Relationship between Phytoestrogen and Mammary Glands Development

Phytoestrogens are very important in herbal products because they are made up of 100% natural ingredients making their composition with powerful estrogenic characteristics.

The most significant estrogenic characteristics of Phytoestrogen remain in its power to act like endogenous estrogens, by facilitating the development of natural mammary glands. At one point of early foetal life of the epithelial cells, derived from the epidermis of the area that will be converted later in halo, the mesenchyme proliferates. In humans, 20 cords or less are formed, they develop to be converted into conduits connected to mammelons, then, they open to the area. They surround the ducts, forming a network of myeloepithelials cells designed to promote the expulsion of milk.

During subsequent stages of gestation, the hidden ends of pipes bloom to form alveolar structures, thus a small amount of secretory activity takes place. The results of this training in the chest occur after a period of 1 to 7 weeks. Subsequently, in case of absence of oestrogen and progesterone coming from the placenta, the breast goes back to a stage of reclination, integrated by a few scattered ducts. **End Summary** Topics: Relationship Phytoestrogen Mammary Glands Development b
About the Author:
Ines Khalsi is a fitness professor, she acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies, having weight problems herself; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.
The Pueraria Mirifica for Herbal Breasts Enlargement

The Pueraria Mirifica (Kwao Krua BUTEA or Superba) is a botanical species of Thailand and Myanmar. Its tubers are used to improve the general appearance of the breasts as they expand the mammary ducts, in order to stimulate and expand fat tissues. Consequently, the breast becomes firmer. In addition, it also helps to maintain the collagen and new skin cells. The breasts become softer, more rounded and more attractive.

Normally these plants are found in abundance in the forests of the north, west and north-west Thailand. The active ingredients of this plant lie in the inter-tuberous roots that look like strings of rounding bulbs. The shape and size of the tuberous roots can vary depending on the environment in which they grew.

There are 9 species of plants of the Pueraria family that look alike in Thailand. However, it is possible to verify the authenticity of Pueraria Mirifica thanks to the characteristics of the stamen of the flower and its thick husk. The tuber can enlarge and accumulate at least 13 known natural chemicals classified as phytoestrogens: the Miroestrol, daidzein, genistin, genistein, B-sitosterol, estigmasterol, coumestrol, Pueraria, compesterol, mirificoumestán, kwakhurin and mirificin. **End Summary** Topics: Oestrogen estrogens breast phytoestrogen Pueraria
About the Author:
Ines Khalsi is a fitness professor, she acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.
Obesity and Herbal Therapy

According to the International Obesity Task Force, around 2006, the world approximately comprises 300 million obese and perhaps 800 million people overweight. Other epidemiological studies estimate that there are 1 billion 500 million overweight people in the world. It is therefore estimated that'1 / 4 to 1 / 5 of the world population is too large! In the United States, where obesity is more studied than anywhere else, health authorities estimate that on average 33% of men, 36% women, 12% of adolescents and 14% of children are suffering from a serious overweight. In France about 25% of women and 18% of men are overweight.

But the distribution of overweight or obese in the country and across age groups is very uneven. Some examples in France: there would be 16.5% of overweight people in Lower Normandy against 32.7% in Alsace. If we look at age, on average, 1.7% of 6 years children would be too big, 6.5% at 14 years and 20% of adults should lose weight.

If a French person in ten is actually obese, in Polynesia (Tahiti, Wallis and Futuna) 70% of people have an important overweight. **End Summary** Topics: Obesity health herbal treatment over-weight herbs medicinal plants weight loss reducing natural alternative medicine fat safe
About the Author:
Ines Khalsi is a fitness professor, she has acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies, having weight problems herself; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.
Different Types of Adult Obesity and Herbal Drugs

The fat is broken down in different ways in the body. It is quite important to determine the fat distribution, as the impact on health is not the same depending on the location of overweight. In obesity or overweight type female (gynecoid), excess fat is located at the hips, buttocks and legs. In obesity or overweight type male (android), excess fat is located at the abdominal organs on the abdominal wall and sometimes on the upper back. There are also mixed types, especially when obesity is very important.

