Iron Fist - Shoes Meant For The Trendsetters Posted By: Kavin Howard

Iron Fist shoes have been setting trends, redefining boundaries and raising bars since 2001. The owners of the brand, Mike and Travis are friends and avid surfers, who love street art and culture, music, skateboarding. They wanted to create a line which will define rebel and attitude. With no advertisement campaign and sheer creativity and hard work, Iron Fist managed to create just that for last 10 years. They started their first outlet out of the trunk of Travis car and now have international distribution in multiple countries, including UK, Europe, USA, Russia, Middle East, Canada, Czech Republic and South Africa. Major retail outlets all over the world sell Iron Fist shoes.

Iron Fist has managed to do all this in such a short span of time; one wonders what might be their secret? The secret lies in their artwork on each and every shoe. The brand has engaged reputed underground street artists all over the world, known for their extensively rebellious artwork, to design their footwear. Each pair of shoe is individual at its own right and makes a bold statement. Impulsive, raw, rebellious, unapologetic, Iron Fist is in no way closer to being ordinary.Iron Fist

Will The Pension Time Bomb Set Off A Crime Explosion? Posted By: J. Litle

When state and local budgets fall short, services are cut. That means critical services like police and fire and transport... and with the pension crisis looming, the unkindest cuts of all still lay ahead.

Diane Cunningham of Colorado Springs, Colo., no longer has a flat-screen television. She decided to sell it... so she could buy a shotgun.
Colorado Springs shut off a third of its streetlights this past winter, The New York Times reports, in order to save $12 million on electricity. Shortly thereafter, a chain of events convinced Ms. Cunningham she needed to be armed.

"Her tires were slashed, she said. Her car was broken into. Strange men showed up on her porch. Her neighborhood had grown deserted at night..."
Meanwhile, in East St. Louis, Mo., Reverend Joseph Tracy is convinced guns are the problem. (Guns in the hands of criminals, that is.)

"It's open field day now," Tracy says. "The criminals are going to run wild." That dire prediction came from a decision by city council members, as reported on stltoday.com, to reduce the ranks of the East St. Louis police force by 30%.

Alvin Parks, the mayor of East St.pension federal government

Criminal Charges Could Cut Bp's Stock In Half Posted By: Justice Litle

Fallout from the BP oil spill is spreading. And far from being "cheap" as some pundits suggest, BP's share price could implode if criminal charges are filed.
It's not looking good for British Petroleum... or the Gulf of Mexico. In fact it's looking like an outright disaster, about as bad as we feared.
And BP's stock "" which a number of armchair contrarians quickly dubbed as "cheap" in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon spill "" is at risk of being massacred.
Don't trust the smart-aleck "buy the dip" viewpoints on this one. Not only would investors be unwise to buy call options on British Petroleum at current levels, they may well be better off buying long-dated put options instead... in anticipation of seeing BP's stock price cut in half. Or worse.
We're talking about $50 billion to $100 billion worth of market cap here... at real risk of being wiped out. (That notion might sound wacky. But a lot of folks thought the concept of a "euro crash" was wacky too, when we started pounding the table for it a number of months ago...Crude Oil Enviornmental Issues Oil Spill Investment BP

Follow The Money: Washington To Wall Street... Posted By: A. Lass

Follow the Money: Washington to Wall Street"
By Adam Lass, Senior Editor, WaveStrength Options Weekly

This American company has gained 777% the old-fashioned way: selling junk in backroom deals.

As regular readers know, I am a Ford man.

Back when I was a kid, you had to make three really important choices. First, you had to pick a political party. Didn"t matter how well you knew the candidates "" you picked a party and that"s what you were.

We are talking Democrat or Republican here. Libertarians weren"t much discussed, and backing the Socialists could get your parents blackballed at work. And if you wanted peace around the dinner table, you just went with the same side your folks did.

Second, you had to choose "your" baseball, basketball and football teams. We didn"t have rotisserie leagues back then, so there was no " la carte." You picked your guys, and you defended their every move in the schoolyard and on the stoop "" with fists if need be.

Prudent Choices

To this day, I still follow the Mets and the Knicks over the Orioles and Wizards.Ford Goldman Sachs Geely

The Future's So Bright... Posted By: Adam Lass

Is stealing 177% from summer-dazed investors ironic? You betcha!
AND ldquo; AND hellip;I gotta wear shades. AND rdquo;
Who says only Gen Xers can appreciate irony? Heck, Fran AND ccedil;ois-Marie Arouet (a.k.a. Voltaire) was writing about AND ldquo;the best of all possible worlds AND rdquo; back in the heady days of 1759, when snotty wit like that could get you strung up by your thumbs in the Bastille.
Still, the line from Timbuk3 AND rsquo;s 1986 hit by that name is particularly apropos AND ndash; and particularly ironic AND ndash; in all sorts of ways these days.
Did you catch Luxottica Group LUX:NYSE) AND rsquo;s wild 15% rally last week? In case the name is unfamiliar to you, Luxottica is the Italian company that owns those stalwarts of the American mall, LensCrafters and Sunglass Hut, and those ultimate summer scene accouterments AND ndash; Ray-Ban and Oakley sunglasses AND ndash; so heavily pitched at same.
Profits Down AND ndash; Shares UP!
Now I should point out that LUX shares have been on a tear for some time now, rising some 57% since setting a six-year low back in March. Clearly the stock had more than a little momentum going into last week.dollars
