Your holidays in Cuba.

At this point you are probably absolutely certain that Cuba is the destination that you want to visit for your next holiday but most likely need some guidance on the actual booking process. I know this could sound a bit insignificant but you should know few essential tips so you can get the best out of your holidays in Cuba. The truth is that this Caribbean island is becoming ever more popular every year and this creates a problem for some tour operators . Cuba is not a last minute destination, at least not if you are planning to go in the so called high season. The peak or high season in Cuba falls within the months of July and August, the Easter period, Christmas and New Year. November, December, January, February and March are extremely trendy months especially among the European tourists looking for the Tropic to avoid few days of depressing weather. Pretty frequently I get people calling asking me to organise a holiday for them in these particular months , and every so often the phone call comes to close to the departure date . It is absolutely frustrating for me and ultimately the client. **End Summary** Topics: holidays travel cuba accommodation hotels cuba holidays recreation sports cigars family
About the Author:
Jose Mauricio Maurette Garces is a reservation consultant and co owner of Quest World Travel Ltd .

Are you thinking about a holiday to Cuba? Well, out of all the Caribbean Islands, Cuba is definitely one with more to offer than just a beach holiday. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The heritage of Cuba is as rich as are the monuments and palaces throughout the country. A holiday to Cuba is something you should really consider in your agenda.

These are just some of the facts to consider and places and things you should not miss in your holidays to Cuba.

Cuba is the biggest island in the Caribbean, almost as big as all the others put together. It stands at the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico, its western end only 145 km (90 miles) from Florida's Key West. Haiti is even closer, 77 km (48 miles) to the east across the Windward Passage.

Go hiking or horseback riding in the countryside and you will see the palm trees and other subtropical flora in their green plenty in a landscape alternating rugged mountains with pleasant valleys farmland. The resorts do ample justice to Cuba's tangy Caribbean cuisine-good seafood, great beach barbecues, luscious fruit- not forgetting those famous rum cocktails. **End Summary** Topics: holidays to cuba cuba holidays cuban holidays holidays cuba cuba travel facts cuba travel
About the Author:
Jose Mauricio Maurette Garces is a reservation consultant and co owner of Quest World Travel Ltd .
