<description>Like so many people, when I first began to put on weight, I tried every diet, every exercise program and every gimmick I could find.  I went to extremes because I was angry.  I was angry that my thyroid had been damaged by neglect, during some minor surgery.  It caused me a serious weight problem which I was stuck with. <description>You are what you eat. That saying somehow describes me perfectly. 
Make no mistake. I love to eat. Period. I eat everything. Well. Almost everything.  I love spicy and salty food and just can"t get enough of sweet stuff. And the result is my body ballooned up to almost 140 kilogram (that"s more than 300 pounds). 
Which of course, give rise to more complication, medically that is. Yes, overweight people are burdened with many diseases like hypertension and diabetes.
