1. Eyes.

2. Smile.

A sincere smile is one of the easiest ways to break the ice of a first date. And it's a good way to get things started right at the beginning of the date.

But don't over do it and smile the entire time for your date. Smiling the entire time would just be to over the top. But make sure though that you smile every once in a while.

3. Limbs Uncrossed.

Make sure that your arms remain uncrossed during your date. Symbolically, arms crossed means that you are in a defensive stance. Be open with your arms because they hand gestures can be a good form of communication too.

Legs crossed are a defensive stance more applicable to men. Since us ladies are used to wearing skirts and dresses during dates, it is appropriate to cross legs for proprieties' sake and for fashion also. Besides, this is often done by women wearing skirts and would not want to show anything by accident.
