This law, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, better known as the California Lemon Law was put into place to protect the rights of all Californians no matter where they live in the state. If anyone feels they purchased a lemon vehicle, whether it is a car, truck, RV or motorcycle, they have a right to get retribution under this law.
