Emailing your Resume - Helpful Tips for a Professional Look

The most effective way to find jobs that match your qualifications and then apply for these jobs is by submitting your resume to a job board or job search web site such as monster.com or hotjobs.com. These job boards use convenient profile posting methods which allow you to upload your resume using a .doc, .pdf, or .txt format or an online submission form.

Responding to job postings via email has become so commonplace today. Although business etiquette and preferences may vary from headhunter to headhunter most still accept an email resume submission. Those accepting resumes in Word format may require a certain style which means that attention should be paid to font type, size and margins. If a company requests that resumes be sent in text format you can perform this conversion by following the steps below:

Select File, Save As

Name the file; as a best practice, use your name as the file name, and use underscores as placeholders for spaces

Under Format, select Text Only

Select Save.

After you have saved your file in text format be sure to open the document and check for grammatical errors as well as formatting errors. **End Summary** Topics: emailing resume resume tips resume writing
About the Author:
To get more information on writing a professional resume, check out the Amazing Resume Creator review.
One Week Marketing Review - See What's Inside!

One Week Marketing is really taking the affiliate marketing world by storm. The author, Jennifer, (aka PotPieGirl), has really managed to create an exceptional product to help those struggling to make sales...or at least, profits.

Background

Let me start with some background information on the product. PotPieGirl has been doing affiliate marketing for some time now. A couple months ago, she was contacted by a fellow forum member named Nick, asking her to look over some of his campaigns. Nick had been doing affiliate marketing for over a year, and all he had to show for it were "$0.00" lining his Clickbank account.

PotPieGirl decided to take Nick under her wing, and share with him all she knew. She helped him redesign his campaign in hopes of it becoming successful. Within the first week of her help, Nick managed to make 3 sales. Since then, Nick has went on to average about $50. PotPieGirl was so thrilled that she was able to help Nick launch his affiliate marketing career that she decided to package all her knowledge and experiences up and share them with other. One Week Marketing was born.

Amazing Resume Creator Review - Professional Resumes

Finding a job is hard work...even harder if you don't have the proper tools to be successful. The most important tools needed in getting a job interview are a professional resume and cover letter. Many people scratch up a sloppy resume that doesn't really highlight the job seeker's experience or qualifications, and some may not even bother with a cover letter. I am embarrassed to admit that I was one of those people for a long time...I thought cover letters were only used when mailing a resume. Boy, was I wrong!

If you are struggling to come up with a resume that truly reflect you are a valuable person and employee, you have two options: hire a professional or learn as much as you can. Hiring a resume writer would be the easier route, but only if you are ready to shell out close to, or maybe even over, $100. For people, myself included, who cannot afford such an expense, the Internet is a great place to turn for information. That's how I stumbled across a program called the Amazing Resume Creator.

At first I was a little skeptical...especially from just looking at the website. **End Summary** Topics: resumes resume writing cover letters
About the Author:
Are you tired of being turned how for great positions?
