Tonneau Covers Posted By: Hiteshbhoi

What exactly is a tonneau? Well a tonneau also known as a truck bed cover is exactly that, a cover that goes over a truck bed. There are many different types of tonneau covers on the market today. Some are made of vinyl that look like leather but hold up fairly well under different weather conditions as well as the ultra violet rays of the sun. Some tonneau covers are made of plastic, fiberglass and aluminum. Many of the soft vinyl covers have aluminum frames and aluminum bows which give the covers a slight arch for strength against snow load and also allow water to run off.

Some tonneau covers close up along the edges with snaps and others close up with rugged velcro tape. There are truck bed covers that open on hinges. Just lift up from the back of the pickup truck much like a trunk cover. These are known as a hinged tonneau. Several manufacturers make such a soft cover such as Extang with there fulltilt tonneau and Lund Genesis with there hinged tonneau. Tonneau Masters make a hinged tonneau they call the hinged slantside.Chevrolet Silverado Keychains Chevrolet Silverado Keychain

Tonneau Cover Buyers Guide Posted By: Hiteshbhoi

I put together this tonneau cover buyer's guide to help some people find what they are looking for in a truck bed cover.

When buying a tonneau cover for your pickup truck, one of the first things you should do is ask yourself, what do I use my truck for? By this I mean do you use your truck bed often, do you carry high cargo loads or low loads below the truck bed rails or do you use your truck bed very seldom. Are your pockets deep or like many others shallow and you need an inexpensive cover. Do not just go out to buy a tonneau cover because you seen one on another truck and it looked great. That truck may have a cover that takes time to open and that would be no good if you use your truck bed often. Below I will throw some of my personal ideas at you just to get you thinking.new york car dealer dealership

Improve Your Gas Mileage Posted By: HB.

Does the cost of gas have you fuming at the pump? If carpooling and public transportation are not the answers for you, you'll be happy to know there are ways to improve your fuel economy no matter what type of car you are driving.

Here are some good habits to practice for better gas mileage, from XenTx.com:

* Drive safely. Aggressive driving wastes gas fast. Hard braking or jackrabbit takeoffs can waste gas and curb mileage by as much as 33 percent at highway speeds, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.

* Slow down. The faster you drive, the more gas you waste and the more money you lose at the pump. Each mile per hour you drive over 60 is like paying an extra 10 cents per gallon, according to DOE.

* Keep it covered. Your gas cap, that is. About 17 percent of cars have missing or damaged gas caps, causing 147 million gallons of gas to vaporize every year.

* Replace your air filter. A clogged air filter chokes off the air and causes too much gas to be burned for the amount of air.car truck van auto suv

Create Better Business Processes To Stimulate Growth Posted By: seoteric

Business processes are the lifeblood of a business. They can help create sustainability, encourage growth through scalability, and increase the productivity of your entire operation. Without sound processes, business owners limit their ability to reproduce results on a consistent basis, and spread themselves too thin while juggling tasks and clients. Does any of that sound familiar? You may need to take a look at implementing better business operations and processes.

As a business owner, especially in the first few years, you tend to be a "jack of all trades" within your new company. You are the expert, and as such you probably spend your time touching all aspects of the business from providing services, attracting new business and keeping up with the financials. The question is - how long can you continue to maintain current operations while bringing in new customers? There is a drop-off point where you just can't keep providing the same level of service to your customers unless you expand your operational capacity, and you usually don't find out what that limit is until it is too late. Realizing that too late can damage your reputation and even destroy your business.business solutions sas business software accounting software management tools business growth

High Fuel Cost And What It Means To Our Everyday Lives Posted By: Hiteshbhoi

According to our recent poll, the rising cost of fuel has caused many families and individuals to restrain from driving habits that we've been so accustomed to. Before the fuel cost skyrocketed we wouldn't think twice about hopping in our car for a 50 or 60-mile trip, perhaps to a zoo or other recreational area for a leisurely Sunday outing with our families.

But by the statements of those who responded to our poll, it appears that these leisurely drives are being limited or in some cases, families are simply staying home more.

In order to combat his high fuel expense, M. Cooper from Saint Louis Mo, a consultant that drives 20,000 mile plus per year recently traded in his Ford Taurus for a new Honda Civic that gets 41mpg.

Another consumer stated the fuel prices have drastically changed their life style, they've quit going out to dinner, going to the movies and even cancelled their vacation plans. What once cost him 42.00 to fill up his truck, now cost $110.00. We have a lot less money than we did before this all started.bike trailer car hauler dump trailers tandem axletrailer uti

Top 5 Reasons Your Business Should Invest In Technology Posted By: Majestic

2010 was the year of the entrepreneur. Over the 12 month period in 2010, the number of people starting businesses was at its highest point in 14 years, dating back to 1996. Entrepreneurship tends to follow the economic cycle, with periods of boom promoting new businesses aided by easier financing and expendable income, and periods of bust with businesses growing out of the need to get to work. In 2010, the job market was still very week after a prolonged period of high unemployment. The numbers indicate that when people can't find work, they can try and create it by starting their own businesses.

Starting a business is difficult. The business owner often has to be the expert at everything from operations to accounting and management. It is very difficult to do all the jobs of a business owner well, so how can a young business grow and thrive with the economy against it and owners that are spread thin?

