Choosing A Muscle Building Solution That Won’t Let You Down

There are many muscle building books to decide on these days but frankly most of them are just reusing the same boring stuff people have been using for years to achieve mediocre results from huge hours training in the gym.

What should you be looking for in a muscle building program? And what are the key factors you should be looking for in a book that will get you muscle building results without wasting your time and energy.

Fast long term results

Obviously the most important factor to consider in you muscle building book should be wether it works well or not, most training book will work for you but long term success is a different story.

A poorly written training book, is one which doesn’t effectively account for enough recovery time, progression and doesn’t have much variety. When these factors come together in a book it becomes more likely that your progress will hit a plateau, where your results will slow to a halt.

Look for success stories of people who have produced dramatic results with the book you like, the right training book needs to provide the results you want, although they should be realistic. **End Summary** Topics: Muscle Gain Muscle Gain Muscle Build muscle muscle gain how to gain muscle
About the Author:
For advice on which muscle gain solution is the best for your goal go to http://www.mymusclegainsolutions.com.

My Top Three Ab Muscle Exercises That You May Not Think Work Your Abs

When you think of ab movements you will probably think about sit ups or crunches right? But ill bet you wont know these movements which although they aren’t really considered Ab Muscle movements they are very effective at building better stronger abdominal muscles.

In this article I’m going to give you an example of three movements, in fact they are my favourite three abdominal muscle movements, you may not have used before to
work your abdominal muscles, but they are three of the best way to get six pack abdominal muscles quickly.

This session uses a giant set format, meaning you do all three with limited rest between the movements. So let’s get to it:

1a. Renegade DB Rows
1b. Front Squats holding a Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on the floor

I would use this circuit 3 to 4 times doing about 8 reps of the first two movements, 10 to 14 of the mountain climbers or you can do these for a certain time eg 40 seconds. An alternative would be to do less reps with more weight and do more sets, like doing 4 reps of each 6 times. **End Summary** Topics: ab exercises ab workouts abs exercise abs workout abdominal exercises abdominal workouts
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

The Real Life of Abs Exercises

There is rarely more buzz in the fitness and exercise industry that for that which surrounds stomach exercises. A simple web search reveals hundreds of different gimmicks, machines or gadgets that have flooded the market to satisfy the wants of people looking for flat stomach, or for the six pack abs that everybody wants.

My concern is that the majority of the stomach products advertised are based on a faulty theory, and so they are not often the best way to get the six pack stomach look. Let’s take a look at the myth, firstly if you want to see your six pack abs the highest priority for you if to lose the fat over the top of them. I you have been training for a while more than likely you will have some decent stomach muscles, they are simply covered up by the extra fat.

You will have better luck, getting your stomach flatter, by focusing more of your training time doing high intensity whole body and multi joint exercises, instead of doing hundreds of reps of stomach exercises. **End Summary** Topics: abdominal exercises abs exercise abdominal exercise exercise for abdominals abdominal fat loss
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

Core Workouts Will Not Burn Stomach Fat

I am always being asked what the best core exercise is to get flat abs. One of the largest myths that I have to deal with on a daily basis is the myth that abdominal training burns abdominal fat. Everyone has different amounts of fat on their abdominal, and for most of those people a way to successfully get rid of that abdominal fat is yet to be found.

Their mistake is often in looking for the wrong training methods and exercises in order to lose their hard to move abdominal fat. For most they continue to search for the mythical holy grail of abs training, the right combination of exercises using the right equipment to finally move that stubborn abdominal fat almost instantly.

I wish they did but core specific training will not burn fat from your abdominal. All they do is strengthen and develop the ab muscles underneath the abdominal fat. The only real way to burn fat is to create a higher metabolic rate and to increase the fat burning hormone response, this can be done with a strategic total body training program not by training relatively small muscles with small movements. **End Summary** Topics: ab workouts ab exercises workouts for abs abdominal workouts abs workout lose belly fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

My Top Meal for Growing Muscle Tissue

In this item I wanted to show you how to make one of my favourite meals to help create more muscle. Salads are seldom recommended to create muscle but just to be unique here is one for you. Most women I know eat salads regularly, but I think many men think that eating a salad will turn them a bit more girly. I wish to change that with my killer muscle building salad.

Before you make this you should know this is not a light salad, its not low in calories, fat or carbs.

But this is the whole idea! This salad is not light on anything, it is however very heavy on heaps of foods that are top for your building body. You should give your body everything it needs to stay in hormone stability, operate at its best, satisfy your appetite, fuel your workouts, and to prevent cravings, this salad helps do this.

When you give your body what it needs on a frequent basis, cravings should disappear completely, as you are now truly satisfied and your body wont need to crave more food as it has all the things it needs now. **End Summary** Topics: meal plan muscle meal balanced diet lose fat fat loss lose body fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

How to Sleep More, Get to Sleep Faster and to Burn Away Extra Kilos

This is a different article for me, in this one I'm not talking about the normal nutrition and exercise advice, but I wanted to talk about another crutial part of any weight loss or exercise program. This article is about...

