So you have decided to write an ebook. You have completed your due diligence. You have selected an appropriate topic. You have determined that there is an audience for your subject. You have researched the competition and have determined that you can find a niche in this market.

Now you need the material for your book. This is one of the top stumbling blocks for first time writers. Actually, even experienced writers. Relax, take a deep breath. It is not that difficult. In-fact, the more you think outside the box, the more enjoyable the experience will be.

For the sake of this article, lets say you are writing copy for and ebook on diabetic dogs.

Where can we find information on diabetic dogs? Well, the first place I imagine everyone would probably go is the Internet. Google it up, right! Well sure, that it is the first place I would start. In researching this article, that is what I did. I had 286,000 hits. Wow! Plenty of information. The problem is, it is easily accessible to everyone. What would be great for us, is sources of information that are not as easily accessible. **End Summary** Topics: ebook creation write an ebook
About the Author:
Donald Johnson

How to Write an Ebook 7 Steps to Keeping Your Ebook "User Friendly"

How many of us snuggle into our chairs with a cup of hot chocolate to read a good ebook? Not many of us. Reading from a computer screen is very different then a physical book with pages to turn. Our eyes and brain react differently to reading from a computer. But if you keep these 7 simple techniques in mind your readers will not be able to put their laptops down.

1- Use lots of white space. By white space, I mean keep your paragraphs small. Three to four sentences is best. Doing this will create an oasis of white around the paragraphs. This is much easier on the readers eyes.

2- Use lots of bullets. Not only does this help break up the page further, creating more white space, but readers love bullets. They see it as a checklist. And this is exactly what people who are trying to learn something want.

3- Use simple easy to read fonts. Forget about the fancy cursive or other such fonts. You may think it is really cool, but your readers eyes will tire quickly.

4- Use a font size of 12 to 14. **End Summary** Topics: ebook creation write an ebook
About the Author:
Donald Johnson

How to Write an Ebook - 5 Easy Steps to Profit

Writing an ebook is not hard. Once you become familiar with these 5 easy steps, you will be cranking out your very own ebooks fast.

Step 1 - Choosing the Topic

In picking your topic, always keep your goal in mind.

If you're looking to create an information product that you can sell in order to make some money easily, then you want to select a topic that people will be interested in.

If you are trying to establish your credibility on the Internet, you'll want to choose a topic closely associated with whatever your online business focuses on.

If you're trying to create a free gift or an opt-in enticement, pick a topic that can be covered quickly, is related to what you are selling or promoting, and that provides enough information to stimulate the person's interest to learn more.

Picking the topic is going to involve figuring out what your audience wants to know. The best way to do that is by browsing the Internet. Look, for example, at the forums for sites related to your area of expertise. People who are posting in those forums are very likely to be asking questions to which they want answers. **End Summary** Topics: ebook creation write an ebook
About the Author:
Donald Johnson
