The Best Medical Transcriptionist Training

By:

I would like to become a Medical Transcriptionist because, from the moment I became a mother I wanted to stay home with my daughter but wasn't able. We needed two incomes just to barely get by. Then four years later I became pregnant with my second daughter. I missed out on the entire first year with my oldest daughter. I felt like I wouldn't get to experience seeing any of my childrens firsts. I think every mother should experience these things at least once in their life.

I went back to work after I had my second daughter until her babysitter told me she said her first word and it was "MOMMY. The next day I went to work and put in my two weeks notice. We struggled for what seemed like forever but actually was about four years. Once my youngest started pre-school I went back to work for a Juvenile Detention Center.
I love helping others, and at the same time am there for my family. My husband's cousin has been working from home for about two years now, and she recommended it for me. Knowing how I was struggling with being away from my family.

That's when I went online and found online medical transcription courses I could afford and do in my free time. I wanted to better myself through education first. So I am currently enrolled as a student and have almost completed that course to earn my high school diploma with honors. Now that I am almost finished I want to ready myself for the next step. I wanted to choose a career that would fit my personality and character as well as be with my family by working out of my home. I want my girls to know that they have options out there don't settle do what makes you happy. SN:0TG9Y2ESY

I believe some of the advantages for me working in the Medical Transcription industry would definitely be the flexibility to have a career and still be there for and raise my daughters, and not the babysitter. Being a Medical Transcriptionist offers you the option to work inside the home, and if later in life should you choose to work outside the home you have that option.
I have always wanted to work in the medical field, but after helping my mother with my Grandmother I became so caught up in her health and well-being it got to be too much for me as a person to handle. She got to where she needed fed through a feeding tube, and that's when I knew I would get too attached to people, and it would consume me too easily. With being a Medical Transcriptionist it would definitely give me the advantage of working in the medical field and help others by assuring they receive the highest quality of patient care.

When I first started searching for accredited schools that offer medical transcriptionist training, I felt overwhelmed at the number of schools who didn't offer much more than a certificate of completion. When I came to Future MT's website and began reading, I was amazed at the variety of benefits offered to their students. Not only do you receive your certificate, but youre provided with the tools to help you along the way. Such as employment tips, help with your resume and getting it out to potential employers. The two main things for me is the chance to apply for and hopefully receive different scholarships. So there was no reason for me to look any further I knew I had found my school.

I would like to see myself in the next few years obtaining the knowledge in this field to further my job opportunities, and further educate myself. I would eventually like to see myself owning my own Medical Transcription business so I too can help others to find their way to a new and exciting career. In closing, I want my children to know there will always be road blocks in life, but if you keep at pursuing your dreams you can do or be anything you want.