The answer is simple. As a business owner, it is important to look for ways to do your job increasingly efficient and effective.studio software business software management software dance studios

Do You Run Your Business Or Does It Run You? A Look At Gymnastics Studios. Posted By: Majestic

Being a business owner is no small task. It is the proverbial marathon of balancing personal time and professional duties. Every small business owner has to become the visionary, the facilitator, the accountant, the technician, and the customer service manager. Balancing all these roles is a difficult and daunting task, even for the brightest of leaders. Most business owners may not think they can afford the tools to help them streamline their daily operations, and seldom look at the options available to them.

For many small business owners, the business runs them - it dictates their day to day activities, priorities, and time management. They spend a lot of time focusing on the task at hand instead of working on the important factors of long term goals, objectives, and building the business or brand. Getting stuck as a cog in a system doesn't allow you to fulfill your role as the business owner.

A lack of proper tools and support can make running your small business more difficult. If you could alleviate one or more areas that were demanding large amounts of time, it would allow for more time spent on planning, direction, and actually leading the company.gym management gymnastics software

Save Money On Gas Now Posted By: Jayden Briggs

As of January 2011, the average price for a gallon of gasoline in the United States is over $3.00 - that's the bad news. The good news is, skyrocketing gasoline prices have caused many Americans to start looking for ways to either cut back on the miles they drive or find ways to make their cars more fuel efficient. That's good news because these fuel-saving attempts and attitudes will help reduce the fuel emissions that regularly foul our atmosphere. The question remains, just what do we need to do to spend less on gas and reap the reward of cleaner air; a few tips follow:

Get your car in shape

A well maintained car will burn less gas than one that has been neglected:

1. Keep your tires properly inflated; check your car's user's manual or look for the sticker that gives you the recommended tire inflation pressure. If your tires need replacement, look for tires that are rated as LRR (Low Rolling Resistance). Proper tire inflation along with the LRR tires will be your biggest fuel savers.

2. Change your motor oil at the manufacturer's recommended intervals and be sure to use the recommended 'weight' (viscosity) motor oil.energy

Five Reasons To Buy A Retractable Tonneau Cover Posted By: Chris Robertson

Pickup trucks are incredibly popular - and for good reason. There are few other vehicles that are as versatile and downright useful than a pickup. In fact, the only major drawback to a pickup is the open bed. That's where a retractable tonneau cover comes in handy. If you're considering a tonneau cover as an accessory for your Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Toyota, or Nissan pickup truck, here are five reasons to go for it.

1. Privacy. You don't need or want to show everyone what you carry in the back of your truck. It's frankly none of their business. A retractable cover for your pickup bed keeps your belongings private.

2. Security. It's an unfortunate truth in today's society that property crimes are up. Particularly in these tough economic times, would-be thieves take every opportunity that comes along. Why give thieves the opportunity to steal your tools or other belongings? A lockable, retractable tonneau cover keeps your items away from prying eyes and helps prevent theft. Those who steal are notorious for choosing targets that are easy; a cover for your pickup bed will likely cause them to look elsewhere.

3.
Nacapuli - Some New Twists To An Old Favorite Posted By: Steve Schwab

Hike beyond the Ojo

Nacapuli, the amazing palm canyon north of San Carlos, is one of the most popular hiking destinations in this area.

I had hiked as far as the final water hole (ojo) at least a dozen times with anyone who visited me in tow. But I only recently continued up the canyon. The path is sometimes hard to find, but if you keep heading up the ravine, you will reach the end of the path after about one hour. The view is worth it a sweeping vista up and down the adjacent valley, all the way to the water.

Nacapuli Canyon starts out as an easy hike that becomes moderate, requiring some scrambling over boulders, up loose rock hills and through a tunnel in the rocks. And after the ojo, there are challenging sections with some haul-it-over-rocks required.

The path takes you through a narrow canyon surrounded by towering rock walls and lush green palm trees. The walls of the canyon are covered in various cacti, such as the ocotillo, cholla, and barrel. AND nbsp;Beyond the ojo, the rocks are even more spectacular, going from a pink sand color to deep rust.San Carlos Mexico San Carlos Hotels San Carlos Condominiums San Carlos Home Rentals San Carlos Condos Rentals San Carlos Resorts San Carlos Prop

The Convenience Of A Retractable Tonneau Cover Posted By: Chris Robertson

I am a scuba diver and I have a pickup truck. Scuba diving requires lots of specialized equipment and that equipment takes a lot of space. It's only natural that a pickup truck would be the perfect solution for hauling and organizing scuba gear because of its size, but the biggest problem has always been keeping the truck bed's contents safe and secure. A friend of mine told me about Pace Edwards retractable tonneau covers. So, I did some research, I bought and installed one, and was amazed at how well it works and how inexpensively my problem had been solved!

To go scuba diving you often have to travel to get to your destination. Sometimes I travel by plane, but more often by driving my vehicle. When I lived in Tennessee I drove my truck to places as far away as South Florida and all the way to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for dive trips. One of the nice things about driving is that you don't have to really limit how much you take because a lot will fit in the bed of a truck.retractable tonneau cover Pace Edwards Jackrabbit Full Metal Bedlocker
