The Suppression of Free Energy Inventions

One of the problems that inventors face is the fact that their inventions are always evaluated for their war potential. This can bring about the unwanted interest by the Pentagon, the CIA or other less well known secret government organizations.

It is a well known fact that the science and medical fields in the USA are contaminated by the so-called "Intelligence" or Secret Services.

Those of us involved in free energy technologies are familiar with the suppression of free-energy devices, from Nitro Cells intended for engines and magnetic motors, to water-splitting devices in addition to permanent magnet motors.

Considering the ways that both Tesla and Moray's inventions were suppressed it was decided to see what other inventions regarding free energy have been suppressed.

As it turns out quite a few!

In the USA alone there are over 6000 patents dealing with free energy technologies currently being suppressed for so called security reasons.

The suppression of their discoveries can take a variety of forms for example:

- media campaigns to destroy the credibility of the inventor;
- threats against family members or to self;
- suing the inventor or patent holder; - being bought off; **End Summary** Topics: renewable power system free energy Tesla Moray Bruce De Palma N-Machine Stanley Meyer water fuel cell suppression of inventions free energy technologi
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme's interests include the various technologies that allow for the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes and the freedom such technologies avail the ordinary person.
Paradigm shifts and Science

The word paradigm in the scientific or design professions is used to indicate a pattern, model, outstandingly clear or typical example or archetype. These paradigms are the conceptual frameworks that provide a unified perspective over a range of experiences.

Since students mainly learn from and are mentored by others who learned the foundation in their respetive fields from identical models there is seldom any disagreement over the fundamentals. Men whose research is based on shared paradigms are faithful to the same principles, rules and standards in their scientific practice.

Openness to the diversity of thought is generally not welcomed and considered a threat in the majority of professional fields most of which are still dominated by models rooted in old paradigmatic thought.

In the majority of, if not all, scientific fields it is unfortunate that the political and financial institutions that control licensure, standards of ethics, and third-party payments, are rooted in the old paradigms and continue to hold the exclusive rights to define and regulate professional practice.

Most scientists participate in what can be considered as 'normal science'. **End Summary** Topics: science paradigm design micro-generation of energy global warming climate change physics academia cosmology academic system
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
Science and Free Energy Technologies

It is interesting to note that those who claim that free energy is not possible or that it is a scam have never tried to construct such devices.

They never appear to have had direct contact with someone who is constructing or has constructed such devices. They always say things like I've heard that those who bought the plans to build X are disappointed and want their money back, or that 'free energy' contravenes the laws of magnetodynamics and thermodynamics.

True scientific method and its shameless inclusion of criticism, contrary theory and open debate makes possible the dismissal of the old and the acceptance of the new.

Unfortunately for us, the history of science has been the history of the suppression of inventions rather than of the bringing of enlightenment.

Fundamentally what is required is a paradigm shift in order to tap into new energy sources. If energy cannot be created out of nothing and only changed from one state to another how did it get there in the first place? **End Summary** Topics: Free energy technologies Academia Energy Science Enlightenment Free Energy History Of Science Inventions Modern Physics New Energy Sources Scientific
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.

Presently everyone is under the perception that the only alternative presently on hand sources for "free" or substitute energy seem to be bio- fuels, solar, wind, or tidal current. They are simply the only range of alternative energy currently being officially endorsed by our respective governments.

The reason why these particular sources of energy are being allowed is that they are relatively expensive, especially on a commercial basis. They simply cannot compete against oil and coal.

And there are problems with these alternatives:

- The wind doesn't always blow and the sun doesn't always shine. But apart from that there are huge technological barriers to harvesting enough energy from these sources to meet the needs of a power-hungry world.

- Bio-fuels rely on agriculture, and apart from moving the production of crops away from food production towards crops for bio-fuels causing starvation in many underdeveloped areas, bio-fuel crops still rely on fossil fuels for cultivation and fertilizers.

- Tidal power technology is still very much in its infancy and can only be feasible in particular geographic locations. **End Summary** Topics: free energy technologies bio-fuels solar wind tidal current alternative energy social model energy commodities global warming Open Source inventors
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme write about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.

As a boy, Moray had been intensely motivated by the greatest electrical intellect of all time, Nikola Tesla.

Shortly after World War one Moray produced his first elementary device that delivered measurable electrical power. He then went on to produce a free energy device weighing sixty pounds and producing 50,000 watts of electricity for several hours.