This classification is somewhat simplistic and does not reflect the variety of human types. However, it is estimated that obesity-type female is not as serious as that of male type. This type of obesity is often more serious and results in metabolic disorders: diabetes type II with onset of insulin resistance, abnormal blood lipids (cholesterol and triglycerides) and cardiovascular disorders associated with increased risk of cancers.

Too many Kilos, those that are potentially hazardous to health, are mainly located at the waist and hidden in the abdominal organs. Measuring waist circumference is a simple and practical way of knowing if the overload fat is in the abdomen. **End Summary** Topics: Herbal treatment over-weight obesity herbs plants weight loss reducing natural alternative medicine fat safe
About the Author:
Ines Khalsi is a fitness professor, she has acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies, having weight problems herself; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.
Hypo-Caloric Diets, Exercise and Herbal Therapy

We know now that for a lasting loss of weight, the slimming treatment must result in a modest but steady decline in weight, not more than 2 kg per month. A rapid and massive loss of weight leads to a metabolic adaptation that makes more difficult the further conduct of the diet and is, when we drastically abandon this plan, a phenomenon that bounces back much of the lost weight .

The diet does not fall below 1200-1500 cal per day, depending on the size of the person and his or her daily activity and must include vitamins and essential fatty acids.
Things we must be wary of and think about:

• Excess in fat foods (foods containing a lot or only fats): These are the first that we must drastically limit, they are full of calories and do not cut the appetite.

• Excessive intake of rapidly assimilable sugar (sugars), including those hidden inside artificially sweetened drinks, fruit juices and sodas (these drinks are a leading cause of weight gain in children).

• Excess in alcohol (high in calories).

• Do not reduce the intake of protein but be wary of hidden lipids in fat meat and some fishes. **End Summary** Topics: Obesity health herbal treatment over-weight herbs
About the Author:
Ines Khalsi is a fitness professor, she has acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies, having weight problems herself; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.

I don’t know about you, but I am really scared when I see photos and videos of skinny girls! Is that beauty for most people? I think that is rather progressive suicide. Girls with a skeleton-like body, when you look at them, you may believe that their bones would tear their skins and show up. I am even wondering how they can still be alive. Talking, breathing, sleeping and eating? Oh, yes, not eating, eating does not make apart of their daily habits!
But it is not their fault, all these poor girls, they are fragile, sensitive and very vulnerable. They are easily corrupted by the fashion industries dictatorship, fashion dictators seem to forget most of the time that those young women are not only their products promoters but also human beings. How could they urge a 1.80m girl to weigh only 40kg. Personally, I say that the condemnation is unarguable: it is an involuntary homicide, no, that is not enough, it is rather a premeditated voluntary homicide. Heads of suchlike industries are adults and fully conscious of their acts consequences but don’t even mind. **End Summary** Topics: Herbal natural weight loss reducing diet healthy safe
About the Author:
Ines Khalsi is a fitness professor, she has acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies, having weight problems herself; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.
Herbal Weight Reducing

Appearance. Yes, appearance is a very important value nowadays, all our societal system is highly based on appearance. Some of you may say that people are not so superficial, unfortunately they are! A beautiful appearance is a highly strong trump to evolve in society. Everyone, one day or another, has noticed how a waiter or a grocer behaves when dealing with a beautiful woman or even a man. Beauty is appealing, beauty is sorceress, and the human being is very naturally attracted by beauty.
A good-looking person has obviously more chances to charm the opposite sex and involve in a wonderful love story. It would be much easier for a good-looking person to get a good job because he/she would be more appealing than another candidate who has the same skills but who is less appealing to the employer. A fair woman or man is always envied by others, admired and praised. A nation, for instance, may not elect a neglected, bad-dressed person as a president, it may rather vote for an elegant, well-dressed individual because appearance was, is and will be always very important. **End Summary** Topics: Herbal natural weight loss reducing diet healthy safe
About the Author:
As a fitness professor, she has acquired a significant experience in weight loss therapies, having weight problems herself; she went across different medicines and discovered that herbal medicine is the safer way to lose superfluous kilos.
