All Realities Coming Together to Form One

Without the universe (IT) there is nothing for the (I) to experience. The (I) would be floating in awareness, observing a timeless awareness - aware of nothing else. If there was no (I) would the (IT) even exist? If the universe is really just fluctuating energy waves it is our brain that converts them into observable, experiential matter. Without the observing (I) these universal energy states are nothingness (which is still really something!).

The universe (IT) is a series of complex relationships (ITS) from the very tiny to the very large. Vibrating waves in other dimensions (according to string theory) form neutrons, protons and electrons. Neutrons, protons and electrons form atoms. Atoms form elements that make up the physical universe as well as life in the form of molecules that form DNA chains. The DNA has the intelligence or inherent knowing of life creation. The (presumed to be unconscious) elements of the universe come together to form a profound new living reality within it; the observing energy of the universe (I). The observer that must have been there all along comes to life. Together the (I) and the (IT) form an experience of observer and observed; **End Summary** Topics: communication civilization new reality
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is founder of FullPotential.com - A Global Community for Positive Change, with hundreds of free videos and articles on cutting edge personal development.
3 Kinds of Meditation You Can Do Right Now

The following are three types of meditations I do almost every morning. If you have limited time in the morning you can do just one, or try to move through them quickly. I find that by doing them consistently I require less time to do them. But if I let a few days go by without doing them I need more time to focus, slow the mind down and do them properly.

As for your posture - the important thing is that your back is straight. You can do these meditations lying down but its easier to fall asleep especially if you're doing them first thing in the morning. So I suggest finding a comfortable way to sit up straight, even if you need a little back support. Sitting cross legged or with feet flat on the floor is up to you.

10 SECOND BREATHING MEDITATION
The 10 Second Breathing Meditation is quite simple - simply focus on your breath for 10 CONSECUTIVE breaths without thinking of anything else. **End Summary** Topics: meditation health well-ness meditating ahm ohm
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is founder of FullPotential.com - A Global Community for Positive Change, with hundreds of free videos and articles on cutting edge personal development.
Time to Go Within the Self

I predict that people will some day invest as much time going within as they do living 'out' here.
It seems a person awakens proportionate to the amount of time they spend in silent introspection, therefore in order for society to progress it is vital that outward action is balanced with silent self study.

I'm not defining progress as economic or technological advancement though surely there will be great advancement in these areas as well; there is a direct correlation between creativity / innovation and introspection; between prosperity and asking the right questions. The kind of progress I'm talking about however in the realm of peace and love. A spiritual unity that will arise as greater understanding of the self increases. An awakened consciousness on mass scale will allow people everyone to have open discussions about their Ego / personality and it's curious nature at an early age.

New generations will take for granted the fact that confused Ego's used to grow up and dominate society. That there was a time people used to sit and stare outwardly for hours at a TV, rather than sit and staring inwardly for hours at their self. **End Summary** Topics: perspective looking inside introspection sprituality
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is founder of FullPotential.com - A Global Community for Positive Change, with hundreds of free videos and articles on cutting edge personal development.
Reality is Whatever You are Aware Of

Nobody ever taught you as a child to be curious - you were simply OPEN to what reality could be and because you didn't really know - anything was possible. A young reality is a magical place.

From the time you were a child your greatest quest has been about discovering what is true. As time goes on you discovered what you considered to be 'hard truths' about reality - people dying, people lying and people hurting...you formed beliefs about these truths and that became your new reality. The more beliefs you established about your reality the more this became your internal reality.

After early adulthood - most early formed beliefs become like hardened concrete and change relatively little over the course of life. There are two exceptions: If the life experience shatters hardened beliefs to rubble or if a person continues to seek truth and keeps their belief structures 'wet' so to speak, they are always open to change.

Another word for beliefs is rules. You setup rules to help you navigate reality more effectively. **End Summary** Topics: perspective self-improvement spiritual guidance changing your view positive
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is founder of FullPotential.com - A Global Community for Positive Change, with hundreds of free videos and articles on cutting edge personal development.
How to Balance the 6 Major Life Areas for Greater Well Being

Every day is a balance. Nutritionists suggest that you eat a variety of fruits, vegetables and proteins to make sure your body is getting all the essential nutrients and building blocks for your body. This same strategy is also important for other areas of your life as well. For example are you giving proper focus to your physical, mental, spiritual, social, emotional and financial well being or is the focus disproportionately invested into just a couple areas?

