What Your Doctor Might Not Tell You About Candida Albicans

Many people now a day are affected by a yeast called Candida is usually not detected by the doctor. This is because regular lab work it is usually done with 1 day only of stool testing instead of the 4 required. Candida is becoming so common that all my clients undergo a candida fighting program without testing.

The following is a partial list of early indicators of candidiasis (yeast infection) to give you an idea of how far-reaching this serious health problem can become. Review this list and see if you're suffering any of these conditions:

Constipation
Pain in the Joints
Burning Urinations
Irregular or No Menstrual Cycle
Frequent Headaches
Chronic Fatigue
Mood Swings
Irritability
Nasal Itching
Chronic Congestion
Muscle Pain
Sore Throat
Gas and Bloating
Mouth Blisters
Blurred Vision
Eye Floaters
Depression and Anxiety
Inability to Lose Weight

The most common causes of Candida Albicans are:

1) Antibiotics Medications
2) Penicillins
3) Tetracyclines
4) Aminoglycosides
5) Consumption of refined carbohydrates, sugars and sweeteners
6) Consumption of animal products which have been given antibiotics
7) Chronic Stress
8) Birth Control Pill
9) Many Medications

Why is there this rampant increase of yeast infection in our society? **End Summary** Topics: candida albicans yeast infection gas bloating constipation yeast infections yeast infection yeast infections weight loss candida diet
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is an elite Nutritionist ,Sport Nutritionist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach who is widely renowned for his extraordinary insights into health, nutrition, chronic disease and performance enhancement.
Natural Solutions For Depression

More people everyday suffer of anxiety and depression. The number of medications such as Prozac is sky rocketing. Many people are depressed and they do not know why. The next thing they do, is seeking the help of a psychologist or a doctor which leads to medication and many years of therapy. You may find also a herb or a supplement that give you relief as long as you take it, exactly as the medications.

The truth is that in most cases, the depression is not emotional but physiological. The gut contains more neurons than the spinal cord and is house of many neurotransmitters, in the specific case serotonin. Serotonin is the feel good neurotransmitter which is low in people suffering from depression. This is why most, have a bad digestion. Often they speak with their psychologist more about their digestive complaints than their emotional problems.

When serotonin levels are low, that person's physiology looks for means to bring this levels up; either with foods such as sugar, chocolate and refined carbohydrates in general, or exercise. That is why depression often comes with food addictions or exercise addictions. **End Summary** Topics: depression signs of depression the great depression great depression depression testeconomic depression depression warning signs depression symptoms h
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is a widely renowned nutritionist and lifestyle coach, who has an amazing insight into health, nutrition, and performance enhancement.
What You Need To Know About Fibromyalgia

If you listen to conventional medical "talk", most people would tend to believe that Fibromyalgia has no cure. You would be one of the over 10 million people who suffer of Fibromyalgia who would accept their affliction and think is something they have to live with the rest of their life.

This is not the case and I am not talking about the last magical plant discovered in the Amazon forest, but I am talking about documented, accepted and most important "successful" solutions that will reverse your suffering.

Here are some "gold" nuggets you can sink your teeth into:

1-There is NO ONE treatment for Fibromyalgia, meaning forget the notion that a specific vitamin or drug is going to cure Fibromyalgia.

2-Change your mind-set on "looking" for the XYZ miracle treatment and begin to learn the importance of looking for the "real" cause(s) of your health condition.

3-Remember, treatment is not "disease-specific" but rather treatment is "person-specific". This means that two people suffering with Fibromyalgia may find that each receives two entirely different treatments and both dramatically improve. **End Summary** Topics: fibromyalgia fibromyalgia symptoms fibromyalgia treatment fibromyalgia diet lupus fibromyalgia fibromyalgia support groups fibromyalgia trigger points
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is a widely renowned nutritionist and lifestyle coach, who has an amazing insight into health, nutrition, and performance enhancement.
How Sugars Can Poison Your Skin

From nonexistent to extremely rare in the past, sking problems are very common today, not only among teenagers but also among adults and children.

Most of the dermatologists face skin problems with topical lotions, peroxides, antibiotics, strong medications and in the case of women birth control pills. The skin problems are not an external issue but a manifestation of an internal imbalance. Antibiotics and birth control pills are among the main causes of Candida Albicans overgrowth which is one of the reasons why we develop skin conditions. Medications treat the symptoms but not the root cause.

The health of the skin and the gut are intimately linked; after all the lining of the gut is a special type of skin, requiring the same nutrients as our external skin. Zinc and vitamin D, for example, are key nutrients for supporting healthy gut barrier.

