So the following are the best abs work out exercises that you may want to try:

•Leg Lifts

You can begin by lying on your back and inserting your hands under your butt. You may then raise your legs so that these are vertical or perpendicular to your body. Following this, contract your body’s midsection by means of holding up your upper abdomen. Next, you must let both of your legs fall so that the back of the feet are properly above the floor. Once you have assumed this position for several seconds, lift your legs again to the vertical position. Repeat this sequence as desired.

•Alternating Supine Leg Walks

First, lie on your back and position your hands under your butt. After this, raise your legs vertically from your body and then contract your abdomen so that you can provide tension to your midsection. Next, lower one leg so that it is only a few inches from the floor. Assume this position for one second and then return this same leg to the initial position. You can then alternate which leg you would lower. In addition to this, you can attempt a few reps so that you can truly appreciate the work out of your lower abs.
