TheImmigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. prohibits the employer to discriminate against anyone on the basis of national origin. This is only when it comes to legal immigrants in the USA.
TheGenetic Information Nondiscrimination Actof 2008. Prohibits the employees to hire the individuals only because of their genetic information.

The battle against the discrimination is more important that someone might thing since many valuable workers may be lost only because some neglects the problem. The tolerance is not just good for the job of any company, but also for better performance and productivity of the employees.