Are you sleeping well?

One of the big obstacles I see for many of my clients is in getting the right amount of good quality sleep every night. The quality and the amount of sleep you get each night is critically important for maintaining an optimal hormonal balance in your body and to keep your metabolic rate up. This will mean you can become leaner if you are sleeping well on a normal basis.

On the other side, for somebody who never gets enough sleep, or who doesn’t sleep well enough for their body to get enough repair, it is likely that these problems are causing them having more body fat. Lack of good quality sleep creates a hormonal balance problem inside your body, which promotes fat storage. The statistics on this shows that almost no one gets enough good quality sleep, its no suprise why we are gaining more fat every year. **End Summary** Topics: outdoor workouts outside workouts fat loss lose fat quick workouts lose weight weight lossoutdoor workouts outside workouts fat loss lose fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

Are Energy Drinks Ok For Getting Energy Or Only a Fat Stomach?

I often get questions about the various energy drinks on the market these days. They are very popular with young people and make some almost crazy claims that you will have heaps of energy, exellent athletic performance and so on.

In my mind I have to ask:

Do they really provide energy or is it just a short term energy?
Are they ok for the system?
What really is their "energy" formula?
Will they help you decrease weight?

To begin, let’s take a look at what’s in the majority of these drinks. The key ingredients are often carbonated water loaded with belly fattening high fructose corn syrup, the amino acid taurine, caffeine, various random B-Vitamins to show you there is something healthy in there.

The big problem with high fructose corn syrup is it is simply wasted calories, which tends to turn straight to fat on your belly. High fructose corn syrup is really far worse than plain processed sugar.

If these drinks have a low sugar or sugar free variety, there is another problem you need to be aware of. The artificial chemicals which artificial sweeteners are made of are harmful to your system. **End Summary** Topics: outdoor workouts outside workouts fat loss lose fat quick workouts lose weight weight lossoutdoor workouts outside workouts fat loss lose fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

Intense Training Sessions Outside For Results in 20 Minutes or Less

I have a quick article for you today to get you started towards the body you dream of. When weather is getting warmer, people quickly begin to rush outside after the winter chill.

With nicer weather, it’s often a exellent idea to take your workouts outside, instead of training in a stuff gym. In addition, we don't need to be doing sessions lasting 2 hours to get exellent muscle toning, metabolic rate boosting workouts.

Look at this training session you could do in about 10 to 20 minutes, almost anywhere.

There's a park and soccer field just down my street, on a warm day to get a quick training session in, I go for a jog to the field, take a few minutes to stretch and then go through a training session similar to the following without resting in-between exercises this usually only takes me about 10 minutes. **End Summary** Topics: outdoor workouts outside workouts fat loss lose fat quick workouts lose weight weight lossoutdoor workouts outside workouts fat loss lose fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

My Top 10 Fat Blasting Workouts You Have Never Used

If you have read some of my other articles, you will know that I'm always giving you new ways to make your exercise different, to keep it effective and fun. Making your workout fun and using variety is the big difference between people who acheive the body they wanted by adotping a fitness lifestyle and those that jump on and off the "fitness train" a few times each year and never really make any progress. It is important to make sure your routine is fun, interesting and it makes your fitness a priority in your life and you will acheive the body you want.

Something I have noticed is that most people will exercise regularly for a few months and they tend to get either bored with the same weight training and Cardio routines, or they tend to get demotivated when they no longer get the results they were getting when they started. I beleive, that your exercise should never be boring, we just need to keep an open mind to the wealth of different exercise methods there are to use to get you to

your goal. **End Summary** Topics: muscle building exercise weight training cardio workout building muscle
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

Before I start, I have to warn you, this type of training is a long way from what most people would have tried before and it may result in you getting dramatically leaner in a matter of weeks, your friends may not recognise you.

Ok, maybe I went a bit too far with the "friends not recognising you" bit, but this type of training is exceptional for people who use the excuse that they are too time pressed to go to the gym, or even for the normal gym rat to try out for a few weeks to break out of a plateau.

It is important to keep your mind open however and you may need to block out some of what others in the gym may say to you as you may get dome funny looks, but this training is ultra effective and you will have the last laugh. As this is such a different way of training, most people will be too self-conscious to try it, but that’s their loss. **End Summary** Topics: quick workouts fast workouts time saving workouts bodyweight workouts lose fat build muscle
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

To help me learn constantly what makes a successful fat loss program, on a regular basis I observe people's habits and actions. These

observations are just as helpful to understanding the basis of fitness success of failure as looking at books, articles or journals.

On a regular basis when I meet people and they realise that I'm a personal trainer, they begin to ask me about what their eating or doing to lose fat

and what I think about it. This is great for me as it not only allows me to help more people, it also allows me to find out what most people do, believe in and what success or failure they have

had in the past.

