Are you tired of hearing lengthy instructions from automated systems and long, boring personal messages? I don’t know about you, but it’s such a huge time waster that it’s making me crazy. Believe it or not – it’s now a fact – up to 70% of the time the person you’re calling won’t be there – and if they are they don’t pick up.
