Yogis Are Killing Themselves Without Knowing It!

Will you Without knowing the dangers that Yoga can pose, a lot of people follow others blindly to learn Yoga.

Yoga seems to become the solutions for modern-day problems. Yes, it is true that your hairdresser, your next door neighbour, the girl next door or even the desperate housewife lives across your house are all doing Yoga

A yoga lesson is seen as a way to soothe nerves that are in a constant state of hyperactive. Yoga is considered by many that gives us the regeneration capabilities to live healthily amidst busy lifestyles and bustling environments.

Of course all the above can be true, only if you know exactly what Yoga is

It is true that when you practise Yoga, make sure you do it the correct way, otherwise the consequence can be fatal. Right way of learning Yoga gives you energy and makes you look healthy. The wrong way is indeed a silent killer!

I do not even know who came up with the phrase "no pain no gain", and being a Yoga teacher myself, that statement does not and should not be applied to Yoga practise. A lot of Yoga teachers are going to tell you that the reason for you to feel pains you are lack of practise? As a matter of fact a real Yogis practitioner, will tell you that there is no such thing as no pain no gain. The true essence of Yoga is about reunion with God. That is the truemeaning of Yoga whether you want to make it spiritual or not.

When you feel pain or hurt anytime during your Yoga lesson, you must stop!. Try not rush into things as you could just pick up warm-up exercises..The whole point of doing Yoga is to be healthy, thus, it is silly to hurt yourself becuase of Yoga.

It is even more risky to you if you experience illness like insomnia, neck ache, or during your menstruating period. While you are pregnant, be careful when you try to do full boat pose. This Yoga position requires you to balance on the tripod of your sitting bones and tailbone.

If you suffer from the neck injury, try to stay away from bridge pose for now. Bridge pose although calms the brains and rejuvenates tired legs, it requires you to lie on the back of your head on the mat with your chest bending upwards and hence giving a lot of strains on your neck!

When you have the knee injury, be cautious while doing head-to-knee forward bend because you are required to bend your knees while bending forward with your head touching on of your ankles...

Remember alright, if your knee does not feel comfortably, you must seek advice and go back to do simple breathing exercises!

You must stay away from downward-facing-dog position, when you are in the late stages of pregnancy. Use cautions practising this pose when you experience high blood pressure! The pose requires you to come onto the floor on your hands and knees while setting your knees directly below your hips and your hands slightly forward of your shoulders. In addition you need to Spread your palms, index fingers parallel or slightly turned out, and turn your toes under.

Can you not see how this can be painful to you and your conceived babies if you are not told the right ways?

When you suffer from high blood pressure, be extremelycareful while practising the tree pose. If you raise your arms above your head it can be harmful

There are many other pitfalls that I can write, but the point is Yoga can be dangerousif you do not knowwhat you are doing! There is always a right and incorrect way in doing anything, including Yoga!

Nobody can know you better than your own body, so listen to it, and when it asks you to stop, stop!

Yes, Yoga can get rid of anxiety disorder! (That is totally accurate! As we try to survive between modern life and our animal instincts, we human race wants to find balance in our daily lives, and also in our bodies, our minds and our environment.

In these modern society, out brain is constantly working, thinking without any rest. Just as what we established, a yoga practice is an excellent way to soothe nerves that are in a constant state of overdrive.

While a lot of us suffer from the fatigue and imbalance that comes from chronic stress without sufficient recovery, we all do needYoga!

Yoga help relieve your stress only if you appreciate both the dangerous and beneficial sides of Yoga!
