The Benefits Of Outsourcing

Outsourcing has certainly increased in popularity to the point where instead of being an option that companies can explore, it’s becoming the norm. Instead of outsourcing being used mainly by large companies, small to medium business have started to embrace this concept and are really beginning to benefit from it as well. It has come to the point where a lot of backend processes are outsourced.

The benefits that outsourcing has given to businesses starts with the enormous savings that are to be had that now allow companies and individuals access to skills and expertise that would otherwise have entailed large investments. However, businesses that want to take advantage of the benefits of outsourcing should first outline the goals that they want to achieve and then also consider the risks that the move will entail.
Here are some of the benefits of outsourcing that businesses can take advantage of:

Focus and growth on core competencies – as back-office processes are outsourced; businesses do not have to worry about hiring the right people and training them to take care of these processes. **End Summary** Topics: Outsourcing Virtual Assistant Coaching
About the Author:
I am a CEO of a coaching company and I've been outsourcing some of our workloads to virtual assistants offshore.
Time Management Techniques

Often, people look back on their day and wonder where the time has gone and why they were not able to accomplish the things that they needed and really wanted to. While it’s certainly true that there are only a limited number of hours within a day that people can use to accomplish the things that they need to do, it’s often not a question of managing your time but more of an act of managing yourself.

All of us have exactly the same amount of time to get things done, yet why is it that studies show that successful people can accomplish in the region of 60% more work within the same time as unsuccessful people?

Do you remember the old saying, “if you want something done give it to a busy person”

Time management techniques and skills are without a doubt an important part of being able to accomplish the different tasks that need to be done within the day. While many think that it’s a difficult thing to do, it’s often more about how a person controls himself. **End Summary** Topics: executive coach life coach training executive coach
About the Author:
Learning the right time management skills are important if you are too busy.
The Reason Coaching Is The Second Fastest Growing Industry In The World

There are few career choices today, which can be said to be totally recession proof. Coaching is one such option. In fact recent reports suggest that coaching is the second fastest growing industry in the world, next only to the IT industry. And considering that coaching in a formal manner is a fairly recent concept, this speaks volumes about the positive benefits and advantages that coaching actually offers.

Business Coaching and Life Coaching
There are two fields of coaching both of which are doing extremely well – business coaching and life coaching. The principle behind the two is the same and where they differ is perhaps the application. Business coaching, also called executive coaching refers specifically to coaching strategies designed to improve workplace productivity and motivation levels. Life coaching is a broader subject area and encompasses identification of personal goals and objectives, enhancing quality of personal relationships and of course professional development, all of which factors are important for a well balanced and fulfilling life. **End Summary** Topics: coaching style managerial skills coaching be a life coach
About the Author:
Let me help you give more references about the coaching industry.
The Core Elements of TGROW Model

Topic
This is the first stage in a coaching session. The topic/subject of discussion should be established. The ideas presented for discussion should be taken note of and in a situation whereby the client does not have ideas of what to discuss or is reluctant to open up, the coach through the use of judicious questioning techniques and active listening can aid the process towards clarifying and exploring the topic. Ahead of the client’s disclosure of major facts, the coach assumes the role of a good listener and cleanses his mind of any preconception as to become preemptive in addressing the issues being put forward by the client. A coach assumes the position of an unconditional and non-judgmental umpire.
Goal
The ultimate objective in coaching is to see a client reach some specific goals. At least, that is one reason clients come to us as coaches. It could be either a long, medium or short term goal. The main fact that coaches help the clients raise awareness and take responsibility for the outcomes in their lives makes coaching a highly effective and sought after service. **End Summary** Topics: TGROW Model TGROW Coaching Noble Manhattan Life Coaching
About the Author:
If you are interested in lifestyle coach training , you can train with the the longest established coach training companies in the world that currently trades in 26 countries. Noble Manhattan have an avid desire and commitment to consistently raise the standards of coaching throughout the world.

Selling Cosmetics And How To Be Successful

One of the most universal traits of us women is in caring for our beauty, not all, but in the majority of cases, we will do whatever it takes just to be beautiful in so many ways. Cosmetic products are considered anything that is used to enhance our face and body. Many women today are in the business of selling cosmetics to fellow women. There are hundreds of ways in which you can market your makeup, creams or other skin care and cosmetics to get it into the hands of potential customers. But it is always crucial to consider what products you are selling; your complete success depends on proper selection and adequate know how.

