IPL Vs ICL: clash between the two leagues

Twenty20 format of cricket has made a boom in India. After the success in inaugural Twenty20 World Cup Cricket Tournament in South Africa, T20 format is promoted in India by ICL and IPL even more. These two leagues have some similarities and differences and the hottest topic of discussion for everyone is IPL Vs ICL.

Indian cricket league (ICL) has been launched by Kapil Dev to promote this newest and fastest version of cricket. ICL did not get approval from Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and it was condemned as a 'revolutionary' affair.

The other cricket boards were not in a position to annoy BCCI and it seemed like the players participating in the league would have to compromise on their international careers. Then the promoters of the ICL tried to convince the ICC to recognize their tournament but the governing body found itself in a difficult situation.

But only a few months later BCCI came out with its own tournament namely the Indian Premier League (IPL) on the similar lines as the ICL. It has been started with big players like Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Murlitharan, Hayden, Symonds, Ponting and a lot of top international players. **End Summary** Topics: IPL Vs ICL Indian cricket league live score
About the Author:
Sonal Arya has completed her Ph.d in Archaeology. There are many other educational institutions other than government owned that are now imparting quality education. They are successfully imparting education to urban children.

But distance learning is an education enhancer as students from remote areas are unable to learn and grow. Those willing to pursue education from remote arrears have the opportunity to go for distance learning. Also keeping in mind the working professionals and their time constraints distance learning is now offered by various renowned universities. However, the quality aspects of the curriculum remain questionable in the absence of practical guidance. According to the rules mentioned in the Constitution of India, its principles and Electoral laws, elections are held at regular intervals. There is specific and strict time for the elections to be held. It is the Election Commission of India that acts as the permanents Constitutional body in the elections held in India. This commission was established on 25 January, 1950.

The citizens of India play the most indispensable role in the election policy of India. It is they who elect their rulers and therefore, it is being said that the government is made by the people, for the people and of the people. No one can get elected without getting consent of the majority.

They use to look after all the procedures and everything related to the election. They use to get the same official treatment and facilities as that of the judge of the Supreme Court. Even the salary received by them too is the same. **End Summary** Topics: election policy of india temples in india personalities in
About the Author:
Sonal Arya is offering advice for quite some time. While classifying these paintings, two forms are being found. One is murals and the other is miniatures. Murals are those that are found in caves, palaces and temples. These use to be large in size and are mostly rock painting. In this context a good example will be the painting found in Ajantha & Kailasantaha temple. Miniature paintings are those that are being done in clothes, papers or in woods in small sizes.

A few types of Indian painting are being discussed below:

Miniature Painting: It is believed that the miniature painting developed in western India during the 16th to 18th century. The paintings of that century were part of manuscripts written at that time to illustrate and explain the subjects of the manuscripts. Examples are the Rajasthani & Mughal miniatures and Jain manuscripts.
YOGA IN INDIA: Road to All-round Health Benefits

Yoga is way of exercising your body and mind. It is now a world famous and extremely popular technique but its origin makes a humble story. It was practiced by Indian sages thousands of years ago. Archaeological evidence suggests that it is at least as old as the Indus valley civilization. It was the ancient Indian sage Patanjali who proposed this method of wholesome exercise. The word yog” means union; usually, yoga” means union God or the divine being. The objective of a yogic exercise is to unite the individual with the divine through a series of body postures meant to control the body and the mind. Yoga in India is now a part of the everyday routine of most Indians.

Yoga in India has many benefits. It helps in cleansing the body of numerous toxins, toning the muscles, strengthening the digestive system and improving the circulation of blood. It also helps in correcting body postures. But unlike other forms of exercise like aerobics and workouts at the gym, it also promotes mental peace, freeing the practitioner from stress connected with day-to-day life. There are also those who undergo yoga purely to attain moksha or salvation. **End Summary** Topics: Yoga in India famous in india cities in india temples in
About the Author:
Sonal Arya is offering advice for quite some time.
