Jesus Asked, "Who Do You Say that I AM?"

What is interesting about this question from Jesus Christ in the New Testament is the rarity of a world teacher asking others a question. Normally, it is the teacher who gives the information in the form of parables, insights or wisdom. Unlike in Soto Zen, wherein enlightenment is achieved through the process of working the Master's questions, rarely are there questions recorded from Moses, the Buddha or from Jesus. We have much of what they gave, but we have little of what they asked. So, this question, "Who do you say that I AM" is a question that is asked to seekers of all ages, at any time. What does this question mean? Jesus is asking, "How do you define the 'I AM' within you?" The people he was in contact with during his time and during his sermons all knew him as Jesus, a rabbi from Nazarene, with a background of carpentry. He wasn't asking them who he was. He was asking them to tell him who or what they thought was within them. You Shall Decree A Thing and IT Shall Come to Pass

Few realize the power of the spoken word for manifesting positive and powerful thought forms. The spoken word has tremendous power to influence the direction of your life from your enlightenment to your health and prosperity. Finding Your Spiritual Core

I came to a place in my lifetime of searching for God, when I had been just been initiated in the Ancient Order of Swamis by the Maha-Avatar Babaji in 1997. I was sitting on a concrete slab in the entryway of a small temple compound in Southern India. I was looking out over the countryside when suddenly I reached the space that was at once new and yet strangely familiar. I felt as if I was sitting behind or before an artistic scene, as if the artist with his brush had just finished a magnificent painting of trees, sky and Earth. There was a natural chorus of monkeys and birds within this masterpiece I was viewing. Every conception that I had about myself had suddenly collapsed. The concept of being a son, a twin, a student, a soldier, a father, a husband, a school teacher, a body worker, a yoga teacher, a chiropractic student, a doctor in medical hypnotherapy, a lecturer, and an author were gone, and I touched a space inside myself that was strangely familiar. Do You Believe In a Universal Spiritual Energy?

Does a universal spiritual healing energy exist that can seemingly create miracles in your life? Can this energy accelerate your spiritual enlightenment? Can this energy also heal your body and mind?