Research shows that most women have heard of Mary Kay, Avon and Virgin Vie cosmetic companies. Such companies allow women to operate their own home business selling cosmetics, skin care products, as well as ready to wear dresses and jewelry. These companies and many others, require their distributors to purchase a small starter pack, which will include a number of products, marketing catalogues or brochures, order forms and other items. You are then ready to go! **End Summary** Topics: Selling Cosmetics Skin care skin care and cosmetics Colour Coaching Beauty coaching coaching Colour Analysis Home business for women Sell Cos
About the Author:
Don’t you know that you can be successful in selling cosmetics ?
Give Your Best Through Colour Analysis In looking Good

Understanding how and why seasonal colour analysis can enhance your life through helping you to make the best colour

choices is worth finding out about! Without it, even the simplest task of choosing what clothes to wear can sometimes

take you forever, and even then you are not sure that they are right for you. Color analysis plays a large part in

every area of our lives: From waking up in the morning and looking at the sky, to see if it will be a good day for

you, to looking at yourself to see if you look vibrant and healthy or weak and pale. In deciding if the food we eat is

fresh or rotten, or if it’s healthy, leafy or not. It happens when you walk in the streets and see all things moving

around you, it’s the colours that makes the world come alive.

Now let me explain how colour analysis works. This is closely linked with the four seasons of the year, and in its

truest form a seasonal colour palette is used to help you choose the best colors for you. It is determined by skin

tone, eye colour, and hair colour. **End Summary** Topics: Colour Analysis Color Analysis Colour Coaching Color coac
About the Author:
Visit the colour analysis offer by Noble Manhattan and get the chance of

Since the first time that I saw a picture of Cleopatra, I have always had the vision of women being so beautiful: The color of their eyes, their beautiful bodies and their fabulously cut wardrobes. Whether you are a woman of royal blood or just a plain servant, you are always a lovely sight. And colors will always have a role to play in making you even more beautiful.

As time evolves, and technology advances, more and more women are becoming too involved with how the world works. I don’t want to sound sexist here, but if you just take a look around you, you will see many women becoming just like men. Work oriented, surviving alone, stronger and more powerful and the downside to this is that most of them forget how to be feminine. They just go with a basic routine of taking a shower, patting some powder on their cheeks and carrying that pony tail around at work all day. What did I tell you about them becoming more like men? They even dress like them! Such a sad reality, that so many women have lost that touch of being gorgeous, being beautiful and being well manicured. **End Summary** Topics: Colour Coaching Color coaching Beauty coaching coaching Colour Analysis Home business for women Sell Cosmetics Seasonal Colour Analysis Image C
About the Author:
Written by Gerard O'Donovan Founder of Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd

Getting married is the most enjoyable feeling ever and now that I have a son, I feel so fulfilled. But changes will always happen, some will make you happy and others will haunt you… And there is one change that is starting to haunt me now!

After I gave birth, I gained weight and I lost that slender body with those curves. Ha! I’m starting to miss it now and at times like this I begin to feel a little sad on how I look today. Sometimes I ask my husband if I still look, you know, okay… and he will always say, “you look fine”, but I know that he is just too careful, never wanting to hurt my feelings. Reality bites, every time I try to get into my old jeans, but I can not manage to button them up, no matter how hard I try! Ugh! My blouses and t shirts are tight too! And the extra layers of fat are showing, so obvious, I feel so bad about it. Well a perfect time to go out and shop for new clothes and lift my spirits perhaps. **End Summary** Topics: Noble Manhattan Colour Coaching Color coaching Beauty coaching coaching
About the Author:
Written by Gerard O'Donovan Founder of Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd

Sleepwalking Through Your Life? Here's How Mindfulness Can Help.

Have you ever sat down to watch TV with a bowl of popcorn on your lap, then suddenly realized twenty minutes later the bowl was empty? Have you ever driven somewhere and arrived safely, only to realize you didn’t really remember the trip?
These kinds of experiences happen to everyone. Today, many of us refer to this mindless activity as “being on autopilot”. Many daily habits can be completed without our full attention. It seems our minds are constantly running ahead to the next activity to be completed, the next phone call, or meeting, or place we need to be.

All of this multi-tasking, however, is taking its toll on our lives. A bit of inattention now and then is not necessarily a bad thing. But sleepwalking through life, always rushing off to the next thing and never truly living “in the moment”, can come at a high cost. Relationships with family, friends, and coworkers eventually suffer. We miss out on the special moments that happen every day. We ignore important messages about our health, our well-being and our life. **End Summary** Topics: Noble Manhattan Coaching Life coaching professional coaching meditation
About the Author:
Written by Gerard O'Donovan Founder of Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd

