         <description>I was thinking about repetition. Repeating your message over and over again.They say that in an email campaign for example, some sort of positive action isn't taken until on average the seventh mail.
Now there is absolutely no doubt that repeating something undeniably provides more chances to make a sale, get a click (whatever you're after). I wonder how many people take a negative action, and how soon.If I sign up for,let's say a newsletter, and I get seven that are essentially just ads, I'd call it spam.&amp;nbsp; Chances are, if they're just ads, I'd have stopped reading and would've unsubscribed before then.
It's a bit tough, the way I see it; I want exposure and my site to be the first thing that leaps to mind when people think of working at home; at the same time I don't want to expose people so much they're desensitized.
I've always been a &amp;quot;be the flame, not the moth&amp;quot; kinda guy. I was thinking about this duplicate content thing. As of right now, only Google (as far as I know) is doing the &amp;quot;not indexing duped content&amp;quot; thing. Not being indexed is very far from the end of the world. We should all try to lower our reliance on organic SE traffic I think.That said, SE traffic is no doubt terrific traffic and I certainly don't advocate not making any efforts with it in mind. I figure it should be a part, not the end all in anybody's mind.
So, this article/rant is just my initial thoughts on duplicated content. How I think it's going to affect other webmasters, and our marketing efforts. A technique used by many of us (myself included) is to write an article (such as this one), disperse it all over the net so we get backlinks and gets our link out to where people can get at it, but we post it on our own site so that it helps us make a content rich site (interesting for humans, and a tasty source of &amp;quot;spider food&amp;quot;** End Summary**&lt;p&gt;About the Author:&lt;br&gt;Webmaster,

1.&amp;nbsp;You can do backlink searches... lots of search engines will search out the sites that backlink TO a site you choose. They get listed in the same way as regular searches; the most &amp;quot;important&amp;quot; first. Handy stuff. 
2.&amp;nbsp;Unrelated (to your site) inbound links... are really not much use. Most SEs go by link analysis, a balance between quantity and QUALITY. A link between Dewey, Cheatem and Howe &amp;amp; Bob's Bait Shop and Pizzeria is just silly, and likely a waste of time for everybody involved frankly. 
3.&amp;nbsp;Reciprocal Link Exchange Program (RLEP)... Remember, stick to related sites. If you're running an RLEP, don't have your link page buried (where SE spiders and humans will both have a hard time finding it). You need to have something to offer, and a buried, impossible to find link ain't gonna cut it. 
4.&amp;nbsp;Provide... Useful and interesting content. People will put up backlinks to you without you even needing to ask
