At present, the capacity of domestic wind power bearing enterprises is focused on yaw bearings and pitch
bearing, and give priority to the supporting bearings of wind power equipment within 3 megawatts, the spindle bearings and accelerator bearings mainly rely on imports, only individual domestic enterprises get involved in it initially.
It is understood that China is far from fully digested on the design, manufacturing and testing techniques of wind power
bearings, for example, what kind of bearings is the best for spindle bearing, what kind structure of slewing bearing is well for pitch bearing, how to prevent cracks on the raceway and gear hardening of slewing bearing
conveyor, how to ensure the surface hardness and hardened depth and other difficulties are still at an exploratory research.
Difficulties did not block China bearing enterprises to develop in exploration. A group of domestic leading enterprises are targeting the world level, they take high-end supporting bearings in 16 key areas as the market guidance, and implement the
wire mesh technical transformation with strong investment, high level and fast output, now it has formed a full range of production capacity with 1.5 MW, 2.1 MW and 3 MW wind power bearings.

cable bottlenecks on China's high-end equipment manufacturing is the lack of high-end bearings, at the same time, the bearing is also the industry that most likely to first achieve breakthrough during the Twelfth Five-Year Period.