The Ultimate in Exotic Destinations: Vietnam and Cambodia

The exotic destination of Vietnam lies in Southeast Asia’s center, bordering China in the north, Laos and Kampuchea in the West, and the Pacific Ocean in the east. The entire country stretches from the Ha Tuyen province in the north to the Minh Hai province in the south, and includes thousands of enticing offshore islands and striking archipelagos.
Archeologists date Vietnam’s genesis to approximately 300,000 years ago. Official history, however, dates Vietnam’s beginnings to about 4,000 years ago. Although the French governed Vietnam from 1858-1954, the name “Vietnam” conjures images of the war with the United States, which ended more than twenty years ago. Today, Vietnam welcomes tourists from many nations to its lush, green interior, where striking cultural sights and sounds abound. With tropical temperatures year round and the welcoming smiles of its people, the country is a popular destination for tourists seeking an off the beaten track” journey that artfully blends the physical with the spiritual.
Cambodia, bordering the Gulf of Thailand to the south, Thailand to the east, Vietnam to the West, and Laos to the North, was founded from 802 to 1431 A.D. **End Summary** Topics: exotic destinations travel coach traveling travel coach
About the Author:
Written by Gerard O'Donovan Founder of Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd

Coaching in the Workplace

Today organizations employ life coaches in the workplace so that the employees can achieve the desired results through proper guidance and training and therefore achieve increased efficiency at work. Hence whether it involves completing deadlines, attending meetings or planning out the next project a life coach can help you to use sophisticated tools and techniques to help all employees excel at their work and complete all the tasks allotted to them on time.

Today big corporates and multinational organizations make use of coaching sessions to train and empower their employees so that they understand their responsibilities and they are made capable to fulfill them. Coaching in the workplace results in learning from one’s mistakes and not repeating them again. It becomes very important that each and every employee has a clear vision and an action plan in place so that he focuses on the same to achieve the end result.

Coaching at the workplace also helps to you to work in co ordination with your team. After all achieving the goals of an organization is a team effort and every member in the team should strive in his own way to achieve a common goal. **End Summary** Topics: life coach training executive coaching coach training
About the Author:
Gerard is the CEO of Noble Manhattan Coaching .
The Need for Training

If IFAs and Life Assurance Companies are to compete effectively with the direct sales channels that are trading today and with the many more about to appear in the next 24 months then they must first realise exactly what they have to do.

If they want to keep, never mind increase, their market share they must grow, and grow effectively. In fact to stand still is to slowly die because their market share will slowly be eroded. If their aim is to increase their market share they have to come to the realisation that this can only be achieved by recruiting new people. Not chasing the small numbers of industry trained professionals that are already working in the business.

New blood is, and has always been, the way to generate the enhanced levels of business that most of the Life Companies want and will need. There are only so many existing trained people to go around anyway. Companies must also engender and breed loyalty among their people so that they stay because they want to; not simply because they perhaps get paid a bit more. **End Summary** Topics: life coach training executive coaching coach training
About the Author:
Gerard is the CEO of Noble Manhattan Coaching .
The Realities of Life

For many people, much of life consists of trying to keep a balance, as though they are fighting to keep on their feet amidst a vast crowd of people who are pushing and shoving them around. It seems that life demands we become professional jugglers. We want to do our jobs well, to bring up our children well. To romance our loved ones, to spend time with friends, time with our family and time with ourselves. In this complicated world that we have created, we also want to take care of our homes, our cars, our bodies, our heads, our hearts, our souls. We also want to play sports, enjoy hobbies and nurture outside interests. We want all of this, and as if this wasn't enough to complicate matters further we want on top of it all, more money, more power, more recognition, more possessions, more of everything. The trouble is we can't have it. And we can't have it for the simple reason that we don't have the time. And even if we did, once we fulfil one desire, another one crops up, and the demands on our time and energy don't match. **End Summary** Topics: life coach training executive coaching coach training bus
About the Author:
Gerard is the CEO of Noble Manhattan Coaching .
Who Am I?

The question that is the gateway to spiritual enlightenment

Having been a coach for many years, in addition to having been involved in the training of at least 1400 coaches worldwide, I have come to the conclusion that one of the greatest skills that we, as coaches, possess and need to perfect is the ‘art of the question’. In fact, one could say that another definition of a coach is Master Questioner.

It is important to remember that the quality of our life is determined by the quality of questions we ask ourselves. Some people ask themselves very mediocre questions indeed. For example, What time shall we go to down the pub?” Others look at someone who has achieved great things and ask themselves Why not me?”. It is similar to the difference between I can’t afford it” and How can I afford it?”

As coaches we have two responsibilities towards our client. The first is to provide them with a first-class coaching experience through the effective use of questioning skills. The second is to educate them in the techniques and benefits of self-questioning, helping them to realise the importance of regularly asking key questions. **End Summary** Topics: life coach training executive coaching coach training
About the Author:
Gerard is the CEO of Noble Manhattan Coaching .
Coaching for Profit

No matter whether you are an individual or a large corporate body, you will always strive to make profit by boosting your sales. No business can do without profit as profit proves to be the most important motivational factor for any individual and business. Today we discuss more on coaching for profit. In fact to put it bluntly, if the company does not make a profit, then everyone is out of a job.