Just as I don’t want to be preached to by somebody about his or her profession when I don’t ask for it, I have learnt to never preach about exercie to someone who doesn’t ask for it. **End Summary** Topics: weight loss fat loss lose weight lose fat stomach fat stubborn fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

My goal with this item is to hopefully get you thinking differently about cardiovascular exercise, and to try new ideas.

You may have seen my other articles and may be thinking that I am not a fan of cardiovascular exercise, but I want you to seriously ask the query "do I actually need cardiovascular exercise, to burn fat and get in shape? Also hopefully by the end of this item you will see that I am not against cardiovascular exercise, just the traditional cardiovascular exercise.

Most fitness buffs, weekend warriors, or anybody trying to get in shape or burn body fat, believe its the truth that they need "cardiovascular" exercise to accomplish these goals. They would never even doubt it. However, I am not only questioning it, I am going to refute it! In fact, you may be stunned to know that some of the leanest and meanest people I know (men and women), NEVER do any form of customary or traditional cardiovascular exercise. In addition, I have over 15 years experience working out in different gyms, and spending time with athletes of all sorts, so I have seen it all. **End Summary** Topics: cardio cardio training aerobics cardio exercise cardio fat loss fat loss
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

If you are looking for a new way to train to help you get through a plateau, keep things interesting, and deliver better results, compound sets may be the method you need to try.

If you've never heard of compound sets before, the important idea is that instead of recaping the same movement for numerous repetitions to complete a set, you cycle one rep of many different movements right after one another and recap the series many times to complete a set. No, this is NOT working out in a circuit...it's far different. It's importantally like completeing a schedule, instead of just mindlessly completeing a standard set. This form of working out is preferable to work a giant amount of musculature in a small amount of time, and definitely takes your exercisess to a whole new echelon of intensity. The conditioning facet of this form of working out is amazing, as you'll find huffing and puffing after recaping a series of two or three sets. **End Summary** Topics: antioxidants muscle recovery muscle repair fat loss body fat loss slow aging free radicals
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

You may know about all the great uses of eating foods loaded with antioxidants, but there are some you may not know about. Antioxidant rich foods fight free radicals, which damage your body, keeping you looking and feeling great by slowing the aging process, they also help prevent cancer, heart disease and a host of other chronic diseases. However, another benefit you may not know is they also help you to recover from exercise, which allows more muscles to develop and less body fat in the long term.

Antioxidants have an important role to play in recovery from exercise by neutralising the free radicals created during exercise. When we exercise these free radicals are produced and they begin to damage muscle tissue. By making sure we have a good supply of antioxidants available to fight free radicals we can dramatically reduce the damage they can cause and maximise the muscle development process. Eating a good source of antioxidants about an hour before exercise is a great strategy for improving the results of your program. **End Summary** Topics: weight training weight lifting methods strength training fat loss build muscle lose fat
About the Author:
Learn 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm

Your post exercise meal is often the most important of your day. This is because when you finish a hard exercise session, Your body enters a tissue breakdown stage, where your muscles energy stores are low and your bodies stress hormones excessively breakdown your muscle tissue. This is not a good state to be in for a

long period, but it is easily solved by eating an easily digested meal as soon as you can after your exercise, which then stimulates a repair phase in your body. An ideal post exercise meal should contain easy to digest carbs to replace the muscle's energy stores, as well as some good quality protein to help muscle repair. The surge of energy from this type of meal allows the nutrients from your meal to go straight into the muscles where it is needed to help with the repair process.

300 to 500 calories is usually ideal for a post exercise session meal. For example, a 55kg female may only need a 300-calorie meal, whereas a 90kg male may need a 500-calorie post exercise meal.

Is Cardio really the best type of exercising for fat loss?

Often fitness and health professionals will prescribe cardio (aerobic exercise) to their clients looking to lose fat or to improve their health. The Recommendations are usually something like 20-60 minutes of Aerobic training done at a steady pace, 2-4 days a week, at a medium intensity . This advice is common, but does it really work or are we just running in place doing long slow cardio destined to fail. I'd like you to consider some recent scientific research that shows that steady pace endurance cardio work may not be all it's cracked up to be.

The first thing we need to know is we are designed to work for short periods followed by recovery, or with a stop and go movement rather than the constant repetition you get with cardio training. New research are showing that varying the physical patterns when training is a very important factor to consider. We can see this in nature as all animals use variable movement, they don’t use the same movement for an hour straight. We are the only ones that attempt these endurance activities. Most sports (with the exception of endurance running or cycling) all use changeable movement with short bursts of training. **End Summary** Topics: cardio fat loss heart health muscle lose weight exercise cardiovascular weight loss
About the Author:
For 5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat & Get Six Pack Abs go to <a href="http://www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm">www.homefitnesstrainer.com.au/truthaboutabs.htm</a>