Are You Neglecting an 'Essential' Area?
Do you feel you are neglecting other important areas of your life? If so why? Many times people 'know' they should be focusing on another area and they are 'trying' but then they 'RATIONAL-LIES' (make up a story to explain their behavior) why they can't put the effort into it they know they should.

The Six Major Areas of Life are Essential for Well Being
The reason why its so important to evaluate your life regularly based on these six major areas is because they are all essential to your well being. This fact is self evident - try to neglect any one area and your entire system suffers. **End Summary** Topics: self-improvement balancing your life finding balance well-being
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is founder of FullPotential.com - A Global Community for Positive Change, with hundreds of free videos and articles on cutting edge personal development.
Steps to Great Customer Service

More and more companies are discovering the benefits offered by outsourcing contact centers to the Philippines. Even if these contact centers offer cheaper labor costs, superb customer service should never be forgotten along the process. To ensure this, the following steps may be undertaken.

Empower the employees to work superbly. Excellent customer service is a matter of culture. If this culture is developed in the organization, well and good, it will reap its benefits in terms of better satisfaction of customers and the better reception of people to the company. In addition to this, the employees are usually the ones who directly work with customers in the delivery of customer service. Hence, if they are not prepared, then the customers might never come back again.

Make information readily available in the organization. In this generation, information has become very powerful and at the same time, it has become way easier to acquire thanks to the Internet. The information found in the Internet, however, tend to be not very fresh. In addition to that, there are employees who do not know where to turn to in the Internet to acquire important information. **End Summary** Topics: call center outsourcing services call center outsourcing philippine top call center
About the Author:
James Stinson is Owner and Founder of Global Sky Inc.
Making Every Motion Count

I was playing soccer yesterday across a full field. The game was more than half over and I was feeling quite winded. I thought to myself I did a lot of running around and felt tired but did I really concentrate on making a goal with every effort? If I wasn't I was essentially wasting energy for no reason. And I thought about it and many times I was just happy to defend and get the ball further up field. I hadn't really made a conscious effort to make every motion count. And as I looked around I could see that most everyone else (especially on my team because we were getting slaughtered) had not made a conscious effort to make every motion count. They wanted to win, but they were not playing to win.

Of course half the fun of playing a sport is the experience of it - but in any competitive sport you are playing to win. And winning consists of making every motion count towards a goal. You have to be conscious of what you're doing and it has to be in alignment with making that goal. **End Summary** Topics: Self-Improvement goal setting reaching your goals
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is founder of http://www.FullPotential.com - A Global Community for Positive Change, with hundreds of free videos and articles on cutting edge personal development.
Outsourcing: Past, Present and its Future

Undeniably, outsourcing professional jobs from Western countries to other parts of the globe is by far, the biggest phenomenon that the business world has seen these last twenty years. The rapid development of the technology behind communication has helped make outsourcing expand exponentially. But what paved the way for this so-called business maneuver to take hold among many of its present practitioners? How is this business practice faring today? What will this phenomenon bring the global market in 20, 30 or even in 50 years time?

In its simplest terms, outsourcing is the delegation of jobs from an internal production to an external entity; a process that is somewhat similar to handing out jobs to different subcontractors. Although many companies are outsourcing professional tasks the different service providers within their countries boundaries, the term outsourcing in itself has now come to mean the elimination of the native staff, in favor of utilizing the services of the less expensive overseas work force. Outsourcing can also be defined as the management and execution of an entire business function by a 3rd party service provider. **End Summary** Topics: call center outsourcing services call center outsourcing philippine top call center
About the Author:
James Stinson is Owner and Founder of Global Sky Inc.
How Outsourcing Can Help your Business

It seems as if all kinds of business ventures can now profit from outsourcing: that process of sending out non-core company projects to overseas service providers. Business Process Outsourcing or BPO can be translated as seeking the services of consultants, independent contractors or freelancers that can do specific tasks with which the primary company has no immediate access to due to either financial or time constraints. Outsourcing entails basic know-how of this kind of transaction especially when deciding on which projects are to be outsourced, what service providers should be assigned to what project, how to manage the project from afar, how to agree on payment terms, and how and when to best present the finished product.