Coaching for profit refers to methods and techniques imparted by a coach to people as to how they can earn rich rewards for the efforts that they have put into the business. Coaching is necessary to understand how to maximize the use of various resources in an organization to optimize output. Coaching covers every aspect of the organization from production to the marketing of the products and to their sales. Business requires employing the right kind of marketing mix whereby the best combination of factors like product, price, place and promotion are can all be derived. Every employee of the organization should be made aware of his exact authority and responsibility. You would actually be amazed at how often this does not happen. **End Summary** Topics: life coach training executive coaching coach training business coaching personal coaching noble manhattan gerard donovan
About the Author:
Gerard is the CEO of Noble Manhattan Coaching .
Goal Setting and Achieving

As children we grow up with dreams and as adults it is important that we continue them as it is when we stop dreaming that we start to whither and die. Man was born to dream; he was also born to achieve. The more dreams we have the more alive we are, although we don’t always have to achieve our dreams in order to achieve happiness. The mere act of pursuing our dreams, or starting out on the road to fulfilment can bring a great sense of direction, satisfaction and joy. Remember that wonderful saying that ‘success is a journey, not a destination’.

So when does a dream become a goal? It is when it changes from an idle ‘wish’ to something you have a passion for, perhaps even an obsession. In fact show me a man who is obsessed with something and I will show you a man with a goal. If you are serious and determined about achieving various goals in your life then you must become passionate about them. However, another important thing about achieving goals is to incorporate FUN. **End Summary** Topics: life coach training executive coaching coach training business coaching personal coaching noble manhattan gerard donovan
About the Author:
Gerard is the CEO of Noble Manhattan Coaching .
Keeping Work and Life in Balance

As self-employed, freelance writers and journalists, chances are you never switch off. When you get a commission, you have to do it sometimes at very short notice to meet the deadline. In particular, you may have to cope with the challenge of juggling family and work demands, trying to maintain a work-life balance, which if not achieved can be extremely detrimental to your physical, mental and emotional health. Most people are interested in a higher quality of life. Life where you have more time for yourself and your relationships, with more energy to invest in emotional, physical and spiritual well-being

Coaching can help you find the work/life balance. As reported by the British Journal of Administrative Management, coaching 'takes a holistic view of the individual' ensuring that work, corporate values, personal needs and career-development are made to work in synergy and not against each other.

Borne out of the competitive pressures of today's economy, as well as the struggle to find balance in the frantic pace of modern life, personal life coaching is now rapidly attracting devotees worldwide. **End Summary** Topics: Coaching life coach training life coaching personal coach
About the Author:
Contact Gerard at gerard@noble-manhattan.com.
Coaching for Growth

Coaching normally refers to the various forms of guiding, questioning, and mentoring, and is not to be confused with the more directional forms of , training and showing the correct path an individual or a group of individuals can take to achieve their goals and develop the specific skills to perform well. Coaching for growth may include personal coaching which involves one to one discussions and conversations or workshops, seminars and even presentations.( however in a non directional format) Coaching for growth in business is normally done by coaches who have specialized skills and experience working with executives and teams in order to help to improve quality, efficiency and increase knowledge.

Coaching for growth may also include personality development which helps to develop your overall personality in terms of how you carry yourself and present yourself to the world at large. You should remember that it is the impression that you create on other people that will bring you recognitions and rewards.

Coaching for growth in case of the child is normally imparted by the parents and once the child enters a particular school, the major part of coaching is undertaken by the teacher. **End Summary** Topics: gerard o'donovan noble-manhattan corporate coach training
About the Author:
Contact Gerard at gerard@noble-manhattan.com.
Accelerated Learning

Having been a self-development trainer for many years I have come to the conclusion that when looking at the many life skills that humans need to master in order to mould for themselves a joyous, fulfilling and creative life, accelerated learning skills are probably the most important of all. Not only do these skills make a huge difference to the individual, they also have a massive impact on the corporate sector. The annual figure spent on corporate training is colossal and yet without the implementation of these foundation skills it is apparent that the vast majority of this money, representing thousands of pounds, is being totally wasted.

As opposed to the ‘one career’ life typical of yesteryear, in today’s age most people are being required to make several changes during their working life. It is predicted by Charles Handy, Professor of Economics, that in the generation to come it will not be unusual for someone to have between 5 and 7 completely separate careers. This means that not only must we be adept at change, but also comfortable and confident amongst this constant bombardment of new information and demand for learning. **End Summary** Topics: gerard o dononvan coaching life coaching. leadership noble-manhattan
About the Author:
Contact Gerard at gerard@noble-manhattan.com.
