Tango Dance Steps! A Keen Dance

The tango is a hot, sultry dance full of strutting proud men and softly flowing women. Although it keeps many parts of the other dances, it has its own movements which set it apart from the other dances. These are quick turns and jerky arms and leg movements the majority are familiar with. When dancing tango dance steps, it should be noted that a proud, robust and quietly dignified expression and bearing is a stamp of the accomplished tango dancer.

And the dance tells the story of sensually charged feelings between man and woman.While it has got many likenesses to other dancehall dances, the exact movements of the tango are dissimilar. There are a selection of the flowing movements, when both dancers follow each other's movement, but there are also fast jerky head changes from side to side as if the dancers are slapping each other with stiff higher bodies.

Higher body movements are structured and refined with pointing hands and stiff heads. Most of the time the higher body does not move while the legs perform a mad routine of their own. Then the upper body becomes liquid, both dancers entwine as the masculine and feminine elements get involved in their own conversation.

The modern tango danced today is a much sanitized version of the original. A lot of the original, keen emotion which first filled up the dance was lost. There are not the lust-filled gazes and ladies draped provocatively across the men.

Many of its fans enjoying the pulsing rhythm and difference in pace.Man and girl partners work round the dance floor in a sometimes counterclockwise way.First the person is dominant and demanding and then the lady is persuading and cajoling.Feet are kicked out to the sides as the 2 folk disagree in their dance. Then make up, only to debate once again. This represents the more argumentative segments of the dance as the 2 protagonists continually clash and then ingratiate themselves to each other.