Even thought he demonstrated his device repeatedly to scientists and engineers, he could not get funding to develop his device further such as a power station that would furnish electrical power on a mass scale.

Moray continued improving his machine whenever he had the time.

Test after test he effectively proved that his machine could generate energy devoid of any appreciable energy input. According to exhaustive documentation, no one was ever capable of demonstrating that the machine was fraudulent or that Moray had not achieved precisely what he claimed.

During one of his experiments Moray ran his device for 157 hours without any connection to external power sources, and produced over fifty kilowatts of power during the test.

He also established that an additional fifty kilowatts could be added by simply providing another tap further back in the circuit. **End Summary** Topics: free energy Tesla Moray electrical power patent inventions patent application Radiant Energy suppression of inventions free energy technologies
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.

This article was going to be about Nikola Tesla. However, while researching the subject I found that the repression of Free Energy technologies was widespread. At the moment in the United States of America alone we have the repression of over 6000 patents concerning free energy technologies for so-called security reasons.

In a way the suppression of free energy technologies started with the suppression Tesla's Wardenclyffe Project and his many other inventions many of which are still classified by the USA government.

Over a hundred years ago, Tesla invented x-rays, photography, radio, AC electricity, AC polyphase, robotics, wireless control systems including energy amplification and transformation.

It is interesting to note that when Tesla invented, for lack of a better word, AC electricity, Thomas Edison did everything in his power to try to discredit him.

Tesla was brought down while he was working on the Wardenclyffe Project. The Wardenclyffe Project was an early wireless telecommunications tower designed by Tesla. The intended use of the tower was for the commercial trans-Atlantic wireless telephony, broadcasting and demonstrating the wireless transmission of electricity.

To finance the Wardenclyffe Project he made deals with various financiers including the devil, J P Morgan. **End Summary** Topics: free energy Nikola Tesla electricity Thomas Edison Wardenclyffe Project wireless telecommunications wireless electricity inventions suppression of fre
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
How to decrease your energy utilisation and save money

If you are like me you probably would like to reduce the size of your energy bills. After all the less energy we consume the less we pay. However there is also another reason I would like to reduce my energy consumption and that is to reduce my energy storage requirements when I finally go off the grid. And so today I would like to discuss ways to reduce our energy consumption.

The world is faced with an energy crisis now and none of us remain unaffected anymore. I personally think that this crisis is artificial in order to force up the prices of energy and to exert control over us.

I don't think that we can expect anything from governments expect lip service. Government is more often than not part of the problem; for instance to tax component for a liter of diesel in the UK is 65%. The higher the price per liter of fuel the more money enters government coffers.

In the end it up to each of us to resolve to decrease our energy requirements and ultimately produce our own electricity to power our homes.

It costs me on average £45. **End Summary** Topics: energy bills energy consumption energy storage requirements energy crisis energy needs save on your energy bills reduce your power bill eliminate your
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
In another article called "How to cut down on your energy consumption and save money" lighting was not included as a means of reducing your energy consumption as it was felt that it was a subject on its own.

When designing a new build you should be looking at day lighting, sunpipes and rooflights; Measures to bring in as much natural light into your home. You will also be looking at the function of each room in the house as each has its own particular lighting need or requirement.

You would consider:

- The general lighting of a room;
- Localized or task lighting i.e. intense light for carrying out such activities as reading, sowing or cooking;
- Accent or mood lighting to create atmosphere or to focus attention on certain objects or areas;
- The type of lighting best suited for the task;
- The type of light bulbs required for the job; and
- The energy requirement for the lighting.

Light bulbs:

What can I say about light bulbs without opening a can of worms?

As I've mentioned in a previous post I have installed LED light bulbs in some areas of the house. **End Summary** Topics: light lighting light bulbs LED compact fluorescent light CFL halogen bulbs radio frequency pollution electromagnetic interference high frequency radia
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme is interested in the various technologies that allow for the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes including the freedom such technologies avail the ordinary person.

We are going to be looking at calculating the cost of your existing energy consumption as an initial step to design your renewable home energy system as well as reducing your current energy needs. To do this you will have to carry out an inventory of your electrical appliances and home illumination. This is an perfect job for a spreadsheet.

This is an ideal task for a spreadsheet.

