If you were able to pre-order your SWTOR game early then you may have early access to the game which gives you a head start to every other person who is waiting for the normal release date on the 20th December! The question is are you using the time that you have wisely or are you wasting the time you have trying to figure out the game? What do I mean by this?
There are some of you that have early access to the Star Wars The Old Republic game which means that you have 1 full week to get to grips with the game and race up the level ladder as fast as you can before the full game is released to everyone else which is over 2.5 million other subscribers that will start flowing in!

How To Make The Most Of Your Early Access...
If you really want to make the most of the game then you will need to get to grips of the game fast! You should already have chosen your faction (The Republic or The Sith Empire) and from this you should have managed to figure out a class that you like (Republic - Jedi knight, trooper or a smuggler OR Sith Empire Sith warrior, bounty hunter, imperial agent).

With this chosen the next thing you want to do is get to grips of the game. This can be by yourself or you can even take a look at levelling guides that can give you a huge advantage over everyone else especially when you are one of the few with early access to this game.

Next you will want to make sure that you start off with the easiest missions in the game. The faster you can complete the easier missions the more experience you will get which will help you level up faster through the game at the moment.

When doing mission you want to take on missions that are in the same area. If you have to travel in various areas to do different missions then you are wasting time and resources with this when you could just do all missions in one area faster due to minimal travelling.

Dont try to be a hero and skip the easy missions and aim for the more difficult ones. Yes this may work and you may gain a lot more experience but there are missions that your level wont be enough and you will be defeated easily which can be a waste of your time and resources especially if you repeatedly try doing this.
