There are no really known causes of tiredness during pregnancy but many experts suggest that it may be a result of hormonal imbalance. Added weight from the growing fetus can also cause fatigue. Some pregnant women also experience morning sickness where they feel nauseous early in the morning and they feel like vomiting. This can also cause tiredness because of the uncomfortable feeling and anxiety that are building up.

To stop feeling tired during pregnancy, here the simple things that you can do to cope up with the situation. 

Listen to your body. You know your body best and you can easily understand what it needs. If you feel tired already, you must rest. Go to bed early or take some naps in the afternoon if possible. If you are still working during your first few months, try to cut back from so much work.