If we wish to use renewable energy for our home then it would be a good idea to know what our current energy usage is. Essentially you have to carry out an appraisal of your current energy usage so that you can establish a starting point from which you can calculate the load requirements of your micro-power generators i.e. your solar panels and wind turbines.

Consider each appliance in your home and its energy use. Some appliances such as kettles and toasters by their very nature use a considerable amount of energy when used but are only used for a comparatively short time each day.

Once you know what your current energy usage is you can take steps to start reducing the amount of energy you use. **End Summary** Topics: calculating the cost of energy energy consumption cost of energy renewable home energy system renewable energy system renewable energy energy needs en
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
Western countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States of America are faced with disintegrating and old infrastructures. The power network is increasingly over extended with its inevitable consequences; the disruption to millions of lives. A lack of investment in the infrastructure has reduced the ability of the UK and USA to meet their electricity requirements.

The need to make a quick buck has not helped either. Investors no longer invested in statutory undertaker to make a small but steady profit but tried to maximise their returns while minimising their outlay or investment. Boards of directors and compliant management along with the lure of stock options were only too eager to jump onto the bandwagon.

There is no "duty of supply" placed upon the electricity generating companies and as governments and regulators do not themselves generate electricity, they are not in a position to deliver security of supply.

Consequentially, in countries like the United Kingdom, the planned decommissioning of older nuclear power stations is suspended indefinitely i.e. the 1,250MW Torness nuclear power station is currently set for 2023, but its operator, British Energy, is already talking about an extension to its operating life. **End Summary** Topics: electricity electricity generating companies carbon-cutting cap and trade nuclear power renewable energy wind farms solar power generator solar power
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
Incorporating Passive Solar Energy In The Home

As I plan to construct an "off grid" house from in the near future I am naturally interested in the micro generation of electricity for the home including all aspects of energy conservation. A new build will provide me with a clean slate upon which I can include all the renewable energy and energy conservation measures I want ' within my alloted budget.

As I will be building the house from scratch I will be able to incorporate the full spectrum of renewable energy in the design of the house from the low-tech to the high-tech.

Passive energy is a "low-tech" approach. When constructing or remodeling a house, a bit of advance planning will yield a considerable amount of possibilities to use solar energy to both heat of cool your home.

The running costs of a building can be reduced if the reliance on mechanical or electrical heating, cooling and lighting can be reduced.

Passive solar energy cannot be tacked on to a building. Passive solar energy is not an addition to a house that can be added later or at the end of the building process. **End Summary** Topics: renewable energy passive solar energy building design building components architectural design windows natural day lighting natural ventilation advanc
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme write about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
The Hidden Price of Going Green

My attraction to renewable energy is a selfish one. As energy costs keep rising I want to be able to heat my water and keep my home warm in the winter and cool in the summer without having to think whether I can afford it.

Going "green" has a cost implication. No matter how environmentalists, lobbyist and other vested interests try to sugar coat the pill, it all comes down to money. I want to see a return on my investment.

There are hard questions to be asked such as:

- How much is it going to cost initially?
- What are the maintenance costs?
- How long will it take before I see a return on my investment?
- What are the environmental costs involved?
- What are the human costs involved?

I consider it important to observe and put a figure on both the positive and negative properties of renewable energy.

The costs in money terms are easily quantifiable. Numbers are impersonal. They remove the emotions from the equation. **End Summary** Topics: renewable energy electricity cost implication environmentalists return on investment environmental consequences biodiesel renewable energy products bi
About the Author:
Alain Prudhomme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
With the cost of energy forever spiraling upwards one can understand the disquiet many have. Unfortunately we be sure that things are not going to improve in the near future.

Let's face it the Power Companies are charging us way too much for power! And yes, we do need electricity but until now we had no other way of getting it.

Year on year the price of energy has risen at an alarming rate and the reason for this escalation in price is not going to change in the near future. By now, I'm sure that you must have considered generating your own electricity. I know that I did, every time that I receive an gas or electricity bill. It did not seen to matter what I did to try to keep our energy bills down, the bills kept on rising.

Should you be thinking of purchasing a micro solar power plant for your home or business you will joining millions of other individuals around the world each with their own reasons for doing so; whether it is to save money, to live off the grid or to "save the planet". **End Summary** Topics: power solar electricity system generating your own electricity renewable resource electricity net metering home energy solutions photovoltaic photovol
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme write about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
Exploring The Benefits of Green Solar Energy

Lets contemplate the benefits to be of green home energy including passive solar energy and the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes amongst others.

