the fear of dying or going insane. The technique I'm going to describe is used in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Spiritual pressure

Many people on a spiritual path will say that they don't have any problems with anxiety because they are not depressed. They feel happy and strong. You can have a happy life and be in a good mood most of the time and still get anxiety attacks that you might think are "spiritual experiences". Spiritual people often feel very happy if their meditation goes well and get in a bad mood if they had a bad meditation session, struggling with calming down the thoughts. This is one of the most stressful things although you may not feel that. Check if any sensations in this list applies to you:

Symptoms

Thumping heart.
Sweating and trembling.
Hot flushes or chills.
Feeling short of breath, sometimes with choking sensations.
Chest pains or pressure.
Feeling sick (nauseous).
Feeling dizzy or faint.meditation deeksha oneness nirvana fear of dying fear of going insane god kundalini yoga

The Spiritual Path: Fear Of Dying And/or Going Insane. Part 1 Posted By: Marcus Knudsen

This article reflects my own spiritual path this far as well as experiences from other people I have come across who are dealing with the same thing. There is a need for this to be shared among spiritual seekers. This article is meant for those who have been on some spiritual path for a while and are getting deeper into it. All though everyone experiences it their own way, everyone can still benefit from what is being shared.

Enlightenment, nirvana or oneness is something more and more people seek. The most common tool to reach this is meditation and yoga. Another common path is taking the oneness blessing (previously called deeksha) which is a kind of transfer of divine energy or light. Many are not really aware of the hard part that may be ahead and expect everything to be pink clouds and rainbows.

After a while on the path most people start to doubt what they are doing. The blissful state, the love and peace that was initially experienced in a kind of honey moon phase may not be felt inside anymore.Meditation god fear bipolar enlightenment nirvana non duality kundalini deeksha

How You Balance Your Chakras Posted By: Marcus Knudsen

To start with, the word chakra itself means wheel, or vortex in Sanskrit. There are seven main chakra's in our body.
They are usually said to be energy centers that keeps the flow of energy running in your system.
If one or more of these are out of balance, the flow of energy will become out of balance too, resulting in problems both mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Maybe you have heard some time that we have more than the physical body like the mind, karma wisdom and bliss body. According to most "guru's" the chakras are located in the so called pranic body or energy body. Connecting the bodies and chakras are the energy channels called nadis. So every body is connected and the chakras play a vital role in keeping all the bodies healthy. If they are, the latent spiritual energy known as kundalini will flow through the energy centers making them vibrant.

In the physical body, each of the seven chakra's are connected to one of the seven endocrine glands and a group of nerves known as the plexus.Chakra kundalini meditation chakra\'s brainwaves meditation technique Holosync Deeksha Reiki
