         <title>Fitness On A Budget</title>

         <description>Exercise and fitness is a great way to reduce stress, increase overall energy, and maintain good health. During these stressful times, it's more important now than ever to exercise and achieve optimal health. I embarked on my own personal health and fitness journey back in April of 2001. 8 years ago I was a successful financial advisor at Smith Barney during the tech boom. Up until this point it was a prosperous time but everything changed and the beginning of the end started in April of 2001. What makes an exercise the best?

The best exercise is the one that engages in the most amount of muscle. This would include pull ups, bench press, squats and leg press. By engaging in large muscle groups like back and legs, a person can completely reshape their body. One of the common mistakes that I see at the gym is the fact that people have a tendency to focus on small muscle groups like shoulders and arms. 

The key to fat loss is adding more muscle to your frame. The super quick fix is every where. They tempt us from store shelves, from infomercials and from glossy magazine pages. You probably know someone who is taking a diet pill or a fat loss supplement and you've probably tried them yourself.
So let's breakdown 3 common fat loss supplements.

* Appetite Suppressants: Appetite suppressants stimulate dopamine production which converts to epinephrine and nor epinephrine. These neurotransmitters can be stimulated by the amino acid Tyrosine. Once stimulated, this supplement and others cause an appetite suppressant effect. 

* Stimulants: The common stimulant or ingredient in fat loss supplements is green tea extract and caffeine. Forget the infomercials that tell you that you can have great abs if only you buy their product - crunches simply won't give you a six pack. One of the most common myths about abs is the concept of spot reduction. Spot reduction is the idea that if a person workouts an area like abs, they will be able to reduce fat in that specific area. This is simply incorrect. Simply put, training one area of your body will not specifically burn fat from that area. 

So, what is the answer? Reduce your overall body fat. When a person loses fat, they lose it from head to toe. Eventually, you begin storing body fat in weird places on your body.          <title>Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Adrenal Exhaustion</title>

         <description>My struggle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has been an ongoing experience my entire life. It has to be one of the most frustrating and debilitating health issues that most doctors will not diagnose correctly. I have tried the traditional medical route and have seen countless doctors none of which have helped. I have even gone to a psychiatrist and tried 5 different medications for depression - all of which made me feeling worse. 

I wanted to write this article with the intention of helping anyone who is having similar symptoms and has been told by their doctor that it is either psychosomatic or that their blood work is normal and they just need to sleep a little bit more. In my search for better health I have come across a variety of extremely useful supplements and tests which will help a person who is experiencing chronic fatigue to feel better probably within a few weeks to a month.

All of my life I have been really active and healthy.