Every 15 minutes the sun produces enough power to supply our current energy needs for an entire year. Because of its distance from the equator, the United Kingdom only receives 60% of the solar energy received at the equator. This energy equates to between 900 to 1200 kWh per square meter per year.. This energy is equivalent to the energy production of 1000 power stations.

The energy coming from the sun fluxes and wanes depending on the solar activity. The less sun spot activity on our sun the less energy emitted.

Interestingly enough the number of sunspot-free days suggest that solar activity is heading towards its lowest level in about 100 years'. The low level of sun spot activity may suggests that the Sun may be moving into a hibernation-like state, with the obvious question of whether this will have any major consequences for us on Earth. **End Summary** Topics: green solar energy thermal energy passive solar energy building design daylighting passive heating heat retaining materials active solar systems energ
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme's interests include the various technologies that allow for the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes and the freedom such technologies avail the ordinary person.

It may seem strange that, whilst I actively promote renewable home energy solutions, I am dead set against many of the policies forced upon us by the climate-industrial complex / environmentalist movement.

Our current western technological civilization was built upon energy provided by carbon based fossil fuel. Without the relatively inexpensive and reliable energy provided by coal, oil, and gas, our civilization would quickly collapse. This is exactly what the global warmist would like us to do.

It is erroneous to believe that new energy technologies will magically appear if we suddenly stop using carbon-based energy. Political will and coercion cannot repeal the laws of physics and chemistry. And no matter what Al Gore and the global warmist would let you believe we cannot achieve prosperity by destroying the very means by which prosperity is created.

With the west and its mountain of red tape appears confused and crippled with self-doubt and guilt its role as the torchbearers of human advancement is being eclipsed by the east.

Even though I believe that solar and wind power have a place in home energy solutions the church of environmentalism and global warming would classified me as a heretic. **End Summary** Topics: renewable energy renewable home energy solutions solar power wind power global warming carbon trading schemes carbon emissions money carbon offsets ca
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
Reasons for Opposing Commercial Wind Power

Even though I fully endorse Renewable Home Energy Solutions, including the micro-generation of electricity from wind power, it may surprise you that I don't support the use of industrial wind power generation.

I will go into the reasons I believe that commercial wind power cannot be regarded as green energy. I have thought long and hard about this subject and my observations have brought me to the conclusions detailed below.

The biggest obstacle to wind power is it's unpredictability i.e. If the wind stops blowing or when the wind blows too hard the turbines stop spinning. This means that these fluctuations in electricity production cause a roller coaster of surges on the power grid linked to these turbines.

The reason for this is that electricity cannot be stored directly on an industrial scale therefore because there are no large electricity storage capacity the commercial wind generators operate in a just-in-time system framework i.e. the electricity generated by these turbines is pushed onto the power grid as soon as it is generated.

To counter this, gas turbines are built as backups to compensate for the troughs. **End Summary** Topics: Renewable Home Energy Solutions renewable home energy energy solutions wind power commercial wind power commercial wind turbines green energy electric
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme writes about the issues surrounding the micro-generation of renewable energy for homes as well as on the contentious and controversial issues surrounding global warming and climate change.
Renewable Energy, A Paradigm Shift and the Climate / Industrial Complex

I am no eco warrior, environmentalist or survivalist. I am an engineer and my interest in renewable energy started a long time ago. The freedom that the micro-generation of electricity could bring the average man is enormous although until now the cost of having your own home power plant has been prohibitive.

My interest in renewable home energy is purely a selfish one; I want to retain as much of my earnings as possible and to spend it as want to. And I ultimately want to be able to live off the grid, which means no longer paying ever-increasing electricity bills.

To that end, I search out all the latest technological advances that could be utilise to reduce one's energy requirements without reducing one's personal comfort. The funny thing is that some of the so-called new ideas are actually quite ancient whilst others are cutting edge.

Amongst others, these include the following; passive solar energy, hot water heating solar panels, electricity generating solar panels (Photovoltaic cells), electricity generating wind turbines for the home, zero point magnetic power generators, house design, calculating your energy requirements and energy storage including battery types. **End Summary** Topics: renewable energy electricity bills micro-generation passive solar energy solar energy solar panels photovoltaic cells wind turbines global warming cli
About the Author:
Alain Prud'homme writes about the many aspects surrounding renewable energy, global warming and climate change.
