12 oz peeled potatoes
1 egg whisked with a fork
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tablespoons natural (plain) yoghurt

Method:
Peel and very finely grate the carrot. Chop the onion into similarly fine pieces.

Warm the milk and pour into bowl. Add the sugar and dissolve.
