If you want to work in Southwest Florida the product is a much sought after vacation haven that was over speculated more than 99% of the nations markets. That makes it a brisk or fast-moving buyers market. The buyer is in charge and having his way with the sellers. You will most likely be representing sellers. That is a tough job.
A. You will find it hard to be a hero, if you are successful your client probably lost a lot of money.At best he broke even and but still remembers when he could have doubled his money but held on for more.
