Generally, my best advice is; make sure you nail the vows clearly. And what I mean by that is make sure you get crisp, killer sound. Sound is more important than vivid colors or crisp imagry. Clients might forgive a lot, but generally if the vows sound like garbled marbles, you will get a telephone call. So, whether you use a handycam from Walmart, or an $8000 Sony XDCAM, the rules on sound are the same - make sure it's good. Trust me, babies cry, planes fly overhead, cell phones go off - all those things can/do happen during important parts of the ceremony.
