Fat removal or fat prevention?

Prevention is always good instead of cure. You never need to cure a disease if you had taken prior cautions to prevent it. Same is applicable for obesity also. If you prevent our body from obesity you will never have to take a fat removal treatment. The person who has been under observation of his well aware parents from his childhood, about his diet and physical activities, does not need to follow any fat removal program today. But for obese people; there is good news, that they can prevent their children from being affected of obesity. If they know the facts how obesity starts developing in a child they can prevent it.

In this article I am trying to reveal some general facts how obesity starts capturing the body of a person from his childhood. If a person is well aware of these facts, he or she can easily prevent obesity from ruining the life of their upcoming generations and they will never have any problem regarding obesity and never need fat removal. **End Summary** Topics: Fat removal fat loss fat weight loss fat loss supplement
About the Author:
From: - Praveen rathore...
Fat removal- A need

Today we are living a fully developed, high tech and prosperous life with the help of automatic machines and these have become our basic needs. No one in the earlier times should have imagined the facilities and aristocracies that we have today. Development and change is a fundamental fact, but with this upraising and development we have got a lot of diseases as side effects of our luxurious life. People engaged in every field are so busy that they hardly get time for themselves or we can say for exercise and fat removal. Due to excess use of machines in daily life, it involves very less physical labour which in return gives health reduction.

Today diseases like high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, diabetes and heart problems are very common. Not only aged people but youngsters are equally suffering from these diseases. The biggest and the major cause of these fatal problems is Obesity or Excess Fat. No one is serious about exercise and extra fat removal in order to obtain a good health.

Obesity continuously causes inferiority complex and great anxiety to an obese person. Obesity not only weakens a person physically but morally as well. **End Summary** Topics: Fat removal fat loss fat weight loss fat loss supplement
About the Author:
From: - Praveen rathore...fitness trainer and dietician

There are several myths which discourage a fat person and divert his mind when he is trying to reduce his fat. A fat person always thinks negatively about the consequences of his fat reduction programme because of the myths and the fear which he is having in his mind which he came to hear from his surroundings.

I am going to tell you some myths and realities of loosing fat and its consequences. There are several points on which a fat person thinks before he starts his fat loosing programme. He thinks that how effective will be this programme and will he able to loose his extra fat without any bad effects on his body. Will he able to lead a normal life after loosing fat or he will have to compensate his fat loss in any other ways such as weakness, low immunity, anxiety and any thing like that.
Gains of fat loss

When we see all around us we find that all natural and man made things surrounding us have their own specific shape and some of them are loved just because of the shape they are in. Each and everything has its own shape and size either it has given this by nature or it has been designed and casted by man. But the human who is doing all this and trying to give a nice look to all these things has forgotten to obtain a proper shape for his own body. I don’t know why people are living with all that much fat deposited on their body and not trying to get rid of this obesity in order to get a perfect body shape which was designed for them by GOD.

I don’t know why people with obesity don’t try to get rid of this and work a little bit hard to get rid of fat belly. One must try to get rid of fat fast and spent very less time of life with this curse in order to live his normal life as a human is supposed to do. **End Summary** Topics: fat loss fat weight loss fat loss supplement fat loss pil
About the Author:
From: - Praveen rathore...
HAZARDS OF OBESITY: part two

As we have discussed various hazards of obesity on different external organs, now we are going to read other effects on internal organs and systems.

(1)	Cardiovascular system: - As we all know that heart is responsible for purifying of blood and circulating the pure blood in to all the parts of body through veins and blood vessels. Heart gets the impure blood through arteries and after the process of blood purification; blood is supplied to all the parts of body and the tissues through veins. When we cut a vein in to two pieces and see the circular area cross section we call this lumen”. In a fat person the cholesterol level is high and it gets deposited in the lumen (the inner surface of the blood vessel) and as a result of this it gets contracted and stiff. This results into a very critical situation as with these contracted arteries and veins, it becomes very hard for the heart to pump and supply blood. Heart has to pump faster in order to make a proper blood circulation to various parts of the body and many times these results in to a severe heart attack. **End Summary** Topics: fat loss fat weight loss fat loss supplement fat loss pil
About the Author:
From: - praveen rathore...
HAZARDS OF OBESITY: part one

People in many countries are still not fully aware of the hazards associated with obesity. Detailed information about these hazards is given here with a view to focusing attention on their dreadfulness.

No doctor has ever filled the cause of death” column in any death certificate with the remarks obesity”. Diseases like heart attack, diabetes, cancer, renal disorder or hemorrhage are generally the cause of a fat person’s death. Obesity, though not directly responsible for causing death, certainly causes many such dangerous diseases which in turn cause premature passing away of a person.

This nexus between obesity and various grave diseases has been conclusively established through extensive research and numerous experiments. The following details clearly indicate how obesity affects different organs and systems of the human body.

(1)	Muscles: Muscles of a fat person are soft and weak. Generally even when a person is not engaged in any physical activity, some of the fibers of his muscles are in a contracted state. Such a slightly contracted state of the muscles is called the muscle tone. It is due to the muscle tone that we are able to translate instantly our thoughts into actions. **End Summary** Topics: fat loss fat weight loss fat loss supplement fat loss pil
About the Author:
From: - praveen rathore...
How to detect obesity

The growth of a person's body is complete by the time he attains the age of 25.So in principle there should be no weight gain after a person reaches the age of 25.Some experts even maintain that there should be no major changes in the weight of the person after he reaches the age of 20 to 22.

Barring exceptional developments like pregnancy, accumulation of fluids in the body (which takes place due to some problems of endocrine glands, liver, kidneys or heart) or unnatural and malignant growth of bones, the only other factor responsible for weight gain after attaining adulthood is accumulation of fat.

The human body is made is made of several different constituents which discharge different functions from viewpoint of metabolism. They are as follows:-

(1) Active cells (approx 58%) (2) Extra-cellular water (approx 23%) (3) Bones and materials (approx 4%) and (4) Fat (approx 15%). With advancing age if physical activity decreases and the teenage eating habits continue, than fat starts accumulating and manifests itself in the form of obesity. **End Summary** Topics: fat loss fat weight loss fat loss supplement fat loss pills body fat loss fat loss green tea fat loss bodybuilding fat loss muscles obesity
About the Author:
from :- praveen rathore (fitness trainer and dietician)
