         <description>Marlboro's brand is among the most popular ones. But not many people know that these cigarettes were only for women at the very beginning. And the main idea was in the saying "Mild as May". To hide the impress of the lipstick the filters were specially made of pink color. But by the beginning of World War Two Marlboro's were removed from production because profit from them was low. Marlboro managed reanimation in the 1955. To give new cigarettes "male" accent was necessary a "real man" character. To make a new character was chosen a cowboy. Today it is one of the most familiar appearances.

Camel cigarettes were put on the market in 1913 by company founded by R. J. Reynolds. In 20-30s "Camel" was "number one cigarettes brand" in the USA. In the 60s R. J. Reynolds Company made a decision to do the redesign of Camel. The packing was altered. Two of three pyramids were removed and was made the whole modification of external look. After whole modernization profit from the cigarettes selling was low.
