There Are Virtually No Real Christians

Nearly everyone who claims to be a Christian is a liar! Christians are supposed to live their lives as dictated by their Bible but virtually none of them do. The Christian leaders are the worst offenders. Below are the biblical instructions on how you should lead a Christian life. Let me know if you follow all of them to the letter. Let’s start with prayer. What do you do when you are sick or have toothache? Forget about doctors, hospitals or dentists. According to James 5:14-15 ASV “Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith shall save him that is sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, it shall be forgiven him.” Bet you don’t follow that! Have any Christians married someone from a different country? Shame on you, because you are not following God’s word. Do You Know What Your Dog is Trying to Tell You?

We all know that dogs cannot speak or even think like a human but they are very capable of getting through to you what they wish you to know. Everyone knows what your dog means when you are enjoying a meal and he sits there staring at you with a sad, neglected look, drooling all over the carpet… “Please, I haven’t eaten anything for a week at least.” We avoid this by feeding our dog first and then refusing his pleas. He will try this sometimes with strangers but I just have to say “No begging.” He will then take a big gulp, hang his head in shame and wander off somewhere to lie down. We have a Rottweiler called Killer. The reason for this name is that we live in a house in Indonesia that is somewhat remote and the neighbours, knowing the dog’s name, are somewhat loathe to bother us. The better known religions are of course Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Catholicism, and Hinduism. However there are many more, for example, The Amish, The Brethren, Children of God, Christadelphians, Christian Science, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), Community of Christ, Eastern Orthodox churches, The Family, Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Polygynists, Jehovah's Witnesses, LDS Restorationists. Messianic Judaism, The Process, Progressive Christianity, Quakers, Community of Christ, Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Unification Church, Unitarian-Universalism, United Pentecostal Church International, Unity School of Christianity, Urantia Book, Worldwide Church of God, The Way International, to name just a few! Which one do YOU follow?... The one that you were born into and brainwashed with of course! I am now, as of this writing, seventy five years old. I was brought up as a Jew and was forced by my mother to go to the synagogue every Saturday. I was also sent to a Jewish school. FREEDOM OF RELIGION: RUBBISH! This also means freedom FROM religion. Do you think that an Atheist could be elected president? Bushâ€™s appointed Minister of Justice from the Religious Right had a partially nude statue in the Halls of Justice, that had been there for generations, covered up to conform with his religious beliefs. Christian faith based schools receive government funding. Why was stem cell research banned under the Bush administration? How come the government prosecutes offbeat religious cults that are no crazier than some of the formal religions? FREEDOM OF SPEECH: RUBBISH! Try calling someone a racial name. Political corrrectness is so prevalent that you have to be careful making a joke in public. People have been sued for making disparaging remarks in a supermarket. A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to...

I lived in Colombia for eight years with my Colombian partner and our daughter. We lived in Cartagena, so close to the airport that we could hear all the airline flight announcements. Our neighbour was the chief of police and our daughter used to play with his kids so we spent some time in each otherâ€™s homes. I am a licenced amateur radio operator (ham radio). There were a group of us, all radio operators, who used to hang around together. One day we decided to drive to another city. As one of our little group lived on a farm, we arranged to pick him up on the way. The driver was not too sure of the way to our palâ€™s farm and managed to take the wrong turning. A couple of miles up this country lane, he realized his mistake and turned the car around. My Open Secret To a Perfect and Lasting Relationship

I am not a psychologist, neither have I had any training in relationship advice. However I have been married to a wonderful girl for the past five years and, during that time, we have never had a fight or shouted at each other. Every day is a day of peace and love and I find her just as exciting now as the day I fell in love with her. Over the years I have come to understand her mind and I believe that I have discovered the key to a happy relationship. It certainly works for me and maybe it will work for you.