A healthy gut is lined with a biofilm made up of billions of beneficial bacterias, just as healthy skin is home for a variety of bacterias, most of them beneficial. **End Summary** Topics: acne eczema alopecia psoriasis skin problems pimples skin rash rosacea itchy skin skin bites
About the Author:
Shantih Coro, a

Cholesterol Is Not Responsible For Heart Disease

Sometimes the terms of heart disease and cholesterol are uttered in the same breath, as if they are inexorably linked together. You shouldn't believe everything that you hear, as much evidence points to the fact that the major cause of heart disease, atherosclerosis is brought about by ruptured scar tissue within the artery linings, and not supposed excesses of plaque on the walls themselves. It is believed that cholesterol circulates in the blood stream and then sticks to the walls of the arteries, contributing to a heart attack, but there is now considerable evidence that suggests this is not the case. We hear all the time about cholesterol circulating in the bloodstream and how it is caused by saturated fats and how these two elements stick to the artery linings, leading to a dangerous potential blockage.

As cholesterol is an important factor in the makeup and control of our bodily cells, it has an important role as a controller of nutrient transfer, the regulation of neuro transmitters and hormones as well as a precursor to the transportation of essential vitamin D. Too little cholesterol and hormonal problems will result, which in itself can lead to disease and major health problems. **End Summary** Topics: heart disease cholesterol HDL LDL Omega 3 fats nutrition saturated fats cholesterol diet trans fats
About the Author:
Shantih Coro has an informational website and a superb online health store .
Who Said That Soy Is Beneficial For Us?

Phytic acid is something that you might not have heard of. Did you know that it is contained in soy, something that is supposed to be good for our diets? There are high levels of this acid inside and because of our Western methods of cooking, it survives the process and is not neutralized. Basically, it stops us from absorbing magnesium, copper, calcium, zinc or iron and leads to growth problems in kids. Vitamin D and vitamin B12, really good for our health, is essentially depleted by soy, which increases our bodies requirement. MSG, also known as monosodium glutamate, is a toxin that we are familiar with and is formed during soy food processing. There are also higher levels of aluminum, really not good for our nervous system.

Phyto estrogens, common in soy, are a disaster waiting to happen when absorbed into the human body. Estrogen is linked with breast cancer, infertility and endometriosis. Soy is also known to be goitrogenic, which essentially means that it will suppress your thyroid regulating ability, which can lead to fatigue, stress and weight gain. Soy will also affect your ability to digest protein, as it is rife with trypsin inhibitors. **End Summary** Topics: soy nutrition soy milk soy lecithin soy protein silk soy milk soy burgers recipes soy cheese soy allergy soy milk estrogen
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is an elite Nutritionist , Sport Nutritionist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach who is widely renowned for his extraordinary insights into health, nutrition, anti aging, chronic disease and performance enhancement.
Don't Believe The Skeptics - Saturated Fat Is Beneficial For Your Health

We have all heard those government health officials telling us, time and again, that saturated fat is not something that we should contain within our diet, but despite all of this we should view it as not only okay for us, but actually significantly beneficial. They tell us how saturated fat is supposed to clog our arteries and lead us to die a premature death from heart disease, which is enough to scare anybody away from purchasing and using any product. These days it is trendy to talk about how bad saturated fat is for us and to advise us to eat supposedly healthy alternatives, according to the advisers. Just consider though how human beings have, since the dawn of time, been eating a diet that is high in saturated fats. Somebody could argue that we have evolved to such a state that we cannot now process these fats as we used to and this is the reason why we should avoid them, but it could also be true that we are being fed a diet of bad information. This latter idea seems more palatable. **End Summary** Topics: saturated fats monounsaturated fats long chain triglycerides hormones nutrition coconut oil heart disease difference between saturated and unsaturated
About the Author:
The top class nutritionist Shantih Coro, is also a lifestyle coach.
Look For Signs Of Fatigue

Modern life surely does take a toll on the human body. The amount that we have to try and pack into any given day is often overwhelming and we find ourselves sleeping less and working longer hours as we try and balance our jobs with our family responsibilities and our dwindling social life. All of this pressure causes us to omit exercise and take less care of ourselves and to turn to convenience foods, as we simply think that we do not have enough time to prepare a wholesome diet. Lack of exercise and poor nutrition will lead to additional stresses and strains on the body and it's hardly surprising that things start to go wrong. Adrenal fatigue is a very common condition, even though it is poorly diagnosed and linked to the adrenal glands, very small organs located near the kidneys, of which we ask a great deal. After some years of unhealthy lifestyle habits and crazy schedules, the telltale signs of failure start to creep in.

