Wherever possible try to avoid alcohol or products with caffeine in them, the last thing you want is a disrupted nights sleep which will then only amplify your stress and all of these are known to effect sleeping patterns.

These can be really simple to learn, with just a little time spent daily following such a program you will have everything you need to enable you to go 'to war' against your overburden of stress for this up and coming academic year.
