Article Marketing for Search Engine Traffic

There are sites on the net that serve tons of traffic everyday. Traffic you wish you had, right?
The web is made up of billions of links, much like a spider’s web but on a larger scale. Search engines spider the web looking for new content to add to their massive databases so they can rank how relevant it is to particular search phrases.
What are the search engines looking for?
New content! In order for any search engine to provide relevant results to their visitors (so their visitors will repeatedly use them) they must provide the best results possible for every search performed on their site.
The best search engine gets more traffic and more traffic means more advertising money for them - so search engines have to be up to date to stay competitive in their market.
The big sites on the net, people, who have page rankings of 5 upwards, obviously serve a ton of visitors per day, provide search engines with a mass of links to follow and index. That’s why they go back to the big sites more often than the little ones.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Richard is the Publisher of Articleprobe a Free Article Distribution and Submisssion Service.
What NOT to do with RSS

By Richard Kier

Everybody is hot on using RSS to increase their traffic, promote their sites and do their marketing. Why?

Well, it's newish - at least within the internet marketing segment. Not as new as it was a year or so ago, of course. Getting significant results is a little harder as the competition increases.

With the profusion of blogs and spam blog-pinging to attract the search engine spiders to index static pages, the utility of this approach has been seriously impaired by unscrupulous overkill.

Pinging every 3 minutes is - even to an idiot - absurd - or at least it should be. Why not just scream, "I AM AN AUTOMATED SEARCH ENGINE SPAM PROGRAM." Lovely footprint, very hard for even a seriously brain-damaged bot to identify.

Still there are a lot of sites with RSS feeds that are real feeds being produced as pages change and new content is added. So, yes, RSS feeds still work. Maybe not as fast and maybe they are less powerful than they were, but RSS remains a valid and increasingly necessary part of site promotion.

Techniques do get abused and the early rapid response tends to decline as a result.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Richard writes, teaches, trains and consults on business

Tips For Discreet Breastfeeding In Public

By Carrie Lauth

If you're a new Mom who is nursing your baby you may be nervous about doing so in public.

Or perhaps you are disturbed by media reports of women who are harassed for breastfeeding in public and are considering pumping your milk to give your baby when you leave home.

Here are some tips for discreet breastfeeding that have worked for many Moms. Hopefully they will help you feel more comfortable nursing in public so you can avoid the inconvenience of pumping and preparing bottles.

1) Before you have your baby, attend a La Leche League or other breastfeeding support group meeting.

Unfortunately in our Society that gives lip service to the benefits of breastfeeding, it is still rare to see Moms nursing in public, and so most of us grow up having our own babies never having seen another woman nurse.

Going to an LLL meeting and seeing how other Moms nurse their babies discreetly and confidently can boost your own confidence. They can also share with you tips that will make nursing in public easier for you.

2) Invest in a baby sling.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Carrie Lauth publishes an informative

Using Yoga For Weight Loss

By Michael Paetzold

Yoga can be put to good use for taking off excess pounds through the power of creating a state of mental and physical well being. The basic tenets of Yoga promotes a healthy lifestyle and when combined with a calorie reduction can help to speed up your weight loss. It will increase your metabolism
by increasing the caloric burning process. All weight loss is based on using more calories than you take in. It will also allow you to increase your ability to concentrate and focus.

Your thyroid regulates your metabolism and is responsible for the chemical processes that transform food into energy. Yoga uses a series of twisting poses that will help to stimulate the work flow of the internal organs. This will cause your metabolism to increase and burn more calories which will eventually cause you to have a lower body weight. Another side effect is that it will help to improve your circulation and increase your energy level.

The various back bends combined with the forward bends will help to stimulate the metabolism.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Michael Paetzold is the webmaster of

Why “No Points” 30-Year Fixed Loans Don’t Make Sense

By Carey Pott

hear it all the time, and you probably do too. On the radio, TV, in the newspaper or online – “Call now to get a 30-year fixed loan at x% with no points or fees!”. I’d like to explain to you why this almost never makes sense.

First, we need to make an assumption – if you’re getting a 30-year fixed loan, you’re planning on keeping the loan for several years. This may seem simple, but so many people get 30-year fixed loans because it’s what they’ve always gotten or because everything else is perceived as risky. If you’re not going to keep your loan for at least 7-10 years, it makes no sense to get a 30-year fixed loan. There are products available called hybrid ARMs (adjustable rate mortgages), which allow you to fix your rate for a set period of years (typically 3, 5, or 7 years). These loans usually have lower rates than 30-year fixed loans. If you’re not going to keep the loan for over 5 or 7 years, you shouldn’t pay more to keep it fixed longer than that.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Carey is the Publisher of http://www.homeexpertsonline.com .
Three Questions You Must Ask Your Loan Officer

By Carey Pott

It's pretty easy to isolate the good from the bad in a lot of professions: a dentist laughing gleefully every time you flinch, a plumber demanding payment up front while your knees disappear underwater, a real estate agent who never returns your call or is constantly dragging you to inappropriate houses. You wouldn't let any of these hang around long enough to do any real damage.

A loan officer is a little bit harder to quantify, largely because the bad ones often don't show their true colors until late in the house-buying process.

Still, you may gather a few clues from thoughtful interviews of any you are considering. Yes, you should interview a loan officer (or a real estate agent, for that matter) just as you would any potential employee or contractor. This person will be every bit as important to you over the next few months as your secretary, babysitter, or auto mechanic.

Without further ado, here are the three questions you MUST ask:

1) What hours are you available?

The right answer to this question is "Whenever you need me".** End Summary**
About the Author:
Carey is the Publisher of http://www.homeexpertsonline.com .
Fixed vs. Adjustable Rates

By Carey Pott

Apples vs. oranges. Boxers vs. briefs. Dave Letterman vs. Jay Leno. These debates may rage on for decades, and we can add another one to the list: fixed vs. adjustable. We’re speaking, of course, of fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages.

Let’s start the discussion by talking about risk. If I had to pick one word that explained the mortgage industry, it would be risk. If you can understand the concept of risk and how it relates to mortgages, you’re way ahead of the game. In a nutshell, riskier loans mean higher interest rates; you compensate the person lending you money by paying them a higher interest rate. If you have low FICO scores, this is a higher risk to the investor since you don’t have a good history of paying your bills on time, so you’re going to have to pay a higher rate. If you can’t verify enough income to qualify for the loan, this is a higher risk and you’re going to have to pay a higher interest rate.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Carey is the Publisher of http://www.homeexpertsonline.com .
Who Does The Agent Really Work For?

In many states, the sub-agency has been eliminated. In these states, if an agent is working for a buyer, he or she is a buyer agent. In this case the buyer must pay the percentage or fee to the broker or agent. If the agent is working for the seller, he or she is a seller agent (or conventional). That clears up some of the confusion. If the subagent t1 or the buyer broker is also the listing2 broker, he or she is known as a dual agent.

So let’s make it clear: If you haven’t hired a buyer broker and signed an exclusivity contract with him or her, and if you’re not living in a state that mandates buyer brokerage, you’re most likely working with a seller or conventional broker or agent. Don’t think now that working with a conventional broker or seller broker/agent is worse than working with a buyer broker/agent. That is not always the case. For years conventional brokers were the only game in town. They’ve helped millions of buyers successfully purchase homes. But if you have a choice, go with a buyer agent or broker.** End Summary**
About the Author:
Carey is the Publisher of http://www.homeexpertsonline.com .