We have to remember that our body was basically "designed" over the centuries to function according to basic primitive needs. **End Summary** Topics: adrenal fatigue chronic fatigue cortisol hormonal imbalance stress nutrition hormones thyroid low energy food intolerance
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is an elite Nutritionist , Sport Nutritionist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach who is widely renowned for his extraordinary insights into health, nutrition, anti aging, chronic disease and performance enhancement.
Listen Carefully - Pasteurized Milk Is Harmful

We can trace milk back 20 centuries or more to the time of Hippocrates, who was known as the father of medicine. This guy was a big advocate of the healing powers contained in milk and what he believed in has served us well up until recent times, when people started to talk about diseases such as tuberculosis, passed to humans through raw milk. In the 1900s, poor production processes led to a big deterioration in milk quality, as it was being fed to the growing population. Cows were raised in deteriorating conditions and had to eat grain which was fed to them as a byproduct from alcohol production. It's not surprising that this milk was poor quality, low in nutrients and not very beneficial to our immune system and good health. Infant mortality was an issue and tuberculosis was in evidence, so everybody pointed to this poor quality milk. Pasteurization followed, when raw milk was heated to high temperatures, destroying pathogens. This was applied to cattle herds that weren't certified and pasteurization in this way continued into the 20th century. **End Summary** Topics: pasteurized milk raw milk dairy grass fed Omega 3 calcium organic milk vitamin d nutrition
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is a top class nutritionist and lifestyle coach, well known for his articles about performance enhancement, nutrition and health.
Metabolic Typing and Nutrition

Do you feel sluggish? Are you tired all the time? Are you overweight? Did you spend the last 10 years trying all the most popular fed diets? Unfortunately, the answer for most of us, it is yes to these questions. There are diets like Atkins, South Beach, Grapefruit and there is also a diet that involves only the use of protein shakes. Governmental research, has proven that these diets are unsuccessful in many cases but also they haven't worked for us either.

All is Not Lost

All hope is not lost. It has recently been discovered that a healthy mind and body are not a result of how much you eat. Nor will the same diet work for every person. Each of us has a unique metabolic makeup. This simply means that no 2 people have the same bio chemistry. And this makeup determines what you should and should not eat to maintain good health and a perfect weight.

No One Diet is Right for Everyone. Eating a meal that is right for your metabolic type will improve your energy, increase your mental capacities, and boost your emotional well-being. Each meal should leave you feeling well-satisfied for several hours. **End Summary** Topics: saturated fats monounsaturated fats long chain triglycerides proteins enzymes hormones nutrition metabolic typing chronic disease
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is an acclaimed Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
How to Get Healthy Naturally

Functional diagnostic nutrition, go beyond basic weight loss to encompass the health of your entire body. From small but irritable health problems to chronic disease it goes beyond treating your symptoms and get at the root of the problem.

Against the Grain

Traditional medicine is expert at treating symptoms. To prevent health problems to reoccurring, wouldn't you rather know the underlying cause? Of course you would.

No matter how many quick band-aids you stick on a problem it is not going away until you find out the cause. Let's find - and eliminate - the problems that are causing your health issues. When you eliminate the causes of health problems, you can lead a life that is free of the many issues that currently seem to be chronic.

A Total Body Approach

Functional diagnostic nutrition approach to your health is a total body approach. All of your systems are dependent on each other and we must look at the overall person. After you have shared your health history with a functional diagnostic nutritionist he/she will recommend further laboratory testing individualized for you. **End Summary** Topics: functional diagnostic nutrition metabolic typing good health food sensitivities chronic disease allergy acne nutrition diabetes chronic fatigue
About the Author:
Shantih Coro is an acclaimed Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Metabolic Typing for Fat Loss

What is the perfect diet? There are a plethora of books proclaiming that their diet is perfect for everyone. There is no "one size fits all" diet. Each person has a unique biochemical and metabolic makeup. Metabolic typing is the best technology that takes this into account. I've found metabolic typing to be very effective for permanent weight loss. It gives you objective proof as to what kind of nutrition plan you should follow. Before you try the next fad diet, remember what Lucretius, the Roman healer/philosopher, said, "One man's food is another man's poison." For more information on metabolic typing, read William Wolcott's book, "The Metabolic Typing Diet".

I always tell my clients if they make a change for weight loss, it must be "For the rest of your life". In order for weight loss to be permanent, you must commit to a lifestyle change. Nobody wants to be a yo-yo dieter and have their weight fluctuate all the time. If you follow a nutrition or exercise program for only 6 months or even 2 years, your results will only last for that period of time. **End Summary** Topics: fat loss weight loss metabolic typing bally fat protein omega 3 saturated fat diet top fat loss secrets
About the Author:
How to achieve fat loss with Metabolic Typing http://www.corofit-personaltraining.com