Outsourcing has many benefits, especially for small to medium scale businesses. Here are some examples on how outsourcing can help your business expand and prosper.

Finding expert handlers

There are many forms of outsourcing as many as the required jobs or projects you need to send out to service providers. The great beauty of this business strategy is that it frees your company from many a tedious task like interviewing potential workers, filing your workers benefits, training, etc. **End Summary** Topics: call center outsourcing services call center outsourcing philippine top call center
About the Author:
James Stinson is Owner and Founder of Global Sky Inc.
What Makes a Great Leader?

You may have heard that great leaders are made, not born. You may know a great leader when you see one, but have you really thought about what constitutes somebody who has a potential to be one?

A Great Leader Is Not

1) Made through position or connections. Being in a leadership position or knowing great people does not make you a great leader.
2) Appearance in dress or manner. Five stars on a uniform does not make one. Nor does standing tall or talking proudly.
3) Made through intimidation or fear.
4) Made through unjust or unrighteous causes. A leader may possess nearly all the qualities of greatness, but if lacking in the ability to discriminate high value from low value, this sort of leader is the worst of all kinds.

A Great Leader Is

1) Made through investigating themselves thoroughly. All famous leaders from the past have a hunger to know themselves and engage in deep introspection.
2) Made through conscious control of emotions. Because they know themselves so well, they have fortified their mind from external forces, to the point where they choose what influences them. **End Summary** Topics: leadership personal development spirituality entrepreneurship full potential self improvement
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson is affectionately known as Mr. Full Potential.
The Power of Open Communication

A relationship without open communication will inevitably give way to deception. There is no grey area. It is better to hurt another with open communication than to betray with deception. You will find that even the act of open communication prevents deeds that would normally be performed under the veil of dishonesty.

A relationship is a gentle lowering of individuality or Ego. A free flow of ideas, perceptions even insecurities should come to the surface and be discussed. In the ideal environment, no taboo or perceived craziness is outside the limit of open discussion. All taboos are society's programming anyway- which is far from open at the present time. Even governments and companies have not recognized the power of open communication with their people.

To suddenly start being open after a long period of hiding is far more difficult than being open on a regular basis. But inevitably this line has to be crossed, and accepted. An environment suitable for revealing all is the first stage of open communication. Both parties must be willing to hear anything and refrain from allowing their Ego to jump into the fray; to judge, feel hurt or angry.

Next comes regularity. **End Summary** Topics: open communication relationship advice society philosophy spirituality
About the Author:
James Rick Stinson 23 year old author of Garden of Life, avid meditator and personal development coach.
New Way of Outsourcing Calls

It is a common story- project gets outsourced, vendor fumbles project, project moves back onshore. The biggest threat facing outsourcing is lack of communication and control between outsourcer and client. Not any more, says James Stinson owner of Global Sky Inc, due to a new service called seat leasing.

Seat leasing presents a way in which clients can take their projects offshore, manage it personally (or assign their own management) in an offshore environment without the incurring the cost of overhead or risking quality issues with an unproven vendor.

Seat leasing clients basically "lease" seats on an hourly basis. Costs are around $4 per hour for call center projects and $3 per hour for back office projects like data entry.

Why outsource if you've still got to manage it yourself? "Lots of reasons", says James Stinson, owner of Global Sky Inc., a call center based in Manila, Philippines. "The biggest reason of course is cost savings. Typical salary of an offshore agent is about $2 -3 per hour. So add that to our workstation rental and you're paying a TOTAL of $6 - 7 an hour. Compare that with other full service providers in the US or even offshore providers. **End Summary** Topics: call center outsourcing seat leasing customer service outsourcing inbound call center
About the Author:
James Stinson is Owner and Founder of Global Sky Inc.
