- A tall wine glass is recommended, but not too long. Or else, people will feel awkward touching it from the middle. Moreover, it is most likely to fall over.

- If you serving red wines, buy glasses with wide mouth and big bowl. For this reason, your visitors will enjoy the smell of the wine more. But, if you are serving white wines, buy narrow glasses to keep the cool temperature of the wine.

- Make sure that the wine glasses, especially the rims, have no bumps. This only tells that they are not off high quality.
- Purchase wine glasses that have larger foot to prevent them from falling over and therefore, breaking.

- Opt for wine glasses with clean and uncomplicated designs. Because if you go for wine glasses with elaborate decorations, they remove the appeal of the wine.
