Before you attend your next training session, set yourself some goals. Ask the relevant questions, do you want to improve? Do you want to play professionally? Establish why you attend training and take the necessary steps to achieve your ambitions.

At training make sure you concentrate at the tasks at hand. Once you cross the chalked lines forget about all your problems and for the next hour or so, concentrate just on training. Management versus Leadership

Semantics to some, but if people are the organization's most valuable resource, then they should be treated as valuable members of the team.

A leader's job is to show the way so that others want to follow, not to make them submissive.

Leading

To show an authority vs. responsibility scenario which illustrates how a leader affects an organization, things can contrast sharply with a change in leadership and its impact on the organizational climate.

 Planning can include contacting a training partner, looking for volunteers from the family who will sacrifice one morning a week for a walk, wording up family on your exercise plans, planning times that you know you can keep. (There's no use saying to yourself that you will get up at 5.30 a.m. on a day you have to work for 15 hours.) Remember also to organise cooking menus.
