A Treat From Milan: Gems-stubbed Boots, Delectable Pizzas, And Paintings Of Da Vinci Posted By: Joel Jensen

On one of my designing projects, I had to visit Milan in Italy to showcase some of my designing work at a fashion seminar. I was delighted at this chance as I had the opportunity to visit some historical sites, museums, malls, and parks in the city. Surprisingly, I got one of the convenient flights to Italy that was economical and comfortable. I later learnt that my coordinator had gleaned through the online travel sites and purchased cheap tickets to Milan that allowed me save cash for my itinerary plans in the city.

Escape to the City's Brilliant Architecture

I had seen exquisite cathedrals no doubt, but Duomo of Milan was no match to them. The five-bronze door cathedral is the third largest in the World. While flying on a cheap plane ticket to Milan, I met few ardent art critics who had traveled all the way from Australia to check out the Cathedral. During Christmas, hundreds of cheap flights to Milan arrive from different parts of the world, bringing with them pilgrims who wanted to pay homage at this great cathedral. The church at Santa Maria is also well crowded throughout the year.

About Agra Posted By: mukesh

          ABOUT AGRA
Though Agra's history is largely recognised with Mughal Empire, but the place was established much before it and has linkages since Mahabharat period and Mahirshi Angira in 1000 BC. It is generally accepted that Sultan Sikandar Lod, the Ruler of the Delhi Sultanate founded Agra in the year 1504. After the Sultan's death the city passed on to his son Sultan Ibrhm Lod. He ruled his Sultanate from Agra until he fell fighting to Bbar in the First battle of Panipat fought in 1526.
In the year 1556, the great Hindu warrior Hemu Vikramaditya, also known as Samrat Hem Chander Vikramaditya, won Agra as the Prime Minister cum Chief of Army of Adil Shah of the Afghan Sr Dynasty. The commander of Humyn / Akbar's forces in Agra, Tardi Beg Khan, was so scared of Hemu that he retreated from the city without a fight. This was Hemu's 21st continuous win since 1554, and he later went on to conquer Delhi, having his coronation at Purn Qil'a in Delhi on 7 October 1556 and re-established the Hindu Kingdom and the Vikramaditya Dynasty in North India.
The golden age of the city began with the Mughals.hotels in agra budget hotels in agra agra hotels

Are Bodybuilding Supplements A Short Cut To Bodybuilding Success. Posted By: John Campbell

The fantastically developed bodies you see featured in the bodybuilding magazines are all remarkable and unique but they have one thing in common.
They will have all been built in much the same way...
Compound Exercises
Bodybuilders train hard and consistently over a lot of years. Their bodies are forged by compound exercises, mainly The Squat, Bench Press and Military Press. The weights used for bodybuilding will be heavy and in the 8 to 12 reps ranges to encourage hypertrophy and they will have consistently added a little bit more weight each and every session.
You can be sure the bodybuilder with that incredible physique trained extremely hard until they failed to do another a rep.
Bodybuilders eat very well and understand their own nutritional requirements.
Most of their bodybuilding nutrients will come from balanced meals with protein mainly from whole sources of chicken, beef, other meats and fish.
The remainder of the bodybuilding meal is a balance of carbohydrates and unsaturated fats.
Bodybuilders also know that eating can be as hard as the training, splitting the vast amount of food they need to eat to gain the calories for muscle growth over 6 meals a day.exercise bodybuilding

A Pleasant Break In A Long Walk.... Posted By: hoparoundindia

We were on our way to do the Circumambulation of Tiruvannamalai and visiting the Lord Arunachaleshwara in Tamil Nadu. Six of us started off by mid day of 6 Jan 2012, on this 17km walk; it was a hot and sunny day. We kept crossing many foreigners on our way and one of them a school teacher named Voila from Canada was also walking along with us. She told us that after reading the teachings of Bhagwan Ramana Maharshi which impressed her deeply, she came down to India to spend a couple of months here. We were pleasantly surprised to note that she is checked into a small home stay at Tiruvannamalai and does walk up and down to the Ramanasramam daily. After walking for 3 hrs we reached Ramanasramam and walked in with lot of expectations.
First we stopped by the big hoarding detailing the Asram site map. After checking out all the places to visit we went on to Bhagavan Samadhi Shrine. It is a huge and peaceful hall where a Shiva Linga is placed on the Samadhi of Bhagavan and a close to real life idol is also there.travel pilgrim Arunachalam Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi Gosalas Ramanasramama Ved Pathasala temple religious

Advantages And Disadvantages While Practicing Different Asana In Yoga Posted By: StuartOwen

Yoga is a different kind of exercise that has been practiced for more than five thousand years now. People who practice yoga were able to keep themselves hale and healthy. Yoga not only helps in keeping our body fit, but keeps a balance of mental status as well. Practicing yoga helps us to concentrate well in our work and brings success in most of the activities we undertake. Yoga was original practiced in India and originally belonged to the Hindu religion. However the word Yoga is associated with meditative practice in Hindu, Jain and Buddhist Religions. Today, yoga has spread to different parts of the globe and many Americans follow yoga practices regularly. Most western countries provide yoga classes at a large scale and focus mainly on the Physical poses. These physical poses are often called Asana. There are different kinds of asana. While some of the asana is easy and can be learned and performed by any one, some of them are extremely difficult. The main concept behind doing these asana is breathing.
If The Evidence Proved Him Innocent, Why Did Dr. Malachi K. York Plea Guilty? Posted By: William Greggory

This very seemingly simple question has a quite complex answer. Unbeknown to many outside of the judicial system, this phenomenon occurs much more often than one would think. This holds ever so true even more for the suspected offender that cannot afford a good attorney. A court "appointed" attorney is a court "paid" attorney. Now, if you couple this with the idea of a suspect who may already have any kind of criminal record, you have a recipe for many people being put behind bars on false pretenses.

Question: It seems quite far-fetched that someone would ruin their life because of a terrible lawyer, is there more to it?

Answer: Yes there is.

Many times, the terror begins in the 'inTERRORgation' room. This is where investigators use all kinds of physical and psychological tortures to coerce(force, trick) a person into confessing to a crime he/she didn't commit or wasn't even guilty of being an accessory. Often times, just as depicted on the detective shows that come on television, the interrogation process is for the most part the same just much more harsh.Dr. Malachi York Vienna Convention Ed Garland Article 36

Why Using Google Searches For Employee Screening Isn't Risk Free Posted By: Thomas Winthrop

The internet provides many sources to dig up dirt on candidates who want a job with your company. With the popularity of social networks - and most people's failure to alter privacy settings - you can sometimes find information you may never learn from an application or interview. Relying on the internet as an employee screening method, however, is not without its dangers and drawbacks.

Is It Legal?

As of January 2012, there were no court cases related to an employer using the internet as a means of employee background screening. A prospective employee, however, may consider an internet search to be an invasion of privacy. Social media sites could let an employer learn about current or past behaviors they might find questionable, but that have no bearing on the applicant's ability to do the job. In some states, it is against the law to use a candidate's off-duty, private behavior to make an employment decision.

While the legality of using the internet as an employee screening method is still a gray area, there are ethical dilemmas related to using pretexts to gain information about an individual online.employee background screening employee screening
