The "Food theme Diet" is a very fascinating diet idea, that I believe may have successful effect on a lot of individuals. The diets basis is on low food consumption instead of consuming the most nutritious and organic food available, though this may a great contribution.

The important of this recipe for diet concern is to pick a theme of food for the day and try as much as you can to stay with it. Medical analysis about this diet has been made and proved that this diet is very efficient. The answer as to why is pretty obvious, for example your "food theme" for the day is lemon, all you need to do is eat anything that contains lemon. So how does the diet work right? if you consume all these foods? The body craves for different types of food and that's one of the reason of overconsumption, because even if you are fully satisfied your body still craves for other flavor, thinking that you are not yet satisfied you eat again and again and again. So this causes overeating and therefore weight gain. So if you are on a theme diet, your body will no longer have a choice because no matter what it asks you one type of food would always be present and you will feel bored and would stop eating, and eventually stop gaining weight or even start shedding excess fat.

You cannot make a "cake or chocolate theme" for any day because if you do, it's not going to be weight loss diet at all. You will not lose weight but gain a lot of it, thus making the food theme diet inefficient.

The main purpose of this recipe for diet is to get a nutritious food that should be appealing to you otherwise you wouldn't be able to stay with it. Change your theme each day because if you don't make it , the flavor will be too unappetizing or uninteresting to you, and may even stop you from getting to your goal. Once in a while have a "fat-rich foods like pizza for instance, just try to incorporate it with your diet theme. So if for a day you are craving for pizza, your food theme should be tomatoes.
